Welcome to the HP consumer's Support Forum.
According to what you reported, I think that the hard disk of your PC has not and must be replaced.
Boot into the BIOS and run the menu of hard drive diagnostics that are there.
It must declare if the player passes all tests or if you still get the error code.

I suggest you follow the steps mentioned below:
Method 1:
If you use a third-party security software, try to disable the third-party security software and check. Disable third-party security software.
a: you should see an icon for your Antivirus program in the taskbar notification area. It is usually at the bottom right of your desktop.
b. click the third-party security software, you will see a pop up.
(c) in this pop and select the option to disable, click on it.
d. now third-party security software will be disabled.
Important note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attack.
Method 2:
Do a Disk Cleanup , evoking the steps mentioned below:
Cleaning your PC on a regular basis frees disk space and helps it work better. One of the easiest ways to clean files, that you no longer need is to use disk cleanup.
Open Disk Cleanup by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Disk Cleanup, and then select from the list of results, Disk Cleanup.
If you are prompted, select the drive you want to clean, and then click OK.
In the Disk Cleanup dialog box in the Description section, select clean up system files.
If you are prompted, select the drive you want to clean, and then click OK.
In the Disk Cleanup dialog box, on the Disk Cleanup tab, select the check boxes for the types of files that you want to remove, and then click OK. To remove data from a previous installation of Windows, select the Previous Windows installations check box.
In the message box that appears, select delete files.
Go to the computer in the file Explorer, select the drive that you cleaned and select Refresh. If you need to free up more space (the reader is always marked red), go to the next tip.

Need help find out what is the problem with my iMac to mid-2011.
Yesterday during a reboot it just never came to life.
On turning the power on, I get the RINGTONE to start and that's it. The screen is totally black. Nothing behind tried with a torch.
VRAM rearmament so far I tried repeatedly, unplug and plug, all kinds of combinations of keys in the carillon and nothing.
Connected to an external monitor and shows nothing of too - no signal.
Any way that I can know what is wrong with it before sending it to the service tech? I suspect bad graphics card but how do you ensure?

The Safari menu bar looks like Safari is in the Mode full screen (no yellow button and the menu of the Finder and the Dock disappear), but the application does not have the entire screen. Never seen that before...
A few suggestions:
1. click on the green button several times.
2. check your display settings to confirm your ID to monitor using the native screen resolution;
3. restart your computer in Mode safe.

1. the present proceedings is a diagnostic test. It doesn't change anything for the better or worse and therefore, by itself, will not solve the problem. But with the help of the results of the tests, the solution may take a few minutes, instead of hours or days.
The test works on OS X 10.8 ("Mountain Lion") and later versions. I do not recommend running it on older versions of Mac OS X. It will do no harm, but it will not do not much good.
Do not be put off by the complexity of these instructions. The process is much less complicated than the description. You make the tasks more complicated with the computer all the time.
2. If you do not already have a current backup, please back up all the data before doing anything else. The backup is needed on the general principle, not because of what anyone in the test procedure. Backup is always a must, and when you encounter any kind of problems with the computer, you can be more than the usual loss of data, if you follow these instructions or risk not.
There are ways to back up a computer that is not fully functional. Ask if you need advice.
3 here is instructions to run a UNIX shell script, a type of program. As I wrote above, it doesn't change anything. It does not send or receive data over the network. There is no to generate a report on the State of the computer human readable. This report goes nowhere unless you choose to share it. If you prefer, you can act on it yourself without disclosing the contents for me or someone else.
You should ask yourself if you can believe me, and if it is safe to run a program at the request of a foreign national. In general, no, he's not sure, and I encourage it.
In this case, however, there are ways for you to decide if the program is safe without having to trust me. First of all, you can read it. Unlike an application that download you and click to start, it is transparent, anyone familiar with the code can check what it does.

☞ Paste into the window to another application.
☞ Wait for the test to run. It usually takes a few minutes.
☞ Stick the results, which will be copied automatically, in a response on this page.
These are not specific instructions; just a glimpse. The details are in parts 7 and 8 of this comment. The sequence is: copy, paste, wait and paste it again. You don't need to copy a second time.
5. try to test in conditions that replicate the problem, to the extent possible. For example, if the computer is slow intermittently, run the test during a downturn.
You may have started up in safe mode. If the system is now in safe mode and works pretty well in normal mode to test run, restart as usual before running it. If you can test only in safe mode, this.

