Computer laptop HP G62 does not load

I have a hp G62 154-canotebook. About 6 months ago, there was a problem with the cooling system (nothing to do with the fan a kind of plate), but fortunately it has been supported by my warranty with hp.  Three months after my battery problem has started; He emptied so quickly that I had to keep my computer plugged in all the time. I decided to buy a battery but rather than having a 6-cell with battery life ridiculously down, I decided to replace it with a 12 cell. A new set of problems started, my computer began to load intermitenty, until it collapsed alltogether charge and basically could not start. A few weeks back, I tried my old battery on the computer and it started, but I couldn't always reboot my computer. I don't think that the charger is at fault. I think the problem is internal. Using a battery 12 cells, which was not compatible with my computer was not a good idea. A clue to understand my problem is the fan of my computer become more noisy and turned more quickly for a minute before returning to normal. I want to fix mine and I'm looking for clues on how to solve this problem. If you can help my giving the easy solution will be appreciated and I. If you can not I would like to know how to go about learning how to repair a laptop, hp can provide me with a model of my model? etc.

Thank you.

Best thing to do is to try a good knowm adapter, yours may be at fault.

HP does not provide much information other than the maintenance manual.

Here are all the manuals HP provides for this model

    Hi Stewart,

Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

You can follow these methods and check if it works:

Method 1: Unplug all external devices connected to the computer except keyboard, mouse and monitor and check if the problem persists.

  • Computer HP laptop window vista does not load please help

someone asked this question and I have the same problem!

I have a laptop HP who have dirtied pre-installed Vista and for some reason after installing automatically 3 updates the other day, he is not now charge up. The laptop is plugged in so it can configure 3 updates without failure (due to something like battery dying).

When the laptop turns on, it gives me two options:
    • Start the reboot system (recommended)
    • Start Windows normally
If I click on 'Launch Startup Repair', he comes back to do the same screen with them two options and when I click on "Start Windows normally", the laptop everything restarts and then return to this screen.
Thus, F8-ing it does not help either - it gives me options like computer repair, Mode safe mode, last known good, etc... but none of these helped either.
I looked around online for a solution, but most say on the use of the Vista installation CD, but the operating system is installed on a partition on the laptop (also there are files on what I would come down)... However I do not know if I can get it to boot on the installation partition either
    I tried F8, F11, F12 and nothing works

If the system or Mode restore safe work not and you do not have a Microsoft Vista DVD, make a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

My laptop does not start. When I first put it on the screen says 'we apologize... ". Windows does not start automatically in... "Then the Windows XP screen as it tries to load there is this small blue screen that appears a second microphone, too fast to read, then goes back to 'we apologize...". "screen just keeps looping. I thought that my hard drive was going badly, so I ordered a new. I have XP SP3. Could someone help me please?

    Hi robestes3,

    1. When did you start to question?

    2. you remember to make changes to the computer before this problem?

    Method 1:

First of all, you can tryLast good known Configuration and check if helps solve the problem.

    Check out the link:

How to start your computer by using last good known Windows XP Configuration

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/307852

    Method 2:

    Step 1:

If the above method does not work, then you can try to start in safe mode and check if the problem occurs.

Check out the link for more information on starting your computer in SafeMode below:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/315222

    Step 2:

If you can boot into safe mode without any problem, and then try to perform a clean boot. A clean boot to check if startup item or services to third-party application is causing this issue.

You can read the following article to put the computer in a clean boot:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

If your problem is resolved after the clean boot, and then follow the steps mentioned in the article above to refine the exact source:

In addition, after you resolve the problem, see the section on how to restore your computer to a Normal startup mode.

    Hope this information is useful.

  • Computer laptop Windows XP does not start? Help

Hi I have a windows xp laptop I think that their system eis or something like that... Whenever I start the laptop, he's going on the error you get when your dosent laptop shut down correctly. If I click on start normally the bar will spend about a quarter of the way and then just stayed forever and only safe mode also gets a freeze from then. Y at - it something wrong with the laptop or what. How can I get my laptop to work again... someone help me please.

It is up to tell you to us what brand of system and the model is... not "system ist or something like that."

When you choose to start safe mode and you can see all the stuff being loaded and the system crashes, which is the last line on the screen to say?

If you attached an external equipment, especially USB devices, disconnect everything and then you can see if things seem better.

If you get an error message windows system config, exactly what he says?

    No error paraphrased messages please!

    It was something like this:

Windows XP could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM

Which usually indicate some sort of corruption of system files may be a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination? (This includes the plug pulling, buttons power and removing the battery).  None of this seems familiar?

If you can boot from a CD, you can create a CD bootable XP (no XP media required) Recovery Console and run chkdsk with correction of errors on the afflicted to start System.

    Here's how:

If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and do not forget what you have (no XP media required).

This is not the same as recovery disks that might have come with the acquisition of the system store.

You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

The ISO bootable image file you need to download is called:

    xp_rec_con. ISO

    Download the ISO from here:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?ueyyzfymmig

Use a new CD and this simple and free program to burn your ISO file and create your bootable CD (do not install UniBlue or the Ask Toolbar - never!):

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

C:\Windows folder that you see in Solution Explorer.

The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the prompt of commands or read on here XP Recovery Console:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/resources/documentation/Windows/XP/all/proddocs/en-us/recovery_console_cmds.mspx?mfr=true

A good idea before you start things must first verify the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

    CHKDSK C: /r

Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.

It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

You must run chkdsk/r again until it finds no error to correct.

Remove the CD, and then type "exit" to exit the RC and restart the computer.

You have not to set the BIOS to boot the disk HARD since the CD won't be.

  • HP 15-D103TX computer laptop problem: Windows does not detect the dedicated graphics card

    Hi all

I recently bought a laptop HP 15 - D103TX , which is held responsible for Free on BACK. I have updated my Windows 8 operating system and have installed all the drivers from the HP website. The laptop has dedicated 2 GB Nvidia Geforce 820 M graphics card.

But when I checked, I found that Windows displays the graphic memory dedicated only 0 MB.

As you can see in the screenshot, it shows as 0MB dedicated graphics memory.

Anyone can clear me, upward on this subject? Is it a driver problem, or what is Windows 8 going crazy.

Thank you very much in advance!

    Kind regards

    Brahmnoor

Okay, I found the solution. In fact, the Haswell Intel i5 processor that my 15 HP D103TX has also comes with an Intel 4600 GPU intregated. So when I do normal tasks, the GPU intregated works, so Windows does not display the NVIDIA GPU 820M, but when I play a game or doing intense graphics work, he switches to the NVIDIA one.

In fact, it makes sense, because it preserves the battery of the laptop.

Check if there's recent updates to windows that has happened since the last time you were able to use the hotspot software.

You can consider using Windows to choose System Restore and restore the operating system of your laptop to a date before the problem started. It is a reversible process, so you will not lose data.

You should also take a look at your firewall settings to make sure that the firewall is to allow incoming and outgoing connections occur.
