  Shockwave Flash should not do that. However, if you want to delete it go to programs and features in Control Panel. Click once on Adobe Shockwave Player and click on uninstall in the menu at the top.   This indicates a problem of motherboard - best of cases are the battery on the motherboard has failed and must be replaced, the worst case would be a fault on the motherboard that can be corrected.  Start by checking your motherboard or system reference manual or the manufacturer's web site for instructions on replacing the battery and reconfigure the BIOS/CMOS settings.
