Computer speakers crackling noise
Hello I got my pc for more than 3 years and just discovered this forum!
My pc is only used as a jukebox of the touch screen, but it makes a noise of terrible crackling from the (sometimes stronger than other periods) pc speakers. This always happened, it seems completely crazy that I just decided to solve the problem!
Any ideas?
Can you please tell us what model of PC do you have? Are you using the original version of the OS preinstalled?
> What has always happened...
How to understand this? Have you noticed this problem on the first day?
Have you tried to test the sound quality using headphones, different ways to test the internal speakers, whatever it is?
Please post a little more information. This can help us understand the problem.

Satellite A20-S103: after HDD upgrade light noise speakers crackle
Hello
After putting on a new hitachi 160g HDD, I have lived a "cracking" by the speakers sound.
I thought it was something wrong with the hard drive, so I went back to the store and changed it to a seagate, but the noise is still there.

Hello
When I see this crackling noise?
It does not appear if you listen to mp3 files stored on the HARD drive or if you are using an audio CD?160 GB HARD drive is a really imposing size and as far as I know not every size of HARD drive can be used in the notebook.
AFAIK the A20 Sat were shipped with a 40 GB HARD drive.
I don't know if the large size of HARD drive has a bad influence on the sound quality, but it would be very interesting to know if this crackling noise would appear if you use a smaller size of HDD like 60 or 80 GB of m.By the way; After replacing HARD drive, you have installed the operating system and drivers. Did you use the right audio driver?

On Satellite P100-160 speakers crackling
Hi all
I have recently come to buy a new P100 - 160 and overall I am impressed bits with it.
However, there is one thing that is really upset me... and this is the sound quality.
When I bought the computer laptop one of the points of sale, it was that he had "Harman/Kardon" who are supposed to be really, really good. Now, from 3D / Surround sound point of view, I must say that they seem certainly lives up to what I was told.
However - in terms of 'volume capacity' speakers seems not to give maximum... and I don't have to have the volume to the point that neighbors can here it is!
Turn the speakers more than about 1/4 of the way, and the very crazy - especially when he plays speakers/crackle anything with even a slight bit of bass.
I tried to change the equalizer and the volume in Media Player settings, but that didn't help either.
If someone has had this problem, or anyone know what can be the solution?
Thank you
KessaYou re right.
Certainly, the laptop comes with Harman/kardon speakers and usually these speakers also known as the 'good quality '.
That's why I studied a bit in this forum for similar issues and found this link to the Toshiba document on crackling noise on Satellite P100.
http://support.toshiba-tro.de/KB0/TSB6801JF0000R01.htmIt seems the BIOS and driver update should be done.
A tip: you can try to remove the old audio driver files before installing the new.Good luck

Re: Speakers Crackle on Satellite A100-049
I've only had my phone for over a year, but for about six months now the top speakers crackle. Especially when I play music but it can happen when matches are played on there also. Why is this?
Hmm maybe, there is a fault of the speaker.
Have you checked if the same crackling noise would appear using the headset? -
I have an Inspiron 11 3000 series and there is a sound of crackling from speakers. How can I fix?
Your laptop should have a pre-installed Realtek audio driver. Assuming that this driver is still installed, you place in the native Windows audio driver to test the speakers.
1. open Device Manager (type devmgmt.msc in the box of Windows search).
2. develop the 'audio controllers, video & game' and right click on "Realtek High Definition Audio".
3 Select this option to "Update driver software".
4. click on "Browse my computer for driver software".
5. click on "Let Me pick from a list of drivers on my computer".
6. put the "Show compatible hardware" check box if not already checked.
7. in the list of devices, click on 'High Definition Audio"(native driver).
8. click on "next".
9. in the update driver warning box, click 'Yes' (the driver).
10 restart the portable computer if you are prompted. If not invited, so no need to restart.
[To return to the Realtek driver, do it again but reverse the names in steps 1-6.]If the speakers crackle even with the native driver then it might well be hardware failure. Contact technical support to get it repaired.

Play music from Sansa Fuze my computer speakers?
Can I listen to music on my Sansa Fuze MP3 player in my computer speakers?
If I can, how can I connect the "rocket" on my computer or on my speakers?
Connect the "rocket" to your computer with the USB cable. Looking for the "rocket" as a disc or two discs (one for unity, for card) in Windows Explorer (computer or workstation). Discover music. Assuming that you have a drive in your computer - such as Windows Media Player or Winamp or iTunes - you should be able to click on a file and read it.

I have a desktop monitor and an Alienware Alpha I bought recently, which of course is not a speaker. I use a HDMI cable to get the video of the Alpha on the screen, but when I plug the HDMI on my monitor I can not any audio to the fate of the computer speakers. In the Alpha settings, when I try to switch the audio in HDMI mode, it is said that the HDMI is not connected or incorrectly connected. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
I'm not quite familiar with the Alpha console, so I can only suggest to visit their support page where you can chat with an expert.
I hope that you can solve your problem.

All drivers works normally and have been checked for updates that were not necessary.
Turn help would be appreciated
Hello
Mute key functionality is provided by IDT Audio software, so the problem may be that Windows 8 has installed a reference driver that does not contain. Often, the Windows 7 version works Ok, so I would try downloading and installing the following driver IDT.
http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp48501-49000/sp48830.exe
Once the installation is complete, restart the laptop.
Kind regards

Hello. I just bought an HD TV and have cable HDMI installed on my computer. But now I've lost sound on my computer speakers. I don't know why...
According to the map, you must use SPDIF to connect it to the SPDIF header on the motherboard. Map however NOT all need SPDIF to get sound

Noise of cracking computer speakers
I've been using insipiron dell 15R N5110 & now the speakers give a cracking noise every time... Can't hear a thing even in its low... Help, please
Hello. Test by plugging in the headphones. If the sound also comes through the headphones then
> disconnect the a/c industry and run the laptop on the battery. If the noise disappears, then, probably a bad adapter.
> try reinstalling the audio driver.
> See more tips in the faq Audio Choppy/jump .
If the audio from the headphone output is clean the speakers could be failing. Run them tests audio ePSA and if you hear noise during testing then the speakers probably needs to be replaced.

When you play any audio on my computer file, or listening to any audio on my computer, either by e-mail or by using Windows Media Player or itunes, there is sometimes a slight distortion that occurs, is not there when I listen to the audio file using a different medium than my computer.
Hi, thanks for your very complete instructions. In response to your question, I have a HP ProBook 4530 s. computer I was able to go on the site HP Support help and download an updated audio driver. The question now seems to be resolved. I printed to the top of your instructions, however and keep them for future reference.

I Vipre protection and do not have a clue how to follow this sound. Help, please!
Hello
If you do not source of the sound, try to close each of the open windows on your computer one by one and see then when the sound stops and don't forget not what window you closed last before the sound stops. In this way, you can isolate if the sound is a pop-up advertisement or if it is triggered by any other program on your computer.
