  Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. Looks like your Contacts are not being very cooperative since you have restored your iPhone iOS 10 6. I know that I have not memorized a phone number in ages and would need this support as soon as possible. I'll be happy to help you.

  It seems that you use iCloud to synchronize contacts between devices. On your iPhone, go to settings > iCloud. Disable the Contacts, wait 5 seconds, then turn it back on and check your Messages and Contacts.  I have a link below if you are still having problems:

  In the music application, in 'my music' there is the option "recently added". When I type to see a list, some songs are not available offline. (They disappear when I use airplane mode.) I usually buy songs on my Mac or iPad.

  Q: How can I define which recently added songs are automatically downloaded on my iPhone?

  At the least, change:

  Settings > iTunes & App Stores > music [automatic downloads] = 'On '.

  Alternatively, you can consider changing the settings > music > show Apple music = "Off" and the settings > music > iCloud library = "Off" to put music on your iPhone-based synchronization.

  You have message rules? If so, check them out.

  Check your junk e-mail Options settings.

  Check the blocked senders and ensure that they are not added.

• BlackBerry Z10 Z10: Synchronization of emails does not work since yesterday (calendar and contacts are ok but)

  Since yesterday for (at least for me) reasons unknown my Z10 refuses to synchronize emails with gmail; has worked without any problems for months before.

  Symptoms: calendar and contacts are synchronized but not e-mail.

  I tried to delete the account and setting up again. Same results: contacts and calendar works, but not by e-mail.

  Error message: "your contacts and your calendar accounts have already been added. Currently, the server imap.gmail.com is unavailable and your email account cannot be added. "Please try again later".

  Please note that I sync with gmail via IMAP old plain - and IMAP synchronization works smoothly on my PC (thunderbird).

  Does anyone else has experienced this problem since yesterday?

  Any cure?

• AppCloud Action Service - Wrong Contacts are not forwarded to configured stage

  We are currently developing an application of the Action and have a problem when an error occurs on the stage of notify. We expect the contacts to the configured path (automatically route contacts with errors of cloud App.) where our server returns 500 (see attached image named 'Path').

  
  

  But this doesn't seem to work properly, and contacts are crossing just to the next step on the canvas of the campaign even if the server returns a 500 instead of through the configuration step. Eloqua retries not 5 times, but contacts to flow to the next during the first call, regardless of endpoint Notify response.  This means that lots that raise an error on the stage of the notification will not be processed and that we have no way of their reprocessing. Is this a bug in Eloqua?

  I received a response from the support team - Eloqua

  When the notification LED is set to 'Complete' in the application configuration, Eloqua does not reply back wait and simply move the contacts (even if the answer is a level 400 or 500 error).  The status must be marked 'Active' to have more control and error, we can set back to "Errored" State, Eloqua can send to the configured step, if in place.

  To implement this, you need to create an import def and reminder in Eloqua using their API block to set the status accordingly.

  Already running OS X 10.8.5. Used storage iCloud. Do not use the iPhone or the Apple tablets.

  My memory, when I upgraded to El Capitan, I did not allow iCloud for Contacts or calendars. I thought this would upgrade find my old account information and data files on my HARD drive and shoot those in the new version of Mac applications.

  I had the same problem. All of my Skype contacts had disappeared when I installed it again after the update from Windows 8.1 for Windows 10.

  There are two options. I followed the second option in particular. "Completely uninstall and reinstall Skype for Windows desktop". In the case where the first option solve find you your contacts after you reinstall Skype, you may have to try the second option.
