  If you're talking about earlier versions of the creative cloud, on the old computer, select help > deactivate before you install on the new machine to make sure that you have at least 1 of your 2 available license activations.

  If you have a CC subscription, you have still 2 activations. If you hit your limit go to help > Sign Out on the old machine, then when you install the CC desktop application, you will automatically be logged on the new machine.
