  Follow these methods.

  Method 1: Follow these steps:

  Step 1: Start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists.

  Two checklists

  1. check the version of the VM VGA driver, if that's the case, you must update the WDDM driver display driver.

  2. make sure that you use HW 7 and more.

  1. open Internet Explorer
  2. click on (top right) tools > Internet Options
  3. under the category "Tabs" at the bottom, click on "settings".
  4. change the drop-down list in the middle 'First home page' (or) 'White Page '.
  5. click on 'Ok '.
  6. click on 'apply '.

  Looks like your printer must have a reset done to it.  This will reset the device to a factory State, but will not affect pages, service ID or other static product values.

  I send information to perform this reset for you in a private message.  Please read Bob_Headrick wire on the printer reset, found here, before you perform these steps.
