• Sites Web regularly not approved since refreshing Firefox. I deleted cert8.db; time settings are fine, but still does not work. What should do?

  Ah, you see AVAST there under the issuer of certificate?

  Your Avast security software is intercepting your navigation to filter threats. In order to filter connections secure, Avast creates these false certificates and presents them to your browser. Since Firefox uses a certificate from Safari, Firefox should be set up to trust in Avast to generate these certificates.

  Now... in theory, Avast is supposed to update Firefox automatically when you go outside and start it again. I guess you left Firefox since this problem started, but, if not, that give a try.

  If this does not work, you or a volunteer will have to search the steps to get the Avast signing certificate in Firefox.

  Plan C would be to get the old file cert8.db file old data of Firefox on your desktop and it transplanted into your current Firefox profile. You must already have been put in place to work with Avast.

• menus are gray but still active

  updated thunderbird a few months back. Continuing the problem with greyed out, along the top of the menu and right click etc. They are still active, if you click it, the function works. The menu appears sometimes after a few seconds, sometimes one minute, sometimes never!
  Have you tried to go to continue in safe mode that works but in bulk all the books of customization and address etc.
  Reset toolbars and controls makes no difference. Disable all add them ons also makes no difference.
  Installed add on "disable add the compatibility check" without success.

  Try Tools-Options-Advanced and uncheck the box "use hardware acceleration when available. Turn it back on.
  I suggest this because you mentioned that Safe Mode solves the problem, but disabling modules has no effect. Safe mode does both.

• I have the version 7.0.1 of firefox and cannot access the cookie settings, I get errors indicating cookies are disabled, but cannot find anywhere in the Privacy tab that allows me to manage cookies.

  I have windows XP - Pro and recently upgraded to Firefox 7.0.1 and OE I get errors from web sites on cookie settings. I can't access the cookie settings via the tab tools option and privacy, because there is no option of cookie except to erase or delete individual cookies. I could manage my cookies before but something has changed in this version of Firefox, and now it's playing a lot of features of my web site.

  I use Logic Pro X 10.2.

  I can't load my Space Designer IRs logic on interface Space Designer via the menu drop down. IE - I CAN load IRs one by one manually by clicking on the button IR and trawling through my library of Macbook etc. and do it this way - but obviously this is not cool...

  It's where my Space Designer logic IRs downloaded by default:

  In the Handbook of the logic of the effects, it says "all impulse responses with Logic Pro are installed in/Library/Audio/Impulse Responses/Apple folder. Deconvolution files have an extension of file .sdir. »

  So I copied the IR files in there too.

  I don't have this folder below - I think not that it already existed on my Macbook Pro. But some people have mentioned that they have their IRs logic there:

  Library / Application Support / logic / impulse responses - so I put this folder and copied the IRs in there to try, but nothing happened, if I deleted again to return my computer to original settings.

  I also tried to copy in Library / Application Support / logic / settings of plugin / Space Designer, but this did nothing no more... so I deleted them back.

  The IRs only, who are actually working properly - IE, they show in the drop-down list Space Designer window (see photo) are some Lexicon 480 L IRs that I downloaded and according to the instructions on the site Web 3rd party, I put them in:

  Go to the menu bar of the Finder... Choose send, and then tap option go to the folder...

  Now, paste the following text in there and press return.

• The keys are signed but still present warnings

  When you are using the Eclipse plugin, V1.5, I import a legacy project for OS7 conversion and everything is fine - it works fine on the simulator of 9850.

  I then use the signing tool to sign the app, in preparation for the test on a true 9850.

  Keys are assigned correctly according to the signature tool, but when you look at the code, there are warnings that API requiring keys have not been signed (associated browser).

  If I try to load the application in the 9850, the Desktop Manager reports that the file is incompatible, missing or corrupt - leading me to believe that there is a major problem because it works fine on the Simulator.

  The problem was solved: it was apparently a problem with the imported keys to another development environment.

