Computer is detected on the network, but get a message that it is impossible to find

original title: Windows 7 sees one of my other computer (Windows XP with all service packs) through the network, but says that it cannot find it?   Da?

How can Windows 7 automatically detect my laptop Windows XP, but State so that it can not find the same laptop?  If he could not find it, it would not be a known there!

MicrosoftMoments.com<-- you="" might="" want="" your="" overseas="" support="" team="" to="" visit="" this="" site. ="" it="" might="" let="" them="" know="" what="" the="" customer="" feels="" like="" having="" to="" read="" enless="" faqs="" when="" there's="" no="" real="" support="">

Furthermore, I never saw a company to manufacture products that are not ready for traffic/sales/tested/completed and not offer a technical support phone number.  Microsoft thinks it's a prevelige to buy their software "not ready"?  OFFER AN ONLINE SUPPORT TEAM!

Final note: your FAQ search came back with nothing near what I entered, you could try Google.com and learn how a search is supposed to answer.

Sorry for all the negative reviews, but the world has been to complain about your lack of support and questions for years while your business keeps his head in the sand.  Finally, another company will come along (Apple, Android etc.) and you'll fnd yourself unemployeed.

Thank you, John Turcott
