connect my Telstra t - box

How to connect my pc to my telstra t - box to allow movies downloaded on my pc to play through my tv t - box?

Hello... I work at Telstra and give you some advice on your question. Although the T - Box has a couple of USB ports you cannot actually connect it on a hard drive or a computer to transfer records or downloaded movies to watch on another device.

  • Connect and cancel the box

Hello. the problem is the connect and cancel box appears every time you feel. It happens while on the internet, playing cards, etc., the machine is a hp Pavilion, and the hook from the internet to the top is Verizon that works as a cell phone. Thank you

Should be in the Internet Options window and check the Connections tab and which is checked. Should be "a connection each time that there is no" or always compose.

If you are Verizon DSL or FIOS. If this is FIOS you should not get this message and it's fixable.

My laptop with Windows 7 (64-bit) can not see the other desktop PC running Windows XP via a wireless connection, except if it is plugged into my laptop so only I can see them on the network.

    2. right click on the card that you want to add NetBEUI to and then click Properties.

    3. on the general tab, click on install.

    4. click on Protocol and then click Add.

    5. Click to select NetBIOS protocol in the list, and then click OK.

    6. restart your computer.

Also make sure that NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled in the Windows XP computer. To do this, follow these steps.

I had to reset the parameters of builders and uninstall the software of telstra and now I am unable to connect to telstra wireless and it seems that many safety equipment are turned on and I cannot change any settings.

    Any ideas?

    Hello!

To be honest, I know a lot of internet security because s programs an interesting topic for me, but I've never heard of Telstra software.
Where did you download this software?

And I think you should give us a description of the error detailed what you man with security facilities.
Maybe you should run CCleaner to clean up the system and registry files of Telstra.

In the worst cases, you need to restore the factory using Toshiba Recovery disk settings. :(

  • How can I connect my Mac to a network server? As in windows yo go to my computer / connection to a network drive, and then you select a letter and write the name of the server that you want to be logged

I'm trying to adapt Windows to my new MacBook Pro with OS El Capitan.

I work remotely for a company and I want to connect my Mac to the server of the company.

My question is how to connect a MAc to a network drive with the permanently available connection.  For example, in my old HP I went to my computer / connection to a network drive. I've selected a letter and note the name of the server that I wanted to be connected to. The connection was then shown with my other drive hard 'sections '; I want to say C:, D: (for recovery), e: (for tools) and then connecting to the external server has been shown with the selected letter.

There is no "letter" under OS X. It's a hangover very old of BACK, devices of mapping and volumes labeled mailbox.

If you are connected to your corporate network, you should see the available network volumes listed in the Finder, in ' my computer > network ", or with the command K to connect to a server.

You can create an alias for the volume and put it in the Dock, or leave on the desktop or put it somewhere else, and the next time you want to connect to this subject, simply double-click on it. You can also add the server address to your "favourites" in the connect to Server dialog box.

  • Get invites to day 6.0.2 then cannot connect to the server to update

Recently started using Firefox on my MacBook. FF invites me to download the new version (was 6.0.1, 6.0.2 now) but when I click to update, FF tries to connect to the server to update, but some stays with the "connect to Server" dialog box, never completed the upgrade. About FF in the menu, it says I'm on 6.0 and I'm on the latest version.

If he has problems with the update or the permissions then simpler is to download the full version and trash the version currently installed to do a clean install of the new version.

Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the file on the desktop DMG

    • Trash the present application Firefox to do a clean (re-) install
    • Install the new version you downloaded

  • Satellite Pro C665 and internet connection problems

Hi, will try and give as much information as I can, so sorry for the long post.

I bought this new laptop in August is so very old, I connect to the internet with modem USB 3 G telstra and a cycle of 3 weeks he began to abandon the connection within 30 seconds approximately.
The blue LED on the identification of the USB modem still flash, it has a connection, but I would get the yellow explanation mark on the icon of internet connection in the task bar.

Now, the only way to recover the connection must close the connection of Telstra, unplug it, plug it back in and reconnect, a few times I have to reboot and will have to go through this routine 5 - 6 times and sometimes up to 10 attempts before I get a stable connection.

So first I thought it might be the USB modem, so I got a replacement of telstra, but made no difference, then I had a replacement sim card and still no luck.

Then I did a new install of Windows 7 and installed all the current updates, still no go.

I then bought a wireless router to eliminate the USB connection and still have the same question.

Sometimes it can be very frustrating trying to get a solid connection, but once it gets a good connection, it will stay connected for hours without any problem

I'm not an expert with computers, but can usually find a solution to problems of software, I have, but that left me speechless and I think I've covered most of the region to address this.

    Thanks for your time.

Unfortunately I can't say anything on Telstra 3 G USB modem. Toshiba doesn't support third party hardware, software and does not offer any kind of support.

I put t know where you got this USB modem but I m wondering you didn't visit their store and test in functionality it bring your laptop with you. The people who work there could make inspection on site.

I also put t know why you have this problem at home. Your router is not known to us, but is there a difference when using WLAN secure or unlocked and without password?

  • Win XP on Satellite P300 - 18 M: WLan failed to connect properly

So, myself installed XP now running quite a lot better than Vista (P300 18 M) with a major nuisance...

I installed the Intel 5100 Wifi drivers and they work effectively, but with a hiccup.
From the laptop, it can take up to 10 minutes after that before the WiFi actually detects and connects to my wifi box.

If I manually search prior to that, he said simply no networks detected, whereas in fact (using another notebaook as the iPhone, around 7 networks are visible at all times...

So he ended up finding the right network and newspapers, but it takes forever.
Any ideas what may be the problem here?

I hear you, displays, I wonder why you do not write that you have installed Windows XP Home edition. As far as I know, many people here have reported on the various problems with WXP SP3.
Using Windows XP SP3 home edition too?

By the way: this is the forum user. No response from Toshiba :)
