Computer stops with a blue screen with error fatal when the iPhone is connected

I know it may not related to windows but I have tried other sites on this issue. My computer stops and a blue screen appears with the message saying fatal error when the iPhone is connected. I tried with or without iTunes installed.

First without iTunes installed, windows will be asked to USB drivers for the iPhone, but I couldn't find anything on the Apple Web sites if I click No., a message appeared, saying that it might not work properly because he could not recognize my device. Second, I have the latest version of iTunes installed, windows began to recognize my iPhone but stop immediately after that with a blue screen fatal error and messeage saying updating the BIOS. Updated the BIOS of the computer, but nothing helped.

My computer runs on Windows XP Home Edition SP3, processor Intel Core Duo 1'66 GHz, 2 GB Ram, Intel GMA 950, Intel 945 GM chipset.

I thought that it requires no USB driver for iPhone on Windows or same iTunes unless I wanted to use it for synchronization or characteristics. Please forgive me if I'm wrong, because I tried it on other computers and it had no problem with the USB drivers and Windows can install by itself.

Thank you.

Hi 1980ckc,

1. have you tried to connect the iPhone to a different USB port?

You can check out the apple support link and check if it hleps:

Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

    1. are you able to boot into Normal mode?

I suggest to follow the steps provided and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

Step 1: I suggest to disconnect all external devices other than the keyboard and mouse, then check if you receive the same error.

If you receive, I suggest you follow step 2.

    Method 2:

Step 1: Try to start the computer in safe mode and check if the same problem occurs:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

Step 2: If the issue does not exist in Mode safe mode then try to put your computer in a clean boot state.

By setting your boot system minimum state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: After the troubleshooting steps, see step 3 of the binding of boot is a way of putting your computer to normal startup mode.

  • laptop computer becomes slow after a while of use and when the charger is connected, becomes normal.

    Hello

I use HP Compaq Presario CQ62, Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit OS, 4 GB ram, Intel core i5 processor. It is a portable 4 year old. The battery was changed 8 months ago.

Now, coming to the problem, my laptop will work very well for a few minutes at the start when I turn it on. After some time, the laptop everything becomes so slow it takes forever to work. This occurs when the power is not connected. If I connect power, less than a minute it starts to work faster. But the laptop would become very hot.

This problem started when I updated my iPod. After update iPod, I had this problem even while the charger is plugged. Later, I changed the OS Win7 Home premium genuine to Win 7 Ultimate. (Pirates). I have run the genuine Antivirus, cleaned the registry and everything. The problem persists. Please help me with this topic.

    Thanks in advance

    kaaranjikere,

So I checked the error you are getting, and it is not the battery do not, it is the power which is a failure and that includes everything for the power.

So it is likely that something wrong with your motherboard.

You will need to take the system to someone looking over everything.

I would like to know how everything goes

    Nice day.

    Hello

1 how long have you been faced with this problem?
    2. don't you make changes on the computer before this problem?

Start the computer by using the Microsoft Windows XP recovery console, and then perform a check disk on the file system.

To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Insert the Windows XP CD in the CD-ROM or DVD - ROM drive, and then restart the computer. Select the required options to start the computer from the CD-ROM or DVD - ROM drive if you are prompted to do so.
    2. once the Welcome to Setup screen appears, press R to start the Recovery Console.
    3. If your computer is configured to dual-boot or multiple boot, select the appropriate installation of Windows XP.
    4. When you are prompted to do so, type the administrator password and press ENTER. NOTE: In Windows XP Home Edition, the administrator password is blank by default.
    5. at the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER: cd system32
    6. type the following command and press ENTER: chkdsk /r /p
    7. remove the Windows XP CD in the disc drive.
    8. Type exit to restart your computer.

Important: Running chkdsk on the drive if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data may be lost

The amdxhc.sys is dated January 3, 2012 and the usbfilter.sys is dated November 16, 2011.

Two of these drivers should be updated to the latest version to ensure compatibility with the motherboard and between them.

HP has an available Update for AMD USB 3.0 driver but I do not see an AMD USB filter driver available for your computer updated.

I might suggest to try to get the package of motherboard chipset from AMD for versions newer and compatible to the two pilots.

You can try the "AMD Chipset drivers' starting from the following link which should update the two drivers.
