  So, updated to 2015.3 and I see on the window of Premiere Pro export settings have changed considerably. One of the big things for me is I can not put my bitrates as I used a high-end and low-end, one pass, re-encoding, etc., which is kind of a big deal to me. Is there something I'm missing here? My old preset still life in Media Encoder but I can't get it to load first because those moments I export only a single video file.

  Well, I don't know what happened, but when I opened just first again (and I did that several times today since updated the software) the old presets were back. When I installed initially 2015.3 he only had like 6 or 7 presets available, now they are all here. Maybe some kind of anomaly or something weird I did initially. Anyway, I'm back in business.   As you suggest, it could be a problem with your hardware that is not in a position to make the video on this particular resolution,

  I tried the same thing and it works fine for me without any problem. You can always export the movie in a format you want and then use other software video converter to get the desired format. If your video does not work then you can also, to let know you that there is a problem with your hardware.

  I received a Satellite Pro 4600, unfortunately this laptop has 2 and a half proceeding on this issue. The first is MS2000, then XP then an incomplete installation of XP. I have a legal copy of XP that I bought and I want to reformat the computer laptop and put on a new install of XP, the problem is how to enter the BIOS to change the settings to boot to a CD?

  First of all you n t need to access the BIOS to boot from the CD.
  You can simply press the F12 key immediately after the laptop has been powered.
  It would show the available boot options.

  Alternatively, you can press the C button that would automatically allow the CD/DVD drive as the boot source.

  I just installed my P750/2r new 64 bit Windows 7 running on my domain and found that I can not connect Internet Explorer version 8 as LAN settings (under Tools / Internet Options / connection) are greyed out for Automativ scripting and the Proxy settings.

  I log in as a local user and administrator, but they are soothed grayed out. I have a work around that happens right now by installing Firefox which is fine (but it's a pain using two system).
