Complaints to apple of my visit

I am wanting to write a complaint about the service, I received in the Apple Store (131 West County Center

St. Louis, MO 63131), anyone know who I should address this and relevant email address? Thank you very much for your help.

I had the terrible experience of visiting the apple store in the County of west for repair cracked screen. It gave me misleading information from the time that I signed in (19:20). about 19:30 while I was waiting in the store, I got a message on my phone "we are almost ready for you at the Genius Bar. Please let someone know when you're here. Talk to the specialist he told me, a technician will come and meet you soon. As I saw no technician after that 10 minutes, I approached the staff once again, they said there are 3 people in front of you. Yet once, after 10 min I checked it there more than two people in front of you... I didn't know if I would be seen today and be able to fix it so I checked with staff, again asking a question like "are they're going to still take a look at the phone? and the phone will be repaired today? He said 'Yes' and 'yes '. Finally at 20:40, instead of the individual technician (Josh is his name) who was helping people connect with his iPad (same person who answered all the question I had since 7:30) came tells me and me ' Hey, I'll take you care today and I need the serial number of your phone. We will not be able to repair your phone today as we close the store in 15 minutes. Phone repair would take 1 hr. You must make an appointment for another day. What is the customer service that you should expect?

If the service would take more than an hour, they should have let me know from 20:00 to leave the store and come another day. Seeing my frustration, Josh asked me "have you backed up your phone? I said 'no '.  Josh's response is "well, as're you wait if long I can give you an option, exchange the phone with another, but you will lose all data." Yet once, I tried to back up my phone using iCloud purchase of additional storage to apple. Pass around an another 30 min. I left my 1 year old and the old house 4 years to take care of my situation of emergency telephone repair. I lost my 2 hrs in apple store + they asked me to come from 10:00 in the morning when the store opens. And then wait for an hour to repair. That would mean that I have to take off half day until noon and lose my hourly wage. It's a shame and I wonder why apple is not a complaint Department! Talked to the store manager (Tim). I explained my situation, but no useful response. Only, I have swap option today, but will lose data. I asked him if I can back up my data today and come back tomorrow to store to pick up new phone. that would save the repair time. I don't understand if they can give me swap option today why not tomorrow? Once awaits me lose my half day. They have no respect for the time of the client? I'm frustrated. Does anyone know a channel to pass along the dissatisfaction of our experiences at the service of the customer with the situation?

  • Installation of El Capitan: basic suggestions/complaints to Apple

    After attempting to install El Capitan, in my opinion, the following are fundamental and are shared by the majority of Mac users:

    I think Apple needs to offer a better service for the installation/upgrade process updated.

    • Client computers must be available in case of failure of the installation/update :
      Apple should plan its installer to make the computer bootable automatically even if the installation/update fails.  Leaving customers in limbo, having to spend hours using their time Machine (or horribly worse if they do not).  If it was possible to reboot from the old OS, it wasn't really visible (and I'm not new at this).  It is the first time in my life that Windows has given me a better editing experience.
    • Yosemite and Mavericks OS must remain accessible in the Apple Store :
      For various reasons, including minimum requirements, for many Mac users may need the Yosemite or Mavericks free updates instead of El Capitan.  Removal of websites Apple is deplorable, bad service and simply not respectful of your millions of users. (I'm aware that if you have downloaded once these via the App Store, there is a trick to regain access - that is not at all obvious, but which excludes all those who have not).
    • The performance and resolution of the problems reported by users between doing an clean install compared to doing an update on an existing system, amount to not give good service with the update of the process.  Update of Apple systems should automatically correct most of the problems.  Currently, most users feel that a clean install is far superior, which means a lot of hours to re - install files virtually by hand.

  • Why is my inbox count in gmail, and apple mail different?

    Yesterday, I asked my wife to go to gmail.com and clean my Inbox because I had more than 500 messages there. She joined the gmail.com using my email and password and she cleaned to have only 12 messages.

    I didn't know she was done because all day, my apple mail that is related to my gmail has shown the same 500 messages. When I arrived at work this morning, I noticed that he said now 249 messages, so he did, in fact, remove (or archives), some of them. I wonder if those are the only updates that it deleted but not those she archived.

    So my question is what I'm doing wrong to my settings. Is that a setting messed where archiving of messages in gmail.com don't check them in apple mail or visa versa or is simply not sync properly?

    I see tabs for primary school, social, Promotions, updates in Gmail in your browser. You must disable these. Mail will show all emails in all of these tabs.

    To disable the feature, click on the sign +. You can then deselect each of these tabs.

  • Why can't I manually manage music with iCloud and Apple active?

    In a previous discussion, the following point kept deployed: "you must disable the iCloud library in settings on the iPhone, and then manage it manually the music and videos option will be available again."

    True, but... WHY? # * % $! ' s sake, I should be able to choose what songs go on my device, regardless of source of the source file. As it is, when I keep iCloud and Apple music enabled on my iPad, I find myself with random files on it which I can't delete until I stopped the two aforementioned services. More than once, my iPad has mysteriously filled to capacity with I not not choose or play music.

    It is a major problem, and it needs to be fixed. Apple, please allow users to control their own devices and files the way they prefer. If I want a song on my device, I'll put it here, my computer, from iCloud, Apple music or from iTunes. I just want to play, I'll listen without downloading it. Period. Any necessary additional complications.

