I usually buy computers dell for my students in Africa. 19/12/2013, I ordered a battery for one of my laptop N5010 students with the help of the the customer service agent who assured me the battery with works for this laptop. (N5010). The order was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days because I had a person travelling to Africa by 27/12/2013 to deliver it in person, however, he had never sent until 12/302013 after back and forth with the customer service we agreed I'll send the battery by mail instead of return.

The battery got to Africa around March. However he did not fit the laptop at all. Being that my student had no form of communication in this back to me, he waited until April when the boarding school near and he could provide me with this. I told her had sent it back in this way I can see if Dell will exchange me it or refund my money and I can go back and buy another battery. Now, it has been 4months with him having a laptop computer it is unusable because of the battery.

I called dell several times and they refused to fix the problem. I was told ABRUPTLY to 'sell the battery on ebay to get SOME of my money' because there is nothing they can do now. The battery is still in its original box that accompanies it.

I am very disappointed in dell. I have bought so far 4 laptops and office of this company. all students that I sponsored so far has a computer dell laptop and plans more in addition to my laptops dell of students, but never one time. I expected better service the customer of dell especially when my students live in the Indian ocean.

    I bought an Inspiron 13 7000 series on December 15, 2014 in line. I got it a week later and on January 10, 2015, called technical support dell on screen the gradual estrangement and NIC log out me of my network. I have other computers that are connected to the network and that they do not have the network problem I do experience with the new Dell. They could not solve the problem and I did have the time to recall either having spent more than 5 hours on the phone with Tech support in case of problems the problem.

    18 February 2015, I started to have startup time of 45 minutes and computer lock up on me, I did not have time to call the support tech until March 14, 2015 line. I spoke to Naveen and he through me the computer diagnostic and said that the hard drive is bad. He told me that we have to send a technician to replace the hard drive and it will be Mon - Fri 8-5. I work for a living and I have to take a day off for them repair a product which was defective in the Dell printer. You buy a product from a company for $500 and it is supposed to work for more than 3 months.

    At this point, Naveen spoke to his superior, and he said that they would send me a refurb computer to replace the one that I bought in Dec which was defective from the start. So, I asked to speak to the Manager of floor Nady and he told me that his hands are on this tide. It is not good if this is the case why I even waste my money and buy a new computer, when I could receive a cheaper computer refurb. I bought other Dell computers in the past and have never had a problem but if Dell will treat their customers like that why would I even buy their product.

    I called him today and was not helped. I had an agent to disconnect the line on me. I have pointed out the problems with my computer. This computer is an exchange in the previous year. I talked to a person who called the Manager himself, he was very disrespectful and rude to me. He was not friendly at all. His name is, he said.  I simply asked for an email or site Web or link to lead me to talk with the head of the company. He told me he couldn't give me any information and he did not have this phone # or e-mail address. Honestly, I've had enough with Dell customer service and technical support. I only showed very little respect and interest. The first day I called, I was put on hold. It was Saturday, April 25, 14. Same day, I spoke with another person who called the Manager himself. They asked me 30 issues differently because it has not got what I was saying and explain to him. Initially, my contract for comprehensive health care ended in may 2014. I realized the change when I got my box back with a computer set, and when the technician told me that someone had gone into the system and adjusted my date to February 20, 2014 at end instead of the original date in may 2014. My computer is still not fixed and must be repaired. I would like someone to call me and give me and solve the problem that I am with my system and the poor customer service that I've been exposed to. I don't understand why these officers the impression to be aggressive and disrespectful towards the customers. I don't deserve to receive this treatment at all. This customer service is very awful, keep getting transferred over and over again.

    Well, my original complaint is the fact that I need a replacement hard drive for SAN BAY showing a defective drive, but I can't seem to reach technical support for this.  The car is under warranty.  I tried the contact with Dell today and the nice man who responded sent me to another number, which was as expected.  What I didn't expect was to hold the line for 20 MINUTES, while still no one ever answers.  Strangely, the automatic message told me to contact the support site that wasn't any help to present a technical request.  Reference Dell then goes on to follow the pending "Issues" link at the bottom of the forum, which was again without help and sent me to a page that is no longer available.  I have

    What I have to do is give a single ticket for the replacement of the hard disk and it shouldn't be so difficult.  I have the serial number and the issue of express.  My company does no hours for me to lose on the phone on hold for technical support respond to... 20 minutes is unreasonable.  God knows I want to be flayed alive if I did our users wait that long.

  • View 5.0 Desktop and Folder Redirection error

    So I just upgraded to 5.0 view and also left the office xp for desktop windows 7 view.  They are running perfectly and there was little, if any, complaints from my users.  However, there is a question that seems to be common among users with linked clone desktops.

    Our group strategy has allowed our users to forwarding files and it works with linked clones.  Users can open and view documents in there redirected documents folder.  However, if they attempt to remove the file they are told that they need permission to do so.  For example, if domain\test of the user trying to delete its own document he'll tell him that it requires domain\test or, in other words, permissions to delete the file itself.  I don't know if it has to do with the creation of the profile in the linked clone or what.

    I also did some poking around to see if it's windows 7 partners and more said that it is necessary to turn off UAC to solve this problem.  I did, but am always faced with the problem.

    Any ideas on that?

    My iphone 7 more Jet pre-order black shows "Preparation for the expedition", my card was also charged yesterday. How long does normally take to change "Preparation to the expedition" to "shipped".

    Redirects can be caused by adware or malware.

    You can use the free Malwarebytes utility to remove it.

    Click here > https://www.malwarebytes.com

    Then click on download.

    It of free and takes only a minute or two.

    When you are finished, open Safari go to the Safari menu bar and click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab, then click: delete all data from the Web site. Then go to the menu bar, click history > clear history. Then exit and restart Safari.

    The IPad, IOS 9.3.4 air; problem with Safari so far.  While browsing, I get random redirects to dkpartner.com, a website that has games in there.  The site requires that I have download at least one of their games, which I would never do. I don't game, ever. The game is probably more malware.  I was careful where I go and I never download anything.

    My question: can someone help me get rid of this redirect?  I have followed the instructions to do it manually, but am not opposed to an app if there is trust you.

    I deleted the cookies and history and restarted without success.

    I appreciate any assistance. I'm at a loss to understand what has happened or how to fix it.

    Since you say that you "never download anything", maybe you wouldn't not adverse to the erasure of your iPad and the implementation like new.

    If you're uncomfortable doing that, make the settings > general > reset > erase content and settings (after turning off find my iPad) and set up your iPad as if it just came out the box.

  • The new Amazon firefox extension prevents the redirection.

    Of course, this happened a couple of days. My firefox, which is always updated, suddenly stopped displaying many Web sites. The problem was how a page looks completely WHITE. After a bit of investigation, including a few cycles to uninstall/reinstall, I realized that all the pages of the problems were trying to perform a redirect using a meta refresh tag. The info on the site of support (here) says this was related to the configuration of the browser, but I got the tag configuration properly set to false (the default value of value, which * allows * redirection). I actually tried to adjust for real and, curiously, when I did I got then the message from browser saying that the redirect was blocked, and when I clicked "allow" it went thru! To make a long story a little shorter, the problem has proved to be the EXTENSION of FIREFOX AMAZON OFFICIAL - who has been updated on 10 December. When I removed this extension and restarted my firefox, everything started working properly again. I notified Amazon of the problem, but I thought that it would be important to post this notice here, as well, because I imagine that other users probably have the same problem.

    If you encounter this problem (and your "blockautorefresh" configuration setting is correctly set to false), click on the Tools menu (right bars, upper horizontal) and select "Add-ons."
