connecting elements

trying to speed up my iMac at the start, I checked the login items in order to eliminate those unnecessary. Among them, there are 2 items of type unknown , represented by the blank page icon and named

Advances in Mac

and

Apple-

and it says on the vith right icon

I'm not able to understand what they call in, and I want to eliminate them: any suggestions?

Thank you

  • [RESOLVED] connect QObject signal cascades element

    Hello

    I have a class derived from QObject with signals. I would take those Cascades.

    I exposed the class with:

    qml->setContextProperty("myClass", this);

    In qml, there are connections element to use as:

    Connections {
         target: myClass
         onMySignal: foo(parameters)
    }

    How can I achieve this?

    Thanks for your time

    I got it to work with:

    myClass.mySignal.connect(foo);

  • Please explain the connection points

    I am new to FCPX and I spent a lot of time searching for the answer to the following without success.

    What exactly are the "connection points"?

    I thought that if I moved to the location of a point of connection a video clip would begin at this new, but this is not the case.

    A connection point is the point at which a clip connected or a subplot is connected to the main plot. The default location for this is the beginning of the clip. The connection point doesn't have to be at the beginning of the clip. It can be anywhere on the clip. Moving the point of connection in any way changes the connected element, its point of edition, its content, its duration. It is purely a mechanical function to associate items in the problem.

  • QtQuick - C++ Connections item reported in QML

    Hello everyone

    QtQuick has a connection element for access to C++ in QML signals and manage. It looks like this:

    {Of connections
    target: live
    onLiveUpdateStarted: {}
    Console.Debug ("onLiveUpdateStarted qml")
    updatingLiveData.running = true
    updatingLiveData.visible = true
    }
    onLiveUpdateFinished: {}
    Console.Debug ("onLiveUpdateFinished qml")
    updatingLiveData.running = false
    updatingLiveData.visible = false
    }
    }

    'live' where is defined through main.cpp: viewer.rootContext ()-> setContextProperty ('live', live);

    How can I make this connection with stunts like connections does not seem to be available.

    Best regards

    Sebastian

    In fact the connections item is always available, but you need to 'import QtQuick 1.0"first to enter namespace.  At this point, because it is not a visual node, you also need to place it in a list of attachedObjects instead of just came out with the rest of the content page as you have Qt QML.

    Is not necessary, however. Another option that requires no setting in QtQuick is to make direct connections to signals, something like this:

    onCreationCompleted: {
        live.liveUpdateStarted.connect(someFunction);
        live.liveUpdateFinished.connect(someOtherFunction);
    }

    Then, you would obviously regular JavaScript (for example, someFunction) functions with the same content as the managers that you have demonstrated.

  • Connections QML item

    Hello

    I try to use the QML 'Connections' element. So far without success.

    Attempt 1:

    import bb.cascades 1.0

    {Page}
    content: {container
    {Label
    text: 'hi. '
    }
    }

    {Of connections
    }
    }

    This gives: "connections is not a type.

    Fair enough, I added an import...

    Attempt 2:

    import Qt 4.7
    import bb.cascades 1.0

    {Page}
    content: {container
    {Label
    text: 'hi. '
    }
    }

    {Of connections
    }
    }

    This gives: "Impossible to assign the default property does not exist.

    Attempt 3:

    Moved the connections item in the container.

    This gives: "cannot assign the object to the list.

    What I am doing wrong?

    Thank you

    Jamie

    It turns out that I got wrong about, and it's only the Visual elements (essentially) which can be mixed with stunts. The connection class is always available, as shown here http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Cascades-Development/QtQuick-Connections-element-C-signals-in...

  • How to connect the signal of C++ with slot QML?

    {Of connections

    target: Foo //object in c ++ side

    onMySignal: {/ / slot in qml side}

    ......

    }

    }

    It can connect mySignal of Foo in C++ with slot onMySignal in QML.

    Is there some replacement for above cascading?

    Please use the forum search before posting new questions.  In this case you would probably find this thread, at least: http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Cascades-Development/QML-Connections-Element/m-p/1787071#M664

  • Shows device in devices and printers, which is not connected to the pc

    I was looking at devices and printers, and notice that something called 'My Zen' presents itself as well as all other devices attached to my office.  However the zen element refers to an old mp3 player that I have not used in a few years.   Is it all just because the driver remains on the system?  I thought that only the truly connected elements would be showing upwards.

    This is for any installed device.  Right click and choose "Remove device" to uninstall.

