Contacts duplication in writing of new message in the messaging app

When I want to write a message to my contacts in messaging, I press space to display the contacts and they appear duplicated.

I recently formatted my device and backup my contacts, and then restored. It was missing some contacts so I deleted all the contacts and restored once again. My contacts all are not in English, I did the language of the English system especially for the screenshot.

When I browse my contacts I don't see them reproduced as they are displayed in writing new message in the messaging app.

any suggestion for the problem would be appreciated, thanks.

I don't know another way to separate all the contacts at once. Do not know if there is any use if you define a single filter because they are linked, I would have suggested leaving only local contacts.

Open a window of writing.

You have a Menu bar with file-Edit-View etc? If this is not the case, press the alt key to bring up.

The Menu bar select View-Toolbars and relight toolbars missing.

Mail.app: responds slowly after writing a new message with an e-mail template

Whenever I click on the button model all by writing a new message in Mail.app on Mac OS 10.11. the activity becomes very high and stays high until I restart the Mail.app.

Please read this message before doing anything.

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It is unlikely to solve your problem. Don't be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.

The test is intended to determine if the problem is caused by a third-party software that loads automatically at startup or logon, by a device, by a police conflict or corruption of system files or some system caches.

Disconnect all devices wired except those required to test and remove all the expansion cards from secondary market, as appropriate. Start in safe mode and log on to the account of the problem.

Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or an earlier version, or if a firmware password is defined, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can not do this. Ask for additional instructions.

Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.

The login screen is displayed even if you usually connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.

Test in safe mode. Same problem?

After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and make sure you always have the problem. View the results of the test.

While the MBP for repair, I downloaded FCP 10.2.3 to a computer lent. Back on my own machine, FCPro borrowed machine library will not be opened because it was created with a newer version of the CPF App Store not 10.2.3 full download

While my MacBook Pro for the repair, I downloaded FCPX to a computer lent 10.2.3. Back on my own machine, library of FCPX of the borrowed machine will not open because it was created with a newer version of FCPX. And the App Store won't let me finish a 10.2.3 download because the FCC is already on my computer - and he says that no update is available.

contacts in messages app DISAPPEAR (do not sync to icloud?)

I noticed recently that the contacts that I create in the iMessage on my iphone application (by going to the conversation > Details > (phone number) info > create a new contact) is not sync to iCloud or whatever it is. I have no idea where these contacts will because that's where it gets weird.

If I ever want to text one of these contacts, I just start a new conversation in the iMessage application, type their name and their contact appear

But if I wanted to call, if I went to the phone application and typed in their name nothing would leap upward. If I went to the app contacts one typed their name in anything would jump upward. There is literally no trace of the any of these contacts outside of the messages on my iphone app.

You synchronize your contacts with other services, e-mail or cloud service? If you open Contacts on your device, if you look in the upper left corner, does show all Contacts, or are they showing? It is possible that your contacts are stored in a different location, if you look at any of your e-mail accounts, they turned on Contacts?

How can I transfer the entire contents of my messages app on my iphone to the messages on my mac app?

the problem is, when I create in the messages app a new account with my appl ID (for example on a new mac) I also use with my iphone, so everything worked very well for the starting point of creation.

BUT... some older posts, I have on my iphone will appear in the new messages.app - account on my mac.

I have thousands of old messages and conversations, I now can only see on my phone or with some more or less useful third party apps. those who cannot vonert messages to a PDF file or som other format useful semi > but no one can transfer it in the messages app.
- I learned that apple does not save my imessages for more than 72hours (which makes me happy because of the confidentiality of the data), so I can't take via imessages-servers.
- I also learned that it is possible to transfer data from the library files to a previous account. but unfortunately, I've just accidentally deleted those files, so this solution won't help:

Can't do.

iMessages are pushed by the iMessages servers to devices recorded at this time there.

They are not held on servers and are deleted as soon as receiving devices accept.

(that is, it is not like electronic mail that can be left on the server (POP) or rest on the (IMAP) server to be retried by other devices that can identify you later).

How the files/iMessages are stored on the iPhone and the way the Mac stores are not the same.

It is possible to have the iPhone one store backup via iTunes on Mac.

From there on, it is possible to use third party applications to read (check out them and make them as text files), but they cannot be forced into Messages.

By copying and pasting entire conversations from one chat to another it's the Mac send s just like a long piece of text with few (not in use) formatting.

Can also have problems with actually duplicate the whole file with space on the iPhone in the first place.

In some ways, enter no sign has been added next to contact, now all messages previously received messages have disappeared and no new messages from this sender will appear.

I knew not how or why it got there, some button hit or mouse and I did not know how to remove it so I just left. Since then, thunderbird has been reopened and all the messages I had received disappeared and no new messages from this sender appear even though I know she sent them to me. I checked the filters and I don't put so it isn't that. I can't figure out how him do not enter sign next to the contact, but I'm sure that's the reason for my problems, and I don't know how to fix it. Thank you

Contacts are still in the main Windows mail Contacts, but they disappeared from my contacts list when you create a new message

After a system crash, restore, all my contacts are still in the main window of Windows mail Contacts, but now when I create a new message and click on 'To', all contacts have disappeared from my list of contacts. How to make their return in the list without having to re-enter them one by one which would take forever? I am running Vista Home Premium.

Not to suggest contacts when composing new message

Whenever I'll type a new text, I hit 'create new message' and start typing a name of my contacts in the box of "worms". Usually, it offers all the contacts that start with the letters... but I noticed that it isn't always suggest all. By example, if I start typing "Ch" suggests Cheryl but not Chelsea, who are in my contacts. Does anyone know why it might be spreading some contacts? Thank you!

ypou have nmake make sure the person in your SETTINGS is under mobile... or they will not be displayed when text... .hopr that helps

Yahoo Mail when sending new messages and contacts drop-down list for the name of the person you send the message, it hangs and I have to close Firefox

This drop remains displayed even when the new message is closed.

It was the "I want that this" add on the origin of the problem.

What the list of recipients of the message to a new message edited?

When I create a new message and start typing the recipient, choices appear, some of which are no longer valid. How can I get rid of them?

The only place that Thunderbird gets suggestions contact is from one of your address books. Thunderbird has 2 books by default. Staff and collected books. They are there somewhere.

Why have I not to open the iMessage application to see new messages?

Whenever I receive a new message, I have to open the app to see, I don't get notification. This happens with all contacts and do not disturb is not the problem, and notifications are enabled for imessage. any help?
