• Sync blackBerry Blackberry 8700 E-mail 10 problem

  Hi all

  I have a Blackberry 8700 (its like a brick). v4.2.194 (Platform 2.3.0.77) with a problem of e-mail.

  When a user deletes an email in Outlook, the e-mail does not the BB.

  I tried email reconciliation on the sector and I also tried to wipe the device and re - activate the BES (5), but the problem persists.

  I just installed Outlook on my Android HTC. I use an email non-Outlook.com and it works fine. I have also all my emails it on the phone and contacts. If everything looks ok. My problem is that the calendar has nothing of my appointment synchronized from my laptop.

  I've lived the settings and they look ok. (I think) But obviously, I'm doing something wrong

  If you don't use Outlook.com on Android HTC phone, you will need to contact Android HTC phone support or service provider of messaging for calendar sync settings.

• BlackBerry Smartphones Microsoft Entourage for iMac: calendar with Blackberry Curve sync problems

  Hello:

  This is my first post.  What I read the forum is a great place to deal with issues of Blackberry and very informative participants.

  I hope someone has an answer to my problem regarding my Entourage calendar on Blackberry Sync calendar desktop iMac

  Background

  (1) I works on a desktop iMac system but use Microsoft Entourage for Calendar/Contacts, etc..  I don't use iCal.

  (2) I've set up the time on the calendar Entourage say noon and then invite me by e-mail and send to Blackberry

  (3) I opened electronic information and the invitation and the meeting time shows as 05:00, 7 hours before the time I set up in Entourage.  The day is correct.  When it's time time is advanced from 8 hours to 04:00.

  (4) my preferences system iMac for the clock and time zone settings are set correctly at the normal time of the Pacific (PST) and I use a 24 hour clock.

  (5) Microsoft Entourage preferences-calendar shows the time Zone by default for new events like Pacific time.  Sync Services as no boxes are checked.  I think that it is correct.

  (6) on the Blackberry, to the title of the Setup Wizard, the date and time settings are for Pacific (-8) using a 24 hour clock.   This seems to be correct.

  (7) I will not sync hard wire calendar synchronization using the Pocket Mac Sync Manager software but do electrician for Contact synchronization.  It works very well.

  I hope that gives you enough information.  Again, if anyone has had the same experience and found a solution or just has a few ideas, please let me know.

  I have download software 4.5 my Pearl, and now events calendar on my handheld won't synchronize with my desktop.  I reinstalled the software 4.2 on my desktop and have restarted, but it is not always sync right as your handheld still has 4.5 software.  How can I undo what I did to make my pocket calendar and my desktop calendar can be synchronized?

• Ipod160GB classic sync problem

  My iPod classic 160GB will not synchronize last purchases iTunes because of the iCloud required on iPod setting. Please indicate where to find this setting?

  There is no setting to iCloud associated with iPod (except iPod touch).

  Confirm that your latest iTunes Store purchases are downloaded to the local storage on your computer.  You can see that the iTunes Store in your iTunes purchases, even when they are not downloaded.  iTunes can stream items purchased from Apple (aka "iCloud") servers.  However, iTunes can't sync your iPod with songs that are only stored in iCloud. they must be stored locally.

  To check, find one of the songs recently purchased which will not sync to the iPod (in the iTunes music library).  Right click it and get the information.  On the Info window in the file tab, browse to the location.  Situation shows a path on the storage of your computer, or does it mean iCloud?  If she says iCloud, right click on the song in iTunes and download.  Or, if you see a symbol of cloud with the down arrow next to the name of the song, click on it to download the song.  Repeat for other purchases that synchronize.

  I have all the usual access to everything I do online banking including, my MSN account etc. So, the only thing that I can not access via firefox is my wildblue email. Internet Exployer was my previous, but I switched to firefox, because I liked it to my daughters House. I tried to reset my password as suggested wildblue and because my desktop computer works very well, in my opinion, it is a setting on my lap top on firefox.

  I have a slight problem, well a major problem. I have been using my e-mail address by satellite (tv providers) for those who may not be the same in their countries as I suppose you good people are from all worldwide its big cable. This TV provider is huge in the United Kingdom. Not only are they doing television, but they also make Internet access as well as telephone services at home that we chose to opt for a month later, when a huge bill came through and we use it only for calls that my supplier of laptop would cost more than calling. After receiving the first invoice we chose but kept the tv and internet.

  I know you think that you don't need the above info but think back to these discussion forums, I saw people asking for answers more so I hope that there is no need for that if I gave enough details.

  Since we had these services just like any other company offering them we got an e-mail address. I have published for use this email address since we signed. This goes back years and years like I said when the first iPhone came out, and then the App Store introduced.

  A good 18 months ago we changed internet service providers - our region finally got fiber ultra high speed of downloading music from iTunes in about 30 seconds flat if less. Movies about 5 minutes. I would never like to look back.

