copy the table labview

When I go to a table control of labview to wire to a labview table hint and run the program, the column and row headings are moving from one table to the other.  A fix for this is to use the nodes property to the control table column and row headings and their son also to the node property for the column for indicator and row headings.

The challenge is when I dynamically changes rows in table headers and the column headers for each file that I read and populates the table with.  As I read in another file, I want to collect the tables in a table for later use.  How to collect simple tables with different row headers and column with programming techniques?

ID says:

The table is within a cluster that is in a table.  Why can't I have a different table in these clusters of array element?  Because of the attributes of table can be different in each cluster?

Each control in a table must have the same properties.  This means that all of your tables in the cluster in the table will have the same headers.  Of course, you could just put the header data in the data in the table itself, and then you have all the information.

  • Copy the table

    Hello

    I would like to ask how to copy the contents of a Table to another Table? What is the function?

    If all the cells in a table are compatible, you can get the values with:

    GetTableCellRangeVals (panelHandle, PANEL_TABLE, VAL_TABLE_ENTIRE_RANGE, array, VAL_COLUMN_MAJOR);

    Otherwise you can copy the content into smaller subsets or cell by cell. See using the command for an explanation of "compatible".

    To fill in the destination table, you can use the reverse order of SetTableCellRangeVals

    The largest area you can set (and therefore the lower the number of operations performed on the table) the faster the process.

    You can have a further improvement by hiding the table before this operation.

  • Copy the Table Alias for a database of the ASO

    Hi all

    I use the Essbase Version 11.1.2.0.

    Is it possible to copy an alias of an ASO cube table to another table aliases of the same cube with MAXL?

    I know how to do it with EAS, but I don't know how to do with MAXL.

    I already tried this-> edit the 'HR_SB' object.' HR_REP'. ' Default 'type table_alias copy to 'HR_SB'.' HR_REP'. 'Alias_HFM'

    This copies the ALT file in the directory "applicationname\database". After that, you need to import this file in the database. It's easy to do in the admin console but I am facing some problems with maxl.

    I used the command:
    change the database 'HR_SB'.' HR_REP' 'Alias_HFM' of charge of data_file ***\\HR_SB\\HR_REP\\HFM.alt table_alias

    I get the error message: / * Alias [Alias_HFM] already exists for the HR_REP database * /.

    So I tried to unload the table before loading:

    change the database 'HR_SB'.' HR_REP' 'Alias_HFM' of unloading table_alias

    -> error message: / * dynamic aliases drop table is not supported in page outline mode * /.

    I have no idea what it means - any ideas?

    Perhaps it does not work for ASO cubes?

    Thank you, Bernd

    Try this after copying table alias

    change dabase 'HR_SB'.' HR_REP' table active alias 'Alias_HFM '.

  • Copy the table data (including images) of InDesign to Excel (or other formats such as RTF)

    Hello

    We have a problem trying to get data to InDesign to Excel.

    He has this price list in InDesign, with images and small "icons" (also images) that indicate which element appears under the main image for each row in the table. Each line of 'table' can contain a number of elements, separated by return cart + line break or a similar combination.

    The problem is that we can't get good data and images appear in any other editable format. Copy and paste directly into Excel was still the most successful, but here the images are lost. Export to PDF and Acrobat Pro, exporting to other formats always seem to fail in a way or another (paintings take place on top of the other, images and so on, has lost different for the different export formats).

    Untitled-1.jpg

    Data copied to OpenOffice Calc (and then saved as a file in excel format). Yellow areas added to show where the images were in InDesign.

    Price a bit blurred in the picture showing above.

    Are there good ideas how to copy the InDesign table to another editable format (which requires no licenses Adobe...)?

    Thank you

    Andreas

    I didn't notice the direct export from InDesign to RTF. You had to put the cursor within the story make this option appear!

    It is really good, and I sent the result to those who will use it, for them to check if she's good enough and if they can take for excel or work with him in the RTF format as is.

    Thanks a lot for pointing out this option!

  • How can we copy the tables, views, etc in one database to another?

    I do not have a solid DBA experience, but was put in charge of the update and the migration of a number of tables and views across several databases.

    I need a workflow better than export and import of tables from files .csv and copy and paste the code SQL of each individual view for the future.

    Can someone point me in the right direction? I am happy to be reading, but have no idea where to look.

