  Update: I just tested it again, by adding a new form Widget to another page of the tutorial site. I just copied the default form (name, Email, Message fields) and placed value on the Menu. Then I republished on the site and re-tested the submit button. And now, the new Send button in the page Menu works and also the submit button on the Contact page (from this tutorial).

  I don't know if the assets of the tutorial were corrupt so that the original send button wouldn't work, or is it add a second button send the first button to "wake" another page Submit or if Adobe changed something on their servers during the night to allow to the Submit-button.   You must have an account set up under Tools | Accounts | Mail to send from Windows Mail.  If you click on a link, it will not lead you to a webmail interface, but called instead a mail client, such as WinMail.  Around that, the only way is to copy the email address and paste it into a new message you have composed of webmail.

  I see what you mean now. Seems to be a problem with your phone field. Did you by chance change the email for a field phone field? I see that you do not have a field of electronic mail and an email field is required for the form to work. If I add an email to the contact number field, it works fine.
