  The easiest way is to use a scanner to scan the picture.  Of course if you don't have a scanner, so it is more problematic.  Another way would be to have someone take a photo of the print with a digital camera and upload the image on your computer or on ancestry.com for you.  Take a photo of the print is not the best and takes some skill, but it's a way.  You can also take the printout to a place of photo processing.  If you live in the United States, then Wlagreens, Wal-Mart or a similar place probably can scan the photo for you put the results scanned on a CD or a flash drive for you, then use the results to ancestry.com.

  Just to clarify, in the case where this help anyone. I transferred more SC around 6 to help Apple migration assistant, and the only program in the suite that could not be accessed except through the trial version of cloud was the Illustrator. After that more than an hour on the Adobe support chat, turns out that I needed to follow the guests to buy cloud version, then type the serial number of my CS software at some point in the process. There you go.

  Microsoft will not do what you want them to do.

  They just got emails, but no password, which is what you need for data on the computer.

• Broken DVD CD player

  Hello! We have a 17 dell studio (the cd/dvd drive is internal)
  CD player worked perfectly, while adding a cd in itunes, but stopped at halfway through, now when you add a disk it does not recognize that it has been added. If go you into my computer and try to open automatically the CD comes out. The same phenomenon occurs for CD and DVD. (they have all been verified on another laptop and work correctly)

  We ran the services of automated Microsoft product which concluded that there was a problem and the material of the cd is unreadable, but couldn't solve the problem? We downloaded and installed a new driver, who has not managed to solve the problem! We have tried to 'fix this solution' in the Windows Web sites both Dell!

  Please start at the top and work down nothing skip even if you have tried a few before as is often
  the set of operations that solves the problem. There some software problems that cannot be resolved and the pilot could not
  have gone bad and must be replaced.

  Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double-click on the device - driver tab - click
  Update the drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT
  This will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue below.
  
  Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a loose cable or
  slight corrosion on the contacts (usually for a laptop) and other issues.

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both

  manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

  The answer proved to be (A). I did the dvd player plugged in properly... but I must have loosened the connection to the cd drive when I put the dvd player.  I checked the connections, and made sure they are good. They are now, and everything works fine.  Thanks for the help!

Problems began with a recent update to Dreamweaver which she returned to a status of the trial. Yesterday I updated to Lightroom 5.7, which returned Lightroom to the status of trial as well. No one here knows why and how to fix.

  But now I see that the Panel of apps in the application of CC desktop disappeared, all of the panel, not only the apps as others have described, which makes this application basically useless for me.

  It's a matter of preference, or anything more complicated? How can I remedy to get back on the Panel of apps?

  Interesting. In a desperate attempt, I found and deleted several folders OOBE (Out of Box Experience) on my Mac and backup HD, has revived the CC desktop application and everything is back to normal again. Just lost nearly 4 hours trying to solve this nuisance. Some people here suggested to rename or delete the oobe.db file, but that alone did not do.

  Now, if someone could help me understand why the Dreamweaver update returns my application to the mode of trial and how to solve this problem, I would be grateful.

  I could solve the problem by going to the manufacturing of system site and download the updates I needed. Once I installed all the updates for my video driver, the games worked well.

  Due to a computer crash (bought in 2004 with Windows xp and Office 2003 Professional), I bought a new one with Windows 7 and I try to install my old version of Microsoft Office 2003 Pro (bought around 2004 update).  However the installation process does not recognize the older versions of Office (which were on my old machine and allowed me to exploit OP 2003).  Is it possible to load my OP03 bought and already active on my new computer?