    What you need is Tools - Database Export or copy of the database, but if there is a lot of data, the Data Pump will be so much faster. 1 command line for export, to import 1. DP works better for selected drawing or export complete (so also ideal for backups). The export of the database of Sqldev is nice to review, add, or remove the generated script, so more for small interventions and scripting.

    Have fun
    K.

  • Copy and paste the values in the table

    I have a program that has several bays.  Recently, there were about 80 new values more than I needed to add to each table.  I just finished adding new values to one of the tables - is possible I can highlight and copy this entire block of values I added just so I can then paste it on the other tables?  It seems that I can only highlight, copy and paste a value at a time.

    Do it programmatically.  Copy your table to a new VI.  Subset of the table to obtain the portion.  Add a copy of your other table table to build or Insert in the table.  Copy the tables updated to the original location.

  • How to move/copy the sys schema table to the diagram of the system?

    Hello

    Could not commit: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

    How to get out the schema SYS table?

    Any help will be much appreciated
    Thank you

    I am trying to copy the table from the diagram of SYSTEM SYS schema, I get the error:

    Could not commit: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

    How to get out the schema SYS table?

    You can not - objects cannot be moved from one schema to another.

    You must re-create the object in the new scheme, and then delete the former.

    As I have already said, the only time where you have to do is when someone accidentally created their own objects in the SYS schema.

  • How to copy all the tables, triggers, etc, from a schema from one user to another

    Hello everyone!

    I'm looking for a QUERY or a stored procedure to copy the tables of a schema of the user to a different schema.

    Should resemble the kind of: copy (select * from object where owner = 'UserIwantToCopyFrom') user = "UserIwantToCopyTO".

    I'm sure that my example is rubbish, but I tried to explain what I want to do.

    Then there is a chance to do in sql code? I have to build a model of a schema of the user with hundreds of tables, triggers, etc. and copy it into several other user patterns.

    Thanks for your advice!

    There are many examples available.
    What you generally want to do is:

    For the export, use the job_mode-online option "SCHEMA".
    Example of export

    http://www.oracle-base.com/articles/10g/OracleDataPump10g.php

    DECLARE
      l_dp_handle       NUMBER;
      l_last_job_state  VARCHAR2(30) := 'UNDEFINED';
      l_job_state       VARCHAR2(30) := 'UNDEFINED';
      l_sts             KU$_STATUS;
    BEGIN
      l_dp_handle := DBMS_DATAPUMP.open(
        operation   => 'EXPORT',
        job_mode    => 'SCHEMA',
        remote_link => NULL,
        job_name    => 'EMP_EXPORT',
        version     => 'LATEST');

      DBMS_DATAPUMP.add_file(
        handle    => l_dp_handle,
        filename  => 'SCOTT.dmp',
        directory => 'TEST_DIR');

      DBMS_DATAPUMP.add_file(
        handle    => l_dp_handle,
        filename  => 'SCOTT.log',
        directory => 'TEST_DIR',
        filetype  => DBMS_DATAPUMP.KU$_FILE_TYPE_LOG_FILE);

      DBMS_DATAPUMP.metadata_filter(
        handle => l_dp_handle,
        name   => 'SCHEMA_EXPR',
        value  => '= ''SCOTT''');

      DBMS_DATAPUMP.start_job(l_dp_handle);

      DBMS_DATAPUMP.detach(l_dp_handle);
    END;
    /

    for import, you can use the remap_schema option with:

    DBMS_DATAPUMP.METADATA_REMAP (
       handle      IN NUMBER,
       name        IN VARCHAR2,
       old_value   IN VARCHAR2,
       value       IN VARCHAR2,
       object_type IN VARCHAR2 DEFAULT NULL);

  • Minor emergency - copy of the table of contents

    Hi guys,.

    What a day for having a panic... hope there are a few other fine individuals out there work and looking for a way to earn their Badge to act good Christmas...

    OK, so I think it's really simple. I am currently a table of contents for a customer who wants only parts of the information contained in our webhelp, but I'd like any first of the generic TOC. I was stupid (very, very possible) or is there no easy way to make a table of contents based on one that already exists? I can drag and drop the files in project in the project manager, but they are not organised brilliantly and it would take much more time to make sure they were all in the right place...

    Does anyone know a quick fix to this?

    Thanks in advance if anyone can help...

    Hello

    If you use RoboHelp HTML 7 or 8, you can easily copy a table of contents in the table of contents Editor.

    First, open the pod of table of contents Editor. Then click on the button create a table of contents in the toolbar of the OCD pod.

    From there, click on new and place a check mark in the check box to copy the Table of contents by existing.