    Initially, I thought that it was due to a spectacular crash of drone (Physics isn't SHE!) who corrupted the file that was being logged, m ais I can now no longer import any movie to Lightroom.

    I tried the following

    1. a different memory with a new registration card

    2 removing and re - import an old movie

    3. to remove and re-import and old movie created by another camera

    4. to remove Lightroom and rolling back to the previous version of LR CC (CC 2015 [1014445])-had the advantage of getting rid of the annoying new import dialog screen. -

    5. upgrade to El Capitan to see if maybe OSX update may help.

    None of them had no effect, can anyone help?

    Hello

    You're welcome ShawWellPete, I thank you for everything.

    Yes, this person is the windows user, but it was the same question that could have been resolved by quicktime 7. (pending confirmation)

    Try to disable the start-up services and restart the mac and then try: take control of start-up and connection elements. Macworld

    There could be some service startup that is in conflict.

    The docs said I need to add a Pool of outbound connections to SOA DbAdaptor in WebLogic. The problem is that I can't seem to make my changes take effect. It's the same mistake recorded here:
    Adapter DB BPEL

    The problem is when you try to change the property, xADataSourceName, that the changes take effect. I also note that, in our test environment, I get a dialog box to change the deployment plan. On my local WLS, I don't get this dialog box. Anyway xADataSourceName changes will not take effect.

    There must be a simple solution, I do not.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Kind regards
    Mark

    When you enter the xADataSourceName property, you hit enter the field? If you simply tab off the field and click on save changes without hitting the Enter key, then it does not record the change in ownership.

  • Stop the scrolling jumpy behavior

    When I initially opened a window that has a scroll bar (Finder, Safari, Mail), it momentarily displays the full view of the content of the window at the top.  However, after a very short time and after that I stopped any scrolling, content jumps down from a line (or section) content, lost the material at the top of the window.

    I can scroll upward to view the content at the top of the page, but when I take my hand off the mouse, after another moment that content breaks down again to lose the sight of these bits.

    For example, on this forum, the black line on top (with different options 'tab' white text) is lost.  In a window of Finder, in list mode, this is the first line of text that jumps out of sight.  In Mail, it is the first item in the list that moves from view (for the list of messages) and it is the upper bits of the message in the messages pane.

    It doesn't all the time but often enough to be annoying.  FWIW, oddly enough, I don't think I'll have this behavior when I force a scroll to the top of the window using the trackpad.

    Is there a way to stop this behavior to jerk upward?

    Greetings, keriah!

    Welcome to Apple Support communities.  From what I understand from your description, it looks like at any time, you open an application that displays more content of the screen and you stop scrolling, your screen is "jump" to the next page/section/line by itself without any intervention on your part.  I can certainly understand why you contacted us about this!  I would find it difficult to read what's on my screen, if the content "jumped" every time I removed my hand my mouse. I'd be happy to help in any way I can.

    First of all, you don't mention what version of Mac OS X you have.  Update software on your MacBook is always recommended and would make sure to have the latest versions of Safari, Finder, Mail, and other applications included in Mac OS X.  The following documents will help you back up your MacBook and update your operating system:

    Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac

    Update the software on your Mac

    You mention using a mouse, and that this behavior of the screen will not occur when you use the trackpad integrated.  Is an Apple mouse (wireless Magic Mouse or USB model)?  If it's a third party mouse (not made by Apple), then you will need to check with the manufacturer to see if they could have updated drivers for it, or if there might be some settings that cause this problem.  Another useful troubleshooting step would be to try this in a user account 'test' to see if it happens there, too.  Who would tell us if the question is to scale the system, or simply in your account.  Use these instructions to create a user 'test'

    How to test a question in another account on your Mac.

    From your MacBook in safe mode can help determine if starter or connection elements are originally your scrolling problem.  It also removes the font caches, hiding the kernel and other files of the system cache.  Title of the article says it's to El Capitan (OS X version 10.11), but the instructions are the same for other versions of OS x:

    OS X El Capitan: start in safe mode

    Have a great week!

  • How can I view my passwords?

    My passwords are saved in my main channel, very well. Sometimes I am asked to type my password because it did not launch automatically, and I need to find the relevant password. So I'm a little frustrated right now.

    Open Keychain Access, find and open the connection element that is password you want to see and check the show password.

    It seems even to be an option to display passwords directly in Safari. Open Safari preferences-> passwords, select the passwords to see the site and check the relevant box for the selection of Web sites.
