Computer laptop HP Dv7 won't matter HP 6180 All in One Printer, is there any updates for Windows 7 home premium to solve this problem?

Are there updates Windows 7 Home Premium in order to allow the HP Dv7 laptop import images to scan 6180 HP all-in-One?

If there is, they would be available at HP, not Windows Update. ~ Robear Dyer (PA Bear) ~ MS MVP (that is to say, mail, security, Windows & Update Services) since 2002 ~ WARNING: MS MVPs represent or work for Microsoft

' I do not use the software to install and configure it up to the Ipad 2. How can I make the printer identify my Ipad 2, so I can scan? Help, please! Thanks in advance.

    Hello

    The front of the product allow you to scan to computers with the complete software installed only, such a feature not planned mobile operating systems.

    To scan from iOS, you can use the HP ePrint home & Biz, on the App Store application available.

    Then you can analyze by launching the application analysis.

    Vista Media recovery obtaining and/or using the Vista recovery on your computer Partition to factory settings .

    There is no Vista free download legal available.

    Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

    Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.
    See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.
    Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...
    Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, etc).
    A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
    The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.

    There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.

    If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

  • 2 product keys for Windows 7 Home premium service pack for laptops

    I was told that on computers laptops there are two product keys for Windows 7, one is already activated by the manufacturer and one is on the bottom of the laptop on the sticker. Therefore, it is possible to use the one that is on the sticker, which is not one that is initially using the laptop?

    Computers, which are built by large manufacturers provided with pre-installed Windows are supplied with 2 two product keys:

    (A) OEM SLP: this key comes pre-installed in Windows, when it comes to the factory. This key is designed to work with the special instructions isn't on the hardware of this manufacturer. Then, when Windows was installed using the OEM SLP (in factory) Windows 7 key leans on the motherboard and he sees special instructions and activates. (that's why you had no need to turn on your computer after you brought it home)

    (B) SLP COA: it's the product key that you see on the sticker on the side (or at the bottom, [or in the battery compartment]) of your computer. It is a valid product key, but must be used only in certain situations (for example, if the OEM SLP key stops automatic activation for a reason any). The key must be activated by phone. (Note: all manufacturers that use the SLP OEM system are bound by contract to include a certificate of Authenticity sticker (COA), which has a COA SLP key, on the computer)

    I guess that part of the question could be a driver which is really old or similar should not be loaded.

  • New computer and can not get the HP Photosmart C5180 all-in-One Printer to install and work

    I downloaded which, in my view, is the correct driver and mild wear.  I had to get one new computer, my other crashed, I can't install the software that came with it because I now use windows 7.  However, he has worked in windows 7 on the other computer.  I need for my printer and scanner.  I get no answer or scan error if I pass him answers do not.

    Where should I go from here?

    There are exactly two downloads.  One is IrfanView itself and the other is supplements.  This is all you need.

  • Device Version Manager: 6.1.7600.16385 presenting no matter what devices or Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit drivers? This has already been answered? If you don't see it you can check or update all drivers.

    14/07/13

    Whenever the device driver is selected there is just a blank page that appears. There are no announcements of any drivers anywhere, or visible by any way within Windows 7 Home Premium. For this reason there is no way to check on all the drivers or the parts of the system to see if there is no system conflicts.  I have a driver repair program that when search enabled for and comes with a list of drivers on the computer and indicates the factors that bear on a date and will go through the steps to change but since I have no way to see the driver manager or it's poster so I can't say if something is changed.

    If I have something again plug it into a USB Port, the computer recognizes that something has been plugged, but that it will not open the directory automatically, as it used to do.  For example if I put in a CD or a DVD that has auto start it won't, so it's just sitting there. If I use Windows Explorer and click computer directory will show a device for example: DVD has a DVD named such and so in the drawer.

    Plug-and-Play is selected and activated, but it seems that it does not work.  If I plug a USB key into the USB (any USB port) it sometimes it indicates with a beep or a pop-up window indicating something was plugged or removed as the case may be.

    If this file has been deleted, if it is to cause such a thing?  This computer (gateway) has a grounded partition which has a restore works however it resets all default settings etc. or can erase all files.  If there is a way to download the missing files, which makes Driver Manager do its thing, it would be a good thing. Any suggestions?

    22/07/2013

    Thank you for your suggestions. They were a good start, I followed everything as suggested, but nothing helped.

    1. as to the question was just a new program installed before this problem?  The answer could be Yes. But unknown to you, because I can't be sure of the effective date of what's going on.

    I tried to go back, at an earlier date, but it did not help.

    2. for Plug and Play - he already is set to Auto and is active, but it is grayed out and I can't change it. So it turns out that I'm locked somehow. Even if I am put as an administrator.

    3. I went into the registry and everything what you suggested is already there.

    4. the problem still exists.

    Hi DwBent,

    I would be grateful if you could answer the following question:

    Were there any software or hardware changes made on the computer before this problem?

    This can cause if the Plug and Play service is disabled (disabled people); I suggest you follow the troubleshooting steps and check if it helps;

    Method 1:

    To resolve this problem, set the startup type for Plug-and-Play on automatic. To do this, follow these steps:

    (a) click Start, click run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

    (b) double click on Plug-and-Play. If you receive a Configuration Manager message, click OK.

    (c) in the Startup Type list, click Automatic, and then click OK.