  • Minor scratches on SS 2 series out of the box

    I am very happy that my watch stainless steel series 2 has been delivered today! Hope you are all enjoying your. After an inspection of the watch, however, I noticed very slight/minor/extra fine scratches on the screen, mainly on the top and the bottom of the screen where the curve begins, but also a bit in the middle. Once again: scratches are very minimal and is only visible when shine your flashlight of the iPhone (or any other light RAM) directly on the screen and looking closely in some angles. It seems that this has happened during production, probably during some polishing of the watch or other routines (because the stripes are mainly on the curves of the screen and pointing in the same direction). Really in trying to decide what to do about... Some of you SS series 2 owners would be so good to check that out and let me know what your watch in bright light looks like? Once again: it is very difficult to see if you need to use your iPhone light therapy lamp or other direct light source. I read a few threads on the coating that was applied to the screen (also described in the manual). Some suspect that this coating scratches easily, however I think it is strange that the watch is delivered striped out of the box. Especially since this Sapphire screen must be very hard to scratch.

    Make an appointment at the Genius Bar in Apple for the service. If you need a Apple Store - find a store - Apple. Take it within 14 days from the date of purchase for Exchange do for a not scratched. We cannot help you here, and these forums aren't complaints because Apple isn't here. We are all of the users like you.

    Since the update to IOS 9.3.5 I can sync is more PDFs in iBooks on my Pro iPad with iBooks on iMac with OS X 10.11.6. Before updating to IOS 9.3.5, I had no problem of synchronization of files PDF between systems and I have not changed the settings on my iPad or iMac.

    I too had a similar problem with iOS 9.3.5 but now ive not changed in beta ios10 no problem, all my 7 GB iBooks PDFs stored in iCloud etcetera are all accessible once more, apple says no problem, I was the only one with this delema. Everything I've read, this isn't an isolated case.

    Try the vet depending your operating system, or to copy some of the complaints to apple.

  • 6 64GB iPhone - restart all the time

    Since yesterday my 6 64 GB Iphone restarts all the time.

    There are apple journal on the screen, then screen is black and once again apple appears.

    I can't stop it, I can't go to the deskop. Nothing. Mobile phone doesn't help.

    What will happen? Please notify.

    I've read a few articles that the iPhone 6 have such problems because of the memory of TLC.

    My cell phone is 15 months old, still on warranty. I will send a formal complaint to Apple?

  • GameCenter iPhone 6s

    When Apple will fix the Gamecenter?  This has happened for a time looong.  The 2 questions I have are:

    (1) notification badges that will not disappear. Everyone I know has this problem regardless of the device.

    (2) the white screen.  I did the reset instructions to get this fixed time already on my 6s, I won't again. Too heavy.  I applied all the latest patches/updates.

  • Time and date of the Iphone 6s set contacts automatically / backup

    Hi my name is Rebecca. Please be patient, this is a long story with a question to which Apple for a month and a half has not been able to solve. The end of February, I went to Sprint to upgrade my iphone 6 to a 6 s. (my 6 had no problem). The backup and restore to the other went off without a hitch. Two weeks having the phone, date and the value automatically switched to a GMT setting which is 4 hours ahead of New York. Assumption is that the phone has been deserted. I got a new phone and everything has been backed up and restored again. Less than two weeks later, the same goes for the 2nd iphone 6 s.  I went to Sprint and got a 3rd iphone 6 s. backup and restored all again. Less than a week later for the 4th time, the new iphone 6 s time and date switched to the time zone GMT 4 hours ahead of New York. At this point, I called Apple Tech support. A very nice tech Jason worked with me for 2 weeks to fix this. He sent Apple a 4th iphone 6s. We did a backup and when the new phone came in did us a restore. A few days later, the same problem. Apple accuses Sprint, Sprint complaint to Apple. At this point, Sprint said that my sim card was corrupted and he sent me a new. On the phone with Jason, we did a reset of the iphone 6s failing manufacturers. Removed the corrupted sim card and put in a new vacuum. Phone restarts and when you get to the Setup screen, it asks "set up as a new user or a user to return. Jason said as a new user.  I clicked on new user. Following her request for an apple ID. Jason said I should put in my existing apple id (although it has been activated on as a new user). At this point the phone wouldn't turn on. On the phone with Sprint. They did not understand as to why the phone would not activate. Jason suggested that I put my original sim card in (which was noted as corrupted), then the active phone. At this stage because I had not done a restore, the only information on my phone now an old backup who had my contacts and some of the notes, images etc. Jason said to do a restore after just 24 hours to be sure of the time and the date stay correct. Not happened. Less than 24 hours, the date and time that is set to automatic changed to the GMT time zone. Jason was out of suggestions. We left him there. I am very angry to pay more than $800 for an iphone that feature very very important does not work. On mine, I restored my phone and thought what I'd do. I then did a backup. I'll stop my icloud. I have reset my builders phone by default and when I went through the whole upward I plugged my phone in itunes and restored my phone from my computer backup. (Icloud is always OFF). Less than 24 hours later at the date and time in GMT area again. Once again, that I have a phone very very expensive with a feature that is vital for me, I can't use. Yes, I could turn the machine off, but I shouldn't do that. So here's my question: Iphone 6, I have not had any problems with my icloud or my sim card or the date and time. 6 s IPhone that I do. I got iphone 4 brand new 6s with the same problem. Is - that my sim card is corrupt and transfer information corrupt, though only it worked fine in my iphone 6? Second question: I don't want to sign up for a new apple id and start from scratch. This will screw up my gmail which is linked to the apple ID. How can I back up my contacts only on my computer and then be able to reset my phone manufacturers by default, then erase all information from my existing apple ID in order to use again, but only restore contacts which is the worst part of transfer phones. Apps and notes, photos and all the rest is not a problem to start from scratch, but contact is almost impossible to have to type each hand one by one. Please someone out there with a solution. Thank you in advance.