9. If you logged in as an administrator, you will be prompted for your login password. Nothing displayed when you type. You won't see the usual points instead of the characters typed. Make sure that caps lock is turned off. Type carefully, and then press return. You can get a warning to be careful. If you make three unsuccessful attempts to enter the password, the test is still running, but it will produce less information. If you do not know the password, or if you prefer not to enter, just press back three times at the password prompt. Yet once again, the script will run.
If the test takes much longer that usual to run because the computer is very slow, you can be prompted for your password a second time. The permission you grant by entering it will expire automatically after five minutes.
If you are not logged as an administrator, you will be prompted for a password. The test will run. It just will not do anything that requires administrator privileges.
10. the test may take a few minutes to run, depending on the number of files you have and the speed of the computer. A computer that is abnormally slow may take more time to run the test. During execution, a series of lines is displayed in the Terminal window like this:

The test results are on the Clipboard.
Please close this window.
The intervals between the parties will not be exactly the same, but they give an approximate indication of progress.
Wait for the final message "Please close this window" appear - again, usually within a few minutes. If you don't see this message in about 30 minutes, the test probably won't be completed within a reasonable time. In this case, press the Ctrl + C key combination or the point command to stop it. Then go to the next step. You will have incomplete results, but still something.
In order to get results, the test should be allowed to perform or be stopped manually as shown above. If you close the window of the Terminal, while the test is still running, the partial results will not be saved.
11. when the test is completed, or if you manually stopped, leaving the Terminal. The results have been saved to the Clipboard automatically. They do not appear in the Terminal window. Please do not copy from there. All you have to do is start a response to this comment and then paste it again by pressing Command-V.
At the top of the results, there will be a line that begins with the words «Start time.» If you do not see that, but rather to see a mass of gibberish, you wait for the message "close this window". Please wait and try again.
If personal information, such as your name or e-mail address, appear in the results, make anonymous before posting. Usually it will be not necessary.

I'm having a problem with my laptop HP 2000-369WM of charge. When I try to plug my charger, the red light indicating that the load and the battery on the screen indicator does not change.
I'm trying to shake the cord, but it will take a while before it recognizes.
Do I need to get a new charger, or who will count in all and it is a problem of laptop?

You have not received a notification because your registration is not yet complete. Open the site again and add the printer on the first page. To add the printer, you need the printer email because it will serve the claim code necessary to add it. You can get the email by pressing the button on the printer screen eprint. Only the first part of the email is necessary. Enter it in the box add a printer and click on the 'eligible for instant ink' which appears tk according to the printer once added. 2 TSST CORP CD/DVD TS - L633L ATA DEVICE DVD/CD-ROM: ENTERED VIEW PROPERTIES PILOTS AND THIS ONE HAS THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE AND A DRIVER.
At the moment I'd hide so I does not uninstall my cd/dvd drive.

Using a Dell laptop D630 without probs for about 2 years but I received the following message if poster for the first time a week ago...

Sreen now flickers and goes blank at frequent intervals. Can sometimes become 5 mins use before it 'not'... other times it will be authorized for more than 30 minutes... but then finally flickers and screen effectively stops. Takes about 20 to 30 attempts to get the screen to the top when I connect... other times it is just blank.
Anyone know what I can do to solve the problem. My computer knowledge is not good... so please don't worry insult to my intelligence.

I have a 22-inch HPL2208w monitor, which seems to play on my new laptop Dell upward. The laptop has only a HDMI port, so I connect the monitor's vga cable to the Dell via an adapter.
The display shows for a few minutes and requires only the range (I guess resolution) be changed to 1680 x 1650. For some reason I can't change the setting of the laptop to that. When I do not change the resolution (only if the monitor is unique and not dual output) the warning message remains on the screen and the screen is not at its best (wise clarity).
Series Dell Win 7 64 bit, but the monitor was working on my previous Dell with the same version of Windows (with a VGA connection).

I updated my drivers and now my computer runs very slowly. How to solve the problem?
I've recently updated my Intel graphics driver and my drivers Nvidia because they were terribly outdated. As a result, I am able to run some games that I couldn't run before, but my computer became very slow. Run Windows, Disk Cleanup . This will remove many files in the Temp folder.
Or, for a full, clean, go to the - your User\AppData\Local\Temp
Open the Temp folder and delete anything that can be deleted (impossible to delete the files that are used).
-Defragment your HARD drive