    (d) Community Services.

    (e) restart the computer.

    Method 2: The other reason, Device Manager may be empty is because there are some security issues with the registry key.

    Warning: Important this section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

    Back up the registry

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-in/Windows7/back-up-the-registry

    (a) go to "Start", click "run", type "regedt32" and press enter.

    (b) expand the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" window

    (c) scroll down to "SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum".

    (d) with 'Enum' selected, click on "security", "Permissions" menu

    Note: At this point, you'll probably notice that there are no permissions on this key.

    (e) click on 'Add'.

    (f) add the group "everyone" and the "SYSTEM" user.

    (g) select "everyone" and check the "read" ONLY!

    (h) select 'SYSTEM' and check the 'total control'.

    (i) click on the button "Advanced" at the bottom of the window.

    (j) on the control of the Advanced window "Reset permissions on all child objects... »

    (k) click on 'OK'.

    (l) in the warning window click "Yes."

    (m) to close the registry editor and check with the question.

  • Charge a laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium

    I am repairing a friends HP laptop that needs a new hard drive. Can I use my OEM Windows 7 Home Premium (full version) disc with the activation key for Windows 7 Home Premium previously installed on the laptop (the Microsoft Sticker is still on the laptop). Our only other option is to try to get the HP recovery disks, but I fancy our chances on a laptop of 2010!

    Post proposed by the facilitator for the appropriate forum placed

    Yes, u should be able to.

    ....... The likely differences between the OEM Windows 7 install DVD n a stock Win 7 install DVD created from site of M$ are the inclusion of additional OEM drivers for the devices n preinstalled OEM bloatware.

    After activation n installation, one or two devices works may not be not bc of missing drivers, for example Wifi card n sound card. Normally, Windows Update will automatically detect n install the missing drivers for the user. If this is not the case, the user can hv to install the driver manually via the OEM Web site.

  • Anytime Upgrade used to go on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit for Windows 7 Professional and now my computer is slow

    I run:
    Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (used for Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit)
    Intel Core i7 - 2600 k CPU @ 3.40 GHz 3.70 GHz
    32 GB of RAM
    Seagate Barracuda 1 TB GB 7200 RPM HARD drive
    AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series

    I used the Express upgrade from Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit Windows 7 Professional 64-bit because Premium had a limit of 16 GB of ram.
    He checked and installed correctly without error.
    The main reason I wanted to be rid of this limit was because I could not watch any stream of twitch.tv.
    The upgrade has fixed my ability to watch the twitch.tv stream, but he gave me a problem which was even worse.
    Now, my computer is really slow.

    It takes a little longer than before to start.  When it is completely initialized, however, it is not as slow.  The mouse has just had a bit of lag.
    As soon as I try to use any application, my computer is really slow.

    For example: I open Mozilla Firefox.  There is a delay on when I type.  The mouse really gets lag.  With even just a 2nd tab open almost triple the slowness.

    It also occurs in Skype.  I'll have a delay in typing, and it's just slow in general.
    It also occurs in video games.  In World of Warcraft, for example, I used to get the full 60 fps in an area populated with max graphics.  Now, I rarely go above 10 frames per second with low graphics in an uninhabited area.
    Finally, it also occurs in the videos.  Let's say that I have 2 tabs open in Firefox.  This would normally have me delay like crazy if I try to do things (move the mouse, switch tabs, etc.).  If one of these 2 tabs is YouTube, and I watch a video, it drags you only if I try to move my mouse or tabs.  If I move all of my mouse, he plays the close video very well.  Even with the rivers Twitch.tv, Own3d, etc..  He accuses only if I move my mouse etc.  Also, if I don't move my mouse, the audio gets too quirky.  It's a kind of dubstep/robot/static noise.

    I tried to fix it or to limit the things:

    • Updated drivers
    • sfc/scannow (no problem)
    • Safe mode with network (always gal)
    • Service disabled for ALL , including Windows services (always gal)
    • Registry cleaned using CCcleaner
    • Clean a bunch of different caches and tempfiles.
    • A run each utility troubleshooting of Windows on my computer (only found no problem)
    • Reset my IP/TCP
    • The event logs recorded, but anything too rare.
    • Verified resource monitor, but my CPU usage is fine.  He's even not higher than 30-40% on the worst of the LAG.  Memory is also very good. It is used to 3 GB with 28 GB free.

    I tried a lot of things, but I don't remember right now.  I will edit this post when I remember or try new things.

    Thank you for taking the time to read my post and, I hope, provide input!

    I can tell you that registry cleaners are snake oil.  They do not help much, and they can cause problems.  Have you checked Device Manager to see if there is everything! or? for all entries?  Using a wireless mouse?  If so, try a wired.  Also, right-click computer and click Properties to see if he uses all the memory.  A number of people have found that they must make adjustments to get to use all of a large amount of RAM.  Your motherboard have integrated graphics?  If she and the CPU card or graphics are active at the same time, they may have a conflict, then you may have to disable in the BIOS.  Search for conflicting IRQ in system information.  Click Start and type system information into the search window.  Click on the + sign next to the hardware resources, and then click IRQ.

    Check the system event log.  To make, click Start-> Control Panel-> administration-> event viewer tools.  Once in Event Viewer system log-click and scroll entries looking for these "error" with indicator see if you can find guidance on where the problem may be.

    Good luck.
