  I am currently using a program OR opening multiple files (http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/818). As a side note, I noticed that the files are automatically organized by name once records are returned from the Subvi. Will be called BxCy where x is a number and y is a number to two digits (e.g., B2C34) and within each file, I load a 1 d table which I extracted the files, I am loading.

  I want to do is organize the output so it has the structure of

  ...

  My first question is that I'm not 100% sure that the file names will be organised by name in the lu multi-fichier VI so is there someone who can check it out? Second, even with what I would like to know if there are effective methods to achieve this. Should I just use two tables index to classify based on their number of anc C B? This seems to slow down and I saw on other positions the function array reshape could speed up the process but I'm not sure how to proceed. I don't have access to the structures of inplace (I don't know if I just forgot to install this module, or if it was not included in my subscription LabVIEW).

  The program that I joined is in LabVIEW 2009 SP1 and I'm on a Windows 7 64-bit machine.

  • You did not include the subVIs. Please do.
  • Never convert a path to a string, unless you do something specific OS. Use 'strip path' work on the name of the file as strings, then convert back to a path using "build path" if necessary.
  • To create a 3D tables 1 d array, you need two stacked FOR loops. Pages in the loop external and rows in the inner loop and outoindex in the output in loop tunnels. You will automatically get a 3D Board.
  • It might be much easier to use the "list of files" with a motif of "B * C *" for example. Is the number of the page always 1 and the numbers of two line numbers (padded with a zero not significant as appropriate)? In this case the sorting will be correct.

  As everyone else has said, you don't have to plug something on N.  If you wire up a table for loop for input "auto-index", the loop for will run automatically the smaller table size.

  Today, I came across a probem of LabVIEW stange. A tunnel of release of "Last value" to a for loop back the default values instead of the last real value. The code is below:

  I have the impression that this is a stupid problem and know the solution if probably obvious, but I can't seem to find it

  I have a loop with several inputs and outputs in a Subvi.  When the Subvi is run all entries are read, the loop is skipped, and the outputs are sent.  Does anyone have any idea why the for loop is ignored?  Everything seems to be wired corretly?...

  I can't open your code due to my having LabVIEW 2009, but here's one thing to check: do you have automatic indexing on at all?  Perhaps, he does not run the expected amount of time due to a table being wired like 'auto-index' to your loop for?

  Another thing to check is try to place an indicator on the output of the variables 'N' and 'i' of the loop (letters of blue boxes that appear automatically).  That should tell you the "N" land of shadow of time it will perform an iteration and the value of the current 'i' reiteration.

  When you use the execution to highlight, you see it execute the code inside the loop?  If so, how many times?  And how did you expect?

  I have a question, I have a loop within a while loop. The loop runs and displays the log data. It seems that, until I have stop the while loop that log data display. It almost seems that the for loop runs until the while loop is stop.

  I tried your VI and there is nothing wrong the way in which it executes. Nothing happens until the second tab is selected and you press the 'off' button, date on which the loop FOR runs until the indicator shows a "9". In subsequent runs, again, it count up to nine, but it is so fast that you never see. For the observer, the indicator remains at nine.

  Of course you would see things a little bit better if you place the small waiting inside various parts of loops. At present, the VI consumes all CPU do nothing but turn empty loops for always while spending from time to time some nanosecods to iterate through the loop FOR. You also destroy your resource VISA with tunnels of default output, so the fence at the end probably will fail. Overall, the code seems too complicated for what you want to do. Do you really need to link a case control tab structure? Seems unnecessary.   Your code is the missilg LOOP keyword. Also, loop for CURSOR automatically closes after extraction of all lines - no OUTPUT WHEN you have to. But the key is to loop to extract CURSOR loop lines said variable registration - a following KEYWORD, IND in your case:

I need to keep global variables so that I can call in my actionPerformed method, but apparently you can not put a loop outside of a method or main and even if you could, apparently all variables declared in a for loop said would not exist outside this loop. So, any suggestions? Keep in mind that I only knew even what a string for all... 10 weeks, so please nothing too complicated.

  I have a simple table of clips ("box1" - "box6") that I created on the stage. I then a simple onRollOver function is iterated for each of these clips, as shown below. Only now is it works well, but I can foresee two problems potential for when I use large Bay and apply this technique to my real job files.

  1. If I have a lot more video clips, the first line of code would be much longer that it lists each movie clip instance name. Is it possible to use, for example, a for loop to include these clips in the table without having to type their names? As you can see here, I used a simple incrementing numerically naming process. I think that the problem may be that I use video clips with the name of bodies assigned on the scene and not created through ActionScript.
  2. The function I created it makes all the gotoAndStop (1) movie clips and one who was knocked down then goes to frame 2. Is there a way to make all the movie clips in the table with the exception of the one who drove over gotoAndStop (1), IE. is it possible to exclude the music carried over from the first part of the function? Here, it works fine as it is, but I think that maybe when I start using the more complex functions with interpolations etc it can cause problems. Or not?

  For the first question, if you know how many boxes are there altogether, you can use a loop for to add in the table...

  If you can't do this in "tools > Options > Applications" then you can rename (or delete) the file mimeTypes.rdf in the profile folder of Firefox to reset all the actions file.
