  • Export .mts and .mov to Mpeg4 images before editing?

I finished the audio sync and export of all my video files (.h264 - .mts and .mov to mpeg4) in Premiere Pro. Now, I'm ready to ingest everything in prelude to logging and to formulate subitems.  My question is - I have a lot of sequences b-roll, which requires no audio synchronization, but should I export this b-roll of mpeg4 files images to accompany the rest of the sequence before you import into Premiere Pro for editing?

Just a note: Adobe seriously needs to focus on the problem of sync audio prelude if they want filmmakers interested using prelude. It is a difficult, time-consuming to import into first and then come back as a prelude.

    Thank you, guys!

  • Convert MTS to Apple ProRes 422 HQ to compressor

    Hello

I started using Final Cut a couple of days.

I'm considering the purchase of compressor for batch-export out of Final Cut Pro X, but I was wondering if the compressor can also be used to convert the MTS to Apple ProRes 422HQ files prior to importation in FCP for editing, or is it a tool to export only?

If the encoding cannot be done with compressor, which conversion program are all the cool kids using these days?

I worked with the native MTS files to FCP. It's not as bad than I expected, believing he was close-on impossible to work with MTS removal a few years at my time of Premiere Pro. However, if I can speed up my work flow AND reduce slightly the size of the file, that would be great.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

CCompressor could not be opened the .mts files.

IF you have some .mts files to test, you should try EditReady.

I don't think that you can reduce the file size more your .mts files are probably, but I guess it depends from whence they came.

  • How can I convert a file mov successfully?

I am looking to re - encode or convert a .mov file, and I don't understand what is happening.  When I load mov file in Windows Movie Maker, the video starts an embedded timecode of 00:58:00:00.  Very well. But when I load the same exact video in other software (or try to convert it), the first frame of the video is at 00:59:40:00 - and the video stops about 4 minutes in advance.  And the sound is often out-of-sync.

I don't know what is happening.  When I called Adobe, they suggested I have try Format Factory, but I came across a large number of bad links that my Norton software has been scoring like malware.  I tried to use MOVAVI software to convert this mov to avi and wmv file, but it will only copy the video of 00:59:40:00 - and video ends shy 4minutes complete execution.

Something very strange seems to happen in this attempt to re - make a mov file.

I tried dozens of settings in Media Encoder and MOVAVI - but I can't get a file that makes again in successfully this mov file in its entirety and with the timecode 23.976 intact and synchronized.

In addition, the reason why I have to redo the rendering is that the original video (although apparently ' all there') begins towards the end and ends at the beginning, MOVAVI and Media Encoder, and in my captioning software.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

SOLVED. For future reference: using the handbrake, I have been able to re - making the video mov MP4 in a way that has exported ALL content, cadence of original images and with the audio intact.

  • convert a SWF, mov quicktime file

I created a SWF using Flash and convert a mov file. I watched a training video and under publication settings > Format their should be a mov Quicktime option. I don't have this option on my version of Flash CS5. Also, if I try to export to a mov file, nothing happens. I have QuickTime Player version 7 on my computer. He doesn't appear as an option in Flash. How to convert a swf file in a mov file without go online and buy a converter?

Which option do you to stop the export? After the last frame or time elapsed? If you used after the last image, that's probably why. Try to use after that time and try again.

You can also drag and drop the file .mov on photoshop, the use of the timeline palette drop-down menu to flatten the video layer to executives.  A viveo may have more images the Photoshop layer number supports.  Photoshop supports up to 8000 layers.  With file > import > video frames to layers you can skipp frames and your linited to 500 layers.

    Hi all

I need to combine several files into a single flash. Is there a way to turn everything on the stage in a symbol, so that other flash files can import? I tried to import a SWF in a new flash file, but brings them just a mass of individual images.

  • Unable to import video clips format .mts for Windows Movie Maker

I downloaded some video footage to my office at the top of a camera. I tried to import it into Movie Maker off the file to my desktop but without success. The files are of MTS

Movie Maker doesn't support mts, which is a form of HD video file. How to properly edit these files without loss of resolution is to use a burner to Editor/Blu-ray HD such as Sony Vegas Pro 9, which is very expensive and complicated. There are programs to convert mts and other HD of old formats files, but they usually cause loss of resolution. There are a few players, such as some versions deluxe Cyberlink PowerDVD which will play Blu - ray discs and isolated from the HD files, but you need a fairly fast computer with plenty of memory to play well on high-resolution Blu - ray.

  • Convert MOV files must be so complicated?

I am in my second week of research.

Try to learn what everything remains to be done.
    I tried several video converters.
I entered the MOV file and tried to convert several
formats used by Windows Movie maker
and none of the converted video files would work
Helpful guy who tells me theres codecs and
other details that are not normalized for all
    MOV files.
But he could not tell me how to change
all those so the end result would be
a video file that would charge in
    Windows Movie Maker

FWIW... the full commercial version of Apple Quicktime Pro has the
option to convert Quicktime. MOV files to many other formats.

Also you can try to convert the. WMV format using the
    following freeware:

Restore point before installing software or updates)

    Koyotesoft Free Video Converter

(FWIW if you install the converter, you can
Choose custom and uncheck both boxes)
