Connection wifi MacBook largue network from the internet

My home network goes down internet connection when I connect to my router wireless with my mac pro book. There are 5 other devices connected in wifi and the system is stable for days if my macbook is not connected. Other devices include iphone, android phone, kindle, another a little newer macbook pro. If I connect to the router by ethernet cable, the system is completely stable. As soon as I start my wifi device on my mac pro book and log on to the network, the drops of internet connection to all devices on the network and I have to power cycle the router. The router is relatively new (less than a year). It's a TRENDnet TEW 812DRU. This problem moved not initially. My laptop works fine on all other wifi networks, that I connect.

Don't forget to set the "link-local only" or off IPv6.

Make sure that Firefox is installed correctly.

You should not double-click the Firefox application to run from the disk image and drag it out of the DMG file instead.

  • When you transfer files to the internet, the router disconnects from the internet, but the network remains in tact.

I have a wireless router Belkin g with 1 Server 2003 cable and 2 xp machines and 1 machine vista wireless. My problem is when you transfer files to the internet, the router disconnects from the internet, but the network remains intact. I cannot remote in all computers, but not internet. Once I have restart the router, everything works fine. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how to fix them.

original title: problems with the router.

I have no solution for you.  It seems more likely to me that it is a hardware problem - but if it was related to traffic, I would expect that the problem on the downloads more downloads.

In addition to DSL reports, you could try to ask some of the forums that specialize in the updated firmware for wireless routers.  This is not to say that you need to install the modified firmware (although there may be good reasons to do so), but people who do usually firmware mods are much how the equipment works and what might be its potential failure modes.

Is one of the best-known sites DD-WRT.com, but there is one list of other here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_wireless_router_firmware_projects the firmware on these sites was originally designed to run on Modem Linksys WRT54G, but applies generally to Linux with chips Broadcom - based wireless routers and DD - WRT claims that its firmware takes care of some Belkin routers.  If your router is one of those on what DD - WRT will work, there will probably be someone in the forum there will have something for you.  See the list here: http://www.dd-wrt.com/site/support/router-database

  • To connect to the desktop from the internet view

    Hi all

I recently installed a view connection Server 5.0 and a manual pool with a single desktop computer in order to access my VMware infrastructure while I'm not at home.

I redirected the port 443 and 4172 access to connect to the server view and I am able to authenticate but the customer view freezes when I connect to the desktop computer because she needs the internal ip address of the office.

I don't understand the principle of the use of the customer in view of the internet while each connection to the servers or office uses the internal ip or FQDN address. What did I wrong? What should I do to just plug in my office to view with the client from the internet?

You must activate the tunnel and the tunnel of PCoIP on the broker for connections (on the admin interface > servers > Connection Broker) and specify the external URL (that you access from internet. for example, vdi.home.com, not the host name internal.)

You must also specify the external IP address. Is that you expose to the outside.

  • Time Capsule guard disconnect from the Internet

I'm having a problem with my internet, and I'm running out of things to try. I've got the most recent Time Capsule with connection ca.

I have replaced the cable modem and have removed my extender. Always get disconnected every 12 hours or more. I can still access my local network, just the internet disconnects. I did a hard reset and replaced the cables. Unable to connect WiFi devices. What are my options?

Unfortunately, we do not have much in terms of specific details that would help us to try to understand what the real issue here might be... the things you may already have... but did not mention in your message.

You connect your computer directly to the modem a few days see if Internet connection "holds" that way... or... If Internet disconnection problems still continue during the period of "test"?

Have you had a technician from your Internet Service Provider (ISP), come out to your home to inspect all cables and connectors associated with the Internet line?

What is the number and the model of the modem?  We ask this question because there are a few compatibility problems between the series SB-Motorola/Arris modems and the newer 802.11ac models of AirPort Extreme and Time Capsule from the airport.

Who is your ISP?  Most of the suppliers are in the current process of implementation of a new type of Internet connection called IPv6 in their current systems, requiring updates and changes on the system that are supposed to happen during the night gently... but sometimes cause a loss of Internet connection in the process. IPv6 implementation goes relatively smoothly for most suppliers, except a major player in particular who asks various questions documented with current Apple routers.

Finally, there was some problems power stability on newer routers AirPort, causing a momentary intermittent loss of power resulting in an interruption of the connection when the airport restarts automatically. This question is very difficult to catch, because it happens very quickly and it must almost be watching time to know that it took place at the airport.  If everything else goes out, it may be the router from the airport that needs to be replaced. I personally had this problem, and the only solution was to replace the AirPort base station.

