  You experience the same problem before.

  Just use a .net textbox control to display text, instead of the string of LabVIEW.

  There is NO need to re - format the string.

  After the upgrade to itunes on my pc 12.5.1.21 the old 'device' icon near the toolbar is inactive (grayed out). I can see my devices in the left pane and I can see the contents of my ipod nano but I can't find where I can specify what to synchronize on the device and what do not synchronize the control settings.  Where do you do that?

But I'm still curious to know what is happening.

  Chuck,

  Chain drive was scheduled by default with the string you see.  To change it, enter the new string, right-click on the control and select

  Operations on the data > default font of the current value

  Now, save your vi.

  GetLabelFromIndex is located in the index help online, and you can also find it in the Search tab. I don't know if that's what you hear.
  If what you mean is to ask how you would be able to find it if you have not already know his name, then I agree that just by typing keywords in the "search" tab is probably not the best idea. What could have done is to go to the section of the table of contents that lists all of the functions to be used with the list control, and then, look at what is there until I found what I needed. You don't even need to use the online help. You can use the library feature tree (UI library > graphics/controls/bands charts > list/tree controls (value/label)). Or better yet, just start with a function with that you know works
  trees and then look at the features around it.

  Objective:
  I have a .indd document which will be a figure of legend, label etc. I need to copy the content (a figure that is editable) else file indd of this document where the tag figure exists.

  For example:
  Sample.indd

  Some text Fig.1.1 caption some text 

  I need to copy the contents of figure1.indd and paste in the document sample.indd where Fig.1.1 string exist and so forth. Now I do it manually. But am supposed to automate this process.

  So, I need some hint how to do it using extendscript?

  I found something like below, to do so, but I have no idea to develop it further and also do not know if this approach is correct my results. Please help me

• Is there a control of the expression for the opening of a string?

  Just curious, is there a control of the expression that allows a user to enter a string that could be read by the expression?  I don't see on the submenu Sub "> Effects options for expressions", but thought I would see if anyone has any ideas how to proceed without having to reference an external text file.

  Yes, it's possible, of course, and to make things even less intrusive, I couldn't access comment a layer attribute rather than rename them the current layer.

  But in my situation I am desirous of an AE to select artist in a closed set of channels.  I don't want to enter their own data for fear that there is something wrong with the formatting, etc.  I'd rather have a drop down of sorts for the selection.  Thus, creating null items in the project Panel, naming them with unique names, then dragging in the model and by applying an expression control 'Control of the layer' layer in quesiton, AE artist can choose one of these layers, and then my script can read the value of the control layer name.

  I had to put the following parameter: IntradocServerPort = 4444

  When I ran my program I saw results in my table. Also, I do not see the warning...

  I used the search instead of getItems operation.
  I need to set the path to "/" and recursive to true in order to see the results in my table.

  When I use the getItems operation and set the path to "/" and run the file, I get a single record with the record of the contribution.

  I notice in your links, you use links to set the path, so I think you want the user to go through the files and update the list when the user selects a folder, correct?

  To test your connection, set the path in your links to the getItems operation to / instead to your EL expression.
  If you have a result, that there is something wrong with your logic. If you do not see a result, there is something else wrong.

  For example, here are my links:

  What type of connection do you use? What is your type of socket RIDC in your area? Web, sleeve or socketssl?

  I went in earlier today, a situation when someone (it wasn't me this time!):
  (1) a to back up a database and its archivelogs, in a compressed backup sets;
  (2) pushed the files to another server and
  (3) deleted everything on the server source, including ALL control files and control files.
  
  As he tried to recover the control file was missing and asked for help... I worked around the issue by using the snapshot controlfile he had forgotten (lucky me!)
  
  Now I can not remove from my mind the idea that I won't be so lucky the next time... I wonder if there is another way to work around this problem?
  
  Does anyone have an idea how to restore the contents of a backupset when we lack ALL control files and their backups? I tried to save the backup in the controlfile to a different database, but it does not work. I didn't find anyway to recreate a controlfile with a specific dbid without data files (and those who are in the backupset...).

  Is the only way to restore data from a backup set files using rman an instance and a controlfile so the answer is no.

  I write a code in LabVIEW to convert MBus data for some energy meters.

  Apparently the meter that I use sends the data as a string in hexadecimal format, however after correctly parking that string in hexadecimal format, the real value is the decimal number in this hexadecimal string without conversion.

  Example:

  -After parking, I get 22 bytes to 25 (09 58 02 00) in the right order, i.e. 09 58 00 02 meaning 25 809 MWh.

  This means that I need to transfer sort the string in hexadecimal numbers to display a decimal format and divede by 1000 to get the correct value in MWh.

  I tried to use the Type Cast and Conversion of string without success. Can someone please help me find a solution?

  If I insert a URL in an email, I can't stop eloqua to add additional query string parameters in eloqua.

  I want to make this happen because the URL doesn't seem to work if we add an extra parameter using the query string.

  I had a similar problem recently, and even turn off the tracking doesn't seem to help.  I finally decided to use a shortened URL (bit.ly) and it worked for me.
