Configuration of updates - in perpetual loop
Hi, I am trying to turn on my laptop, but keeps it shut itself down and restart with the message: "Configuration of updates. "3 of 3 0% complete"
Then it stops again and goes back to this message.
I'm desperate to get a file on my laptop, but this does not stop the case. How the hell do I? Any help is GREATLY received!
Thank you very much
You can start your laptop in safe mode (F8 at startup > safe mode)?

Infinite loop of "Failure to configure Windows updates" Windows 8
Hello
Recently, I completely reset my laptop Windows 8. After reset, I installed all the updates (there were about 90) and restart as prompted. However, now the PC is stuck in an infinite loop trying to configure the updates, or configure them, then reboot and try again.
Like I can't pass the configuration screens, I can not troubleshoot or do anything since the PC itself and it's very frustrating and I don't know what to do.
Hello
This problem might have occurred because of these reasons:
1 external.
2. bad Windows Update settings.
3. conflicts between third party applications.
I suggest to start the computer using safe mode and then attempt to perform the steps in the article.
Step 1: Start the computer in Mode safe.
Start settings for Windows (including safe mode)
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/Windows-startup-settings-safe-modeStep 2: Try the steps outlined in the article.

I tried to update my laptop with windows updates and an error message "failure windows updates, changes configuration recovery, stop computer" has been there for 20 hours and nothing happens. I can't get rid of this message despite the closure of the laptop for 2 hours and take out the battery. How can I get out of this perpetual loop please?
I have windows 8.
[Original title: Windows updates]
Use any method is needed to access Advanced Startup Options in Windows 8 or 10 including if necessary to the installation media to create for Windows - 8.1 help Windows to start in console repair on the second screen.
Startup options run the system restore which is the first line of defense and still has a Restore Point before installing the updates.
If it does not try to repair the startup or as a last resort a refreshment or a Reset.

Vista Service Pack 1 installs - perpetual loop
Hello! I was wondering if anyone would be good enough to help me. I'll have the perpetual loop of Service Pack 1 by saying it is installed but is not as he continues to repeat in Windows Update. I made a new reformat and reinstall yesterday to solve the problem, but is happening all over again. I ran the tool Vista only strengthened. I just ran a FixIt and he could not solve the problem of Windows Update. I'm worried about the stability of my laptop. I'm not wonder with computers. It's a Toshiba Satellite A210 Vista 32 bit Home Premium btw. I ran the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor to see if I could just get the hell outta Vistaland altogether and go to 7, but I need that SP1 installed even for that! Having a nightmare. Help, please. Thank you, Simon :)

It will also tell you which SP you have installed.

At the start, my phone freezes on the configuration of updates and restarts
At startup, my phone freezes on the configuration of updates and restarts. It won't let me even put my password. Automatically, it restarts and continues to do the same thing over and over again... I need help!
What were the results of the test of the hard drive?
It seems that things go too far and you need to perform a factory restore and reinstall the files on your system.
Repeatedly press the F11 key at startup to enter the Recovery Manager, and then follow the instructions. I hope that the recovery partition is not damaged.