    Type a name for the new table of contents and choose the table of contents to copy and you should be good to go.

    See you soon... Rick

  • Copy a table with its index of Oracle 12 to another instance oracle 12

    Hello

    I m using 64 bit Win8

    I have a huge table T1 (about 200 million) on user storage space and its index is on different tablespaces on DB1

    I built an other empty DB2 with the same names of storage spaces. I d like copy the table T1 of DB1 with all its indexes in DB2 so that the table will in User tablespace and the index go to their corresponding storage spaces.

    Is it possible to do?

    Currently I T1 to export into a CSV file and re - import to DB2 and build all indexes manually.

    Concerning

    Hussien Sharaf

    1. What is the exact syntax to export and import a table with its index?

    You will need to use the "Table". An export of table mode is specified by the parameter TABLES. Mode table, only a specified set of tables, partitions, and their dependent objects are unloaded. See: https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/db121/SUTIL/dp_export.htm#i1007514

    2 How can I import the indexes in one tablespace other than the table itself?

    You can only export the table first without the index by specifying the EXCLUSION clause in order to exclude from the index (see: https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/db121/SUTIL/dp_export.htm#i1007829) and then manually create the index and specify the different tablespace when you create.

  • Duplicate the data in the table

    I am designing a form that contains two tables. The user is supposed to enter their data in the first table, and the data copied in the second table (so when they print the form, they have two copies of the same thing while having only to enter data only once).

    I created a dynamic with a line infeed table and the value of this line to repeat the row for each data item, the minimum number of 9. In this way, nine lines that appear when the shape makes it and increase it later, it is a simple change in this number. Then, I put all the fields in the table overall data binding and copied the table, setting the second table in read-only.

    My problem is, when I enter a value in the first field of data entry, it copies the data to the entire column of the table! I do not understand why it does this, since Adobe automatically renames duplicate fields (ie. row1Item will be row1Item [1] row1Item [2] and so on). I even went so far as to add a script to change the name of the fields:

    rownum var = this.parent.instanceIndex + 1;

    myIdName = "rowItemInput" + rownum;

    But that did not help at all. I still have the same problem.

    tables.jpg

    Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

    So, I thought about it.

    First of all, the two arrays must be on the first page for ease. Secondly, all subforms (lines/tables, too) should be mentioned separately. Thirdly, the script does not work under initialize - it must be on calculate.

    Here's the script I ended up using:

    Place on the same page, the Table2.Row2.rowItemInput field.

    this.rawValue = xfa.resolveNode("Table1.Row1.rowItemInput").rawValue;

  • By the way the table of Clusters with binary strings via adapter LabVIEW

    I need to go through LabVIEW adapter table clusters containing binary strings.
    These data will be subsequently stored in the MySQL database.

    I need to force the option "Binary string" for the ValBinary element, even if my output array is empty.

    Is this possible?

    Used versions: TestStand 4.2.1 + LabVIEW 8.6.1

    Attached file: valbinary2.vi containing the clusters of test output array.

    Howdy Jean-Louis,

    My apologies, I'm not quite your question. You're right that LabVIEW does not know that a string is a binary star strong; LabVIEW, chain stores in a format of Pascal, looks like all the strands in the same way. Because TestStand stores strings in the C type format, on the other hand, the null (0x00) characters can be confusing when interpreting strings in TestStand as you learned to understand. That is of course why TestStand offers the feature to interpret strings as binary strings.

    As Sylvie refers to his post, to illustrate his point I created within TestSTand an array of the same type of data customized to store past out of your valbinary.vi of test data. Test patterns, I also edited the outputsome constant values to the cluster VI. (See the following screenshot). Note that the last string (named ValBinary) in the cluster contains a hexadecimal string with a null character that is inserted as the 3rd on-screen character (before the actual end of the string).

    Here is a screenshot of the created sequence file that calls the VI and then displays the number of items in the table from the VI to the user.  Note that the Locals.MyTestData table is empty before the execution of the sequence.

    Finally, as the execution of the sequence, I opened the Variables pane to view the contents of the Locals.MyTestData table. Here, I have confirmed that the "binary" string of LV was successfully passed in and stored by TestStand.

    Finally, the popup message in the second step of the sequence shows indeed a message indicating there were two elements in Locals.MyTestData.

    This sequence has been able to run successfully even without manually specifying a size of Locals.MyTestData beforehand. TestStand dynamically allocated the necessary elements to store the results of test valbinary.vi.