  The keys were imported from a former Eclipse environment used for OS 5. For some reason, installation V1.5 Eclipse with the JDE OS7 disliked the keys to 2 years and caused the problem above.

  I got a new set of Blackberry keys, removed the old keys to the tool V1.5 and fact one installs new keys. The problem disappeared.

When I go to routerlogin.com it says error Internet and my IP Port says my IP address is 0.0.0.0 and that goes with the subnet mask and DNS servers. They never said 0.0.0.0 before and I don't know that's why the internet has stopped working. I know nothing about computers so I need help. whatever that either would be appreciated.

• Just installed firefox. connected to one of my accounts, g-mail, but cannot connect to a 2nd. Message: "cookies not enabled", but they are. What now?

  I just installed firefox. I was able to access my major account google mail, but when I try to access my second and third google email account, I get a message "not cookies are enabled". I checked and cookies are enabled, but I still get the same message. I'm not tech savvy and don't really know what to do now. I need to access my e-mail, so it is a major obstacle.   It's confusing because you can log on to an account, so how could be disabled cookies?

  Maybe your Google cookies have become confused or corrupted. It would be interesting to compensation in order to see if that helps. Here's how:

  I don't know why you wrote above: Cookies - OFF If you were clear cookies.
  Clear cookies that also erase cookies (including Flash local storage), so I have say that if cookies have been included in this list.

  You may have installed one or more variants of the malware "VSearch' ad-injection. Please back up all data, and then take the steps below to disable it.

  Do not use any type of product, "anti-virus" or "anti-malware" on a Mac. It is never necessary for her, and relying on it for protection makes you more vulnerable to attacks, not less.

  Malware is constantly evolving to work around defenses against it. This procedure works now, I know. It will not work in the future. Anyone finding this comment a couple of days or more after it was published should look for a more recent discussion, or start a new one.

  Step 1

  VSearch malware tries to hide by varying names of the files it installs. It regenerates itself also if you try to remove it when it is run. To remove it, you must first start in safe mode temporarily disable the malware.

  The first three are clearly not VSearch files because the names do not match the above models. The last three are not easy to distinguish by the name alone, but the modification date will be earlier than the date at which VSearch has been installed, perhaps several years. None of these files will be present in most installations of Mac OS X.

  Do not delete the folder 'LaunchDaemons' or anything else inside, unless you know you have another type of unwanted software and more VSearch. The file is a normal part of Mac OS X. The "demon" refers to a program that starts automatically. This is not inherently bad, but the mechanism is sometimes exploited by hackers for malicious software.

  If you are not sure whether a file is part of the malware, order the contents of the folder by date modified I wrote in step 2, no name. Malicious files will be grouped together. There could be more than one such group, if you attacked more than once. A file dated far in the past is not part of the malware. A folder in date dated Middle an obviously malicious cluster is almost certainly too malicious.

  If the files come back after you remove the, they are replaced by others with similar names, then either you didn't start in safe mode or you do not have all the. Return to step 1 and try again.

  Step 4

  Reset the home page in each of your browsers, if it has been modified. In Safari, first load the desired home page, then select

  and click on

  If you use Firefox or Chrome web browser, remove the extensions or add-ons that you don't know that you need. When in doubt, remove all of them.

  The malware is now permanently inactivated, as long as you reinstall it never. A few small files will be left behind, but they have no effect, and trying to find all them is more trouble that it's worth.

  Step 5

  The malware lets the web proxy discovery in the network settings. If you know that the setting was already enabled for a reason, skip this step. Otherwise, you should undo the change.

  Open the network pane in system preferences. If there is a padlock icon in the lower left corner of the window, click it and authenticate to unlock the settings. Click the Advanced button, and then select Proxies in the sheet that drops down. Uncheck that Auto Discovery Proxy if it is checked. Click OK, and then apply.

  Step 6

  This step is optional. Open the users and groups in the system preferences and click on the lock icon to unlock the settings. In the list of users, there may be some with random names that have been added by the malware. You can remove these users. If you are not sure whether a user is legitimate, do not delete it.
