  I work for an e-learning company. Today, we have a significant number of users who can play is no longer our Flash tutorial. These users are running the Flash Player version published 22 yesterday, June 16. We can reproduce the problem in IE11, Edge, FireFox and Chrome.   The code in the HTML to the swf seems to be missing a whole bunch of settings, but I can't point the finger to say that it won't work.

  The best advice I can offer to get started is to use the code in the html page that Flash creates when you publish (be sure to have the html option selected in the settings of publication). You will see two sections of < script=""> and < noscript=""> which places the swf file in the html page and up in the head section will be one or two lines of code related to a javascript file: AC_RunActiveContent.js, you will need to include as well. Also, don't forget to copy the AC_RunActiveContent.js file on the server (Flash adds this file in swf file when you publish).

  See if it works for you.

  Welcome to the forum. Thanks for posting, but sharper which is not the purpose of this forum.

  Related software RealPlayer and Flashplayer have had problems in the past and we documented it. I don't know if, at the moment updated to current versions of Realplayer also solve the problem. In addition, Windows > = Vista disabling protected mode of the Flash Player can be a workaround.

  I have a head-scratcher here.

  We are updating a Flex project 3 former (3.6 SDK) and (especially) succussfully have migrated project to FB4.5, but let's stick with the SDK 3.6.

  A particular feature of the project is a mast-head that we publish as a .swc 5.5 Flash after using the command "convert symbol to Flex the element. Also, I wrote a simple class for this masthead element so that we can at some interal properties.

  The .swc is not visible at all. That is, I have confirmed that the use of the debugger, but it will not display. I even tried pulling in a file of rudimentary project using the SDK 3.6 old and the SDK 4.5. Nothing.

  Maybe I'm follow an old "workflow" to bring Flash elements in Flash Builder?

  I noticed there are two set of Flex components, but I'm sure that Flash 5.5 already has the built-in Flex components kit. Yes?

  Finally understood that my colleague had replaced the class and extended MovieClip rather than UIMovieClip. All is well again.  =)

• Glossary Content tab is not displayed in .chm on Windows 2008

  We just found out that our content of the glossary does not appear in the our help .chm compiled on Windows 2008 64 bit files.

  We made sure the HHActiveX.dll was on the machine and it registered, but still does not display the content on Windows 2008 64 bit machines.  We did the same procedure on Windows 2003 and now display the content of the glossary. It also seems to work on Windows 2008 32-bit, so I guess that it is a matter of 64-bit. Is this a known issue? Is there a solution?

  We currently use RoboHelp 8 (Technical Communication Suite 2) to build the .chm files.

  Any information would be much appreciated.

• Flash does not display when published

  When publishing my flash site, the only thing that appears on the screen is a link to a flash update.  I don't know why that is.  I have just updated on my computer.  I think it has to do with the code in the html code generated by the flash.  Please take a look and let me know.  Thank you

  Nevermind, I found the answer...

  For someone else who has the same problem...

  This 15.0.0.0 value by default and must be set to the latest version of flash.

  Something should look at adobe.

  Hope this helps anyone who has had the same problem.

  Just installed CS6 Web and Design Premium on 27 "iMac with OS X 10.7.4.  5/Dreamweaver Flash 5 SWF files display well in all web browsers, but CS6 Flash (ActionScript 3).   For some reason any darn, DW or swfobject thinks that there is a Flash player version 15... and it is not! ... at least as far as I know.

  Return the lowest version that will work, version 10 if possible... which will prevent most of the warnings 'Flash Update'.

  Change it in both places to 10 and test again

• Adobe Flash Player not display videos on YouTube after some point - black screen only

  Hello. I have a problem with Flash Player on YouTube. It crashed it many, many times so I decided to open this thread to let you know on this subject, if you do not already know.

• Flash header not displaying not correct size... CSS problem?

  I wanted to use Dreamweaver to build a simple one page site.  The problem I have is that my header 715 x 150 shows extremely small.  It seems that it is a percentage of the 715 x 150.  I can enlarge it, but then the box so that it grows as well and uses the page.  Here is the site: http://3due.com/index14.html .  If you cannot view the source, then let me know and I'll post the code.

  Two things.  First of all this javascript file is also absent on the loading of the page: Scripts/expressInstall.swf

  Second, I downloaded this file of your site and the size that it is being 1200 x 500, not 715 x 150.  Why don't simply re-save the document in Flash.  By changing the size later I think which is causing your problem of distortion.

  Style text is displayed in Design view in DW, but when I saw the page in a browser, so 3 FF or IE 6, the text is not with style. -In DW - I did a/file / Page check on my CSS and deleted a number of things but still the problem persists. 'Style of problem' (events of # H3) revealed in the CSS styles Panel group. I guess that means it's recording. The rule #events H3 appears here after the reign of initial header. I don't want the style of events to determine the initial style. I guess that's what told the Committee.
