  I don't know what you see for the arrow. I installed the Weather Channel widget and find the normal buttons, including relatives, gadget drag more big size, Options.   If you don't mind not to lose your files, turn the system off.

  Press 0 (zero) key and power up the computer

  Press the F12 key during the appearance of the Toshiba logo

  You should then see the Start Menu

  Using the up/down arrow keys, select > HDD Recovery > press Enter

  If offered a selection of Windows 32 or 64-bit, be sure that you select the correct operating system

  You should be able to create a recovery media.  Once you have installed Windows, click Search > Type recovery

  You should see an option to create your own recovery discs

  If this isn't the case, I suggest that order you them from Toshiba.
