Computer has two users & I want to give both users access to Firefox but don't know how

Hello. Auto & woman on computer (W7) and two of us log in with password to access mail etc. There is NO problem of privacy.
So we have 2 separate workstations on the computer, BUT the start of Mozilla button shows only when I am logged in as a user.
There is a button start no. Mozilla desktop when my wife connects.

I tried to set up two profiles using the "Profile Manager", but that has not worked. ""

I'm a guy older and plu not computer savvy, but can follow the instructions if stated simply.

What I want is that we are able to share Mozilla so that the program is visible to my wife when she opened a session.

Thank you in advance.

Sorry for the initial confusion.
I've been too read in your first question and trying to cover all the bases. Responses of Gnospen may have already solved your problems, but if not may be the following aid.

First a Firefox profile is always implemented and used, but that is irrelevant.
Normally, this process is transparent to the user. It is that Firefox is put in place, and most of the users do not really he know about it. It is disturbing to normally advanced users or for troubleshooting purposes. One of these advanced uses to perform separate profiles for two people at the Windows of a computer account. I first thought that you can try to do.

If I understand correctly. Now, I think that is the only thing you try to do

  1. Install Firefox in your wife Windows accounts. So your wife can use Firefox.
  2. Have your wife use the two accounts of Firefox. In the same way that you already use both e-mail accounts yourself without any problem.

There is no need to share profiles of Firefox, use Firefox Sync, private browsing, or anything else complicated from there to achieve.

Second point all you have to do is to ask your wife to install Firefox

  • Please follow the instructions in this article
How to download and install Firefox on Windows

    • Ask your wife to do it from his own computer with its own accounts. (Or you do for your wife but using his accounts and passwords for Windows)
    • Note Standard install install a shortcut to start Firefox.

In addition
If you use Internet Explorer (IE), you can have a few Favorites saved on IE. Firefox calls these bookmarks. You should be able to copy this information in Firefox as part of the installation process. Or as a separate process at a later date. See
