Connectivity of the wireless router problem
I have a Cisco's Linksys WRT160N wireless router. After it is up and running, all my wireless devices work fine. My sons Wii for my laptop, my wifes iPod Touch. But the strangest thing is happening. I have problems connecting to the internet with my desktop computer that is hard wired to the linksys router.
Often I can connect any... other times it's quite slow compared to when I plug my office directly to a cable modem. Finally, sometimes certain aspects of the Web page will appear while others won't.
Question: Is damaged? Or is there something that I am missing. You would think it would be right forweard enough... OH, I have also replaced the cables from the desktop to the router and have already done all the reboot that I care to do as well as redo the ip address in the part of the repair of my control panel.

I recently replaced my old Toshiba laptop with a new model of Toshiba Satellite L500/033HNX, it installed Windows 7.

We had the printer since 12 months, workin with no problems.
Just got a new modem/router (NETGEAR V7610) installed as part of the NBN implementation and I can't get the printer to connect to the new router. 5 and 2.4 G active networks. The two defined newtorks on security WPA2-PSK [AES].
The printer detects the wireless (2. 4 g) network, but can't coplete the connection. Tried the two direct input the network key and using WMA.
-The display panel shows "wireless invalid password (WPA) is entered.
-The results of network printer test page indicates a FAILURE on safety.
I was able to connect to multiple other devices (laptop, iphone, Kindle...) without any problem. Used the two direct entry of the key network and WMA.
Anything else I can try?
Find a new update of the firmware for the printer (May 9, 2016).
After you apply the update, the printer is able to connect to the new modem.

I suggest you to disable temporarily security software and then check if you are able to connect.

I had the success of connection to a router Wireless Linksys for the last few months. Today, that I couldn't connect to the Linksys still another. The printer has worked I went on holiday, and now it will not work. I have run the wireless network test, and it says "hp printer is unable to connect to your wireless router. The wireless router is connected and works fine. My hp wireless computer (windows 7) works very well.

In the network menu, select default network. This reset the current network settings and will help you reconnect the printer to the network. You can use the Wireless Setup Wizard or reinstall the HP software to reconnect.
I just bought the blu - ray BDP S-185 drive so that I can access the internet (netflixetc.) on my new samsung tv. This Blu - ray player is the BIV (Internet Video base) base model and does not support the wireless Internet connection. I suggest that you use the Ethernet LAN cable to connect the player to your router/modem.

I currently have intermittent connection problems with my router with my wireless Vista adapter.

If this is a Wireless keyboard, try replacing the batteries, otherwise a can of compressed air which will usually clear upward.
If you constantly have to power cycle your router or disconnect your Wireless adapter to get a connection, then you have a hardware problem. One of the errors you listed was "service temporarily stopped publishing because of a power event". What happened when the error has been written? Check with the manufacturer of these devices to see if they work properly.
Are you able to connect to the router with an ethernet cable access to the internet without problem?

I'm unable to access my DSL Modem 6100 Westell using 192.168.1.1 when connected to the Netgear WNDR3400 wireless router. I can access it, however, when I connect directly to the ethernet port on the computer without going through the router. I've set up according to the instructions. Is it possible to correct the problem?
This isn't a problem. This is the standard behavior. You are connected to the side LAN of the router that is isolated from the side WAN (uplink). This is the mode of operation of routers.

I had a Gateway DX4300-17 with Windows 7 Home Premium for about six weeks. I connect to the Internet via a Netgear wireless router. My Internet connection dropped often, but I've always been able to reconnect to the Saturday. Since the start-up my computer Sunday, when I try to connect to the Internet, the system tells me that I am connected to the router, but there is no connection between the router and the Internet. I did a system restore to Friday, but it did not help. I searched the Knowledge Base and tried several things I found there. Running "sfc/scannow" indicates that all is well. I disabled the '6' Protocol (I don't remember the letters that were with this, but you probably know what I mean). This made no difference either. I thought I would ask for help here in the hopes of not having to restart the computer to the "hospital". That's a very different problem here barely a week. I need help, please.
Have you tried to boot your computer in SafeMode w/network to see if the problem persists?
If so, try to perform a clean boot to see if you encounter the same problem.

I have problems setting up and to connect my router to my new printer b210A. Everything goes well with the initial configuration, and when asked to connect to the network at the start, it works. -On this screen, you want to set a manual IP address. You must assign an IP address outside the range that the router sets automatically (called the DHCP range). You can find the beach DHCP from the router using its internal settings page or in its manual. Use the CD that came with your router or type the IP address of the router (ends para.1) in a browser.
-Apply the subnet 255.255.255.0 (unless you know it's different, if so, use it)
-Enter the IP of your router (on the Page of the Network Config) for the gateway
-For the first DNS 18.104.22.168 and 22.214.171.124 for the second use.
-Click 'apply '.
Now, stop the router and printer, start the router, wait, and then start printing.
After that, you will have to redo 'Add printer' using the new IP address.