  • Pavilion 14-ab051tx N4G24PA: unable to connect to any wireless network after the upgrade to Windows 10

I recently bought a 14-ab-51tx Pavilion N4G24PA, this is my first laptop from HP, it comes with Windows already installed 8.1 and it worked fine.

The thing is, I kind of get used to using Windows 10 on my previous laptop, so without further hesitation I upgraded to 64-bit Windows 10.

    Here's what I did wrong:

Instead of update Windows 8.1 for Windows 10, I indeliberately he installed fresh, with couple of mouse clicks, I didn't realize that I also remove the recovery partition.

I realized only after the installation process is complete, but then it was too late. I look forward to using my laptop with Windows 10 freshly installed inside to make some games just noticed that I couldn't connect to any network without wire, House or public. It recognizes my wifi at home, but the signal bar is bizarre, there is only 1 bar of signal even if the wireless router is only about 10 feet from him, so I checked my other computers and smartphones, but the signal on them is ridiculously high (full bar), it also detects another wireless network that are further away than my wireless router.

But back to my HP laptop, I tried to connect to my home network despite the signal bar with the right entry security key, but it does not connect, it says "Cannot connect to the network".

Tried updating drivers with HP Support Assistant and no luck, the problem persists, tried all the solution on the internet, int ip reset, reset winsock, checking and unchecking, always without success.

    Can someone help me please...

    Hello

Your router could be suspicious here, you have successfully updated its firmware as a possible solution? And I would like to
Update your WiFi drivers on computers. How you are positioned in the router? Are there
    obstacles in the path?

Actually try updating your driver and disabling the network logon.

Control Panel - network - write down of the brand and the model of the Wifi - double click top - tab of the driver - write
version - click the driver update (cannot do something that MS is far behind the pilots of certification). Then
Right click on the Wifi device and UNINSTALL - Reboot - it will refresh the driver stack.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

Download - SAVE - go where you put it - right click – RUN AS ADMIN.

You can download several at once however restart after the installation of each of them.

After watching the system manufacturer, you can check the manufacturer of the device an even newer version. (The
manufacturer of system become your backup policies).

Repeat for network (NIC) card and is a good time to get the other updated drivers as Vista like
    updated drivers.

I would also turn off auto update for the drivers. If the updates Windows suggests a just HIDE as they
are almost always old, and you can search drivers manually as needed.

Updated Windows Update, updates Antivirus definition and other functions need internet access to function properly.
If you really want to stop internet connection right click on the network icon beside the clock (bottom right)

  • This family member is able to make me become disconnected from the internet.

    Windows IP configuration

A member of the family interferes with my computer and worse me. It's work! This family member is able to make me become disconnected from the internet.  I'm not sure how he does it, but I have a feeling that he is able to see my IP address and it blocks my IP address of the router. I'm not familiar with TCP/IP or DNS settings. Here are some of my settings, perhaps you can direct me in how to change a parameter, so it can stop.

    Windows IP configuration
    Host name...............................................
    Primary Dns suffix...
    Node Type................................................ Unknown
    The active IP routing... NO.
    Active proxy WINS... NO.
    DNS suffix search list...
    Ethernet wireless network connection card:
    The connection-specific DNS suffix.
    Description............................................................

    Physical address...

    IP Address..........................................................
    Subnet Mask......................................................
    Default gateway...
    DHCP Server......................................................
    DNS Servers......................................................
    ......................................................
Whether by TCP/IP or DNS, I believe that the family member is accessing my computer. Is it possible to change these settings where the family member is not able to see my local IP address? I need to change the DNS server settings and change TCP/IP settings. Maybe I'm wrong and you can tell me what I should do to fix this problem. Thanks in advance for your answer.

As already mentioned LEM that the rule on the router has an absolute rule that can and cannot access the internet or other network resources.  I suggest you lock your computer, turn off the server, Remote Service registry service and Remote Desktop and change the password on all administrator accounts.  Make sure that your firewall is enabled and have it block all inbound traffic local.  Then talk to the guy that controls the router and ask him to lock the router with a password, the only way to bypass the router, then will be by resetting it and the router administrator will know if everything else does.

Having said that your problems are probably not caused by another Member of the family, it could be caused by flaky or failing hardware, bad cable, bad router, network card bad, if you really think that your problem is caused by a member of the family of your computer, then your question must be addressed and brought to a head in a "family meeting" rather than in a public forum on the internet.  There is not a lot of people read here can do to change the behavior of the members of your family.