  I asked the supplier because I had changed my internet to another provider at the time good old Richard Branson was the only one to do these speeds for a higher price, but not all areas, until a supplier came out the woodwork that he offered at a reduced price and he was soon in my area.

  Immediately, I got on the phone with my previous provider of broadband and asked them if it was the end of my e-mail address. They assured me that as long as I kept their television services that I would be safe.

  Heres where my troubles begin.

  In hindsight I should have subscribed to a secure e-mail. Later, I received an e-mail from my TV provider that Yahoo was now the main source of the email. I could connect via yahoo and my address of providere tv.

  Even though I had a very strong password I changed every few months containing symbols as letters and numbers, it seems that Yahoo is not at all certain and they hacked as I discovered thanks to a search when my iPhone asked me to put my password. Later, I went on my tv providers email and my password is not valid. So I tried the same yahoo. Then, I managed to change my password by an alternative email. That seemed to do the trick...

  Until my partner received a strange e-mail telling him he could make thousands online. Since this is my email he opened. It contains no content malious, but he went to meet ask me "what you send me" and saw that the reply address was completely different.

  On hearing this I wrote then a password that I don't even remember. I do not store on my phone. I never told anyone and I put it in my safe should I need because it was a welcome e-mail and not necessary for work and does not have all the notes beside her.

  Since the space of 4 months, I had to change twice. WHY THESE PIRATES CAN GET IN.

  Before these events August 2015, I received an e-mail from Apple telling me that my icloud had used a device that was not recognized and ignore if it wasn't me. That day, I was sick in bed at 9.04 and my partner was at work that does not allow you to access things on a computer.  If necessary access I would just access it through the address main iCloud I have used twice. Even my iCloud email has not been given. I hardly use it. Although I can change that because my old e-mail address is a responsibility.

  I took immediate action on my Apple ID. I changed my security questions and the password. Asked for a check of the 2 step. Change my phone number because those people might find a way to get my number. I made sure my PIN code is sent via my new number or the devices that I use.

  IT WORKED a TREAT - I'm extremely lucky that they never blocked my access to my Apple ID after research they could do this.

  I'm now very careful to change my password. I went as far as contacting the apple team on my ID. They told me I had done the right thing and could see that I changed the reg passwords. It was a little bit of time before I start to have problems of electronic mail at least 3 weeks before.

  WHAT CAN I DO

  As I have explained above my TV provider changed their accounts with yahoo, but forever be able to connect via the address through my tv provider and my ex provider broadband. It is not without danger. This time the password changed again. However, I stupidly changed the security issue and could not change. It seems that I'm locked unless I have a phone number. It will be hard to do since I am with their services.

  I think they can ask me to change my email address but I still have contacts there and so on. So that they could keep the account open just for this reason.

  THE FIRST IPHONE WAS RELEASED IN 2007

  Can you imagine losing all your data that you have spent thousands on since then all be wiped as I guess I would need to put in place a new ID to a protected e-mail address as security iPhone that has a verification of the 2 step like Google owes much to my relief.

  My daughter would lose all his tricks for? It does not download everything I do. It would still show on the cloud if I got a new ID and put it in the family? I would then be able to delete my original account and continue with my new name?

  I know some time ago very very long before Apple had iPhones and others that my friend found his music, but it was something unique. This will come back some time ago. Only, she was extremely on the moon as they never do this, but she was an avid collector of music and crying. I've see it ask and don't know even it was not what a friend. It was well before iCloud. They said that they would do it.

  Surely, there must be a way to turn it. Like all transactions that I bought through my card number and even kept receipts of all I bought the iPhone, etc. and be able to put my new ID by family in icloud. Surely other people emails were hacked. I still find a rude apple employee. Even the community of support here is really nice. Regardless of the question.

• OSX 9.3.1 icloud notes sync problem

  Hey all.

  I'm having a problem with the timing of my notes to my iPhone 6s iCloud more (iOS 9.3.1).

  I have confirmed that the problem lies in the phone as my Macbook of synchronizations to my account iCloud without problem.

  What I tried:

  (1) hard reboot iPhone.

  (2) disable and enable synchronization of notes in the iCloud settings.

  (3) input/output panel to iCloud.

  (4) lights up "on my iPhone" notes, create a note it and move to iCloud notes.

  (5) change my password to iCloud.

  Signed 6) input/output to icloud on my macbook (which works fine).

  (7) reset my network settings according to the other discussion ( only note not synchronized new iPhone 6 more )

  8) switched on notes to my alternative email address, then created a note on Macbook (not even these notes synced to iPhone).

  Well, what I can do.

  Another that pointed out, everything else on my iPhone works perfectly.

  Other suggestions or apple is aware of this and working on a solution?

  Okay, so I managed to solve the problem and all I had to do was sync my phone to iTunes.

  That seems to have fixed.

• AT300-101 using Microsoft Exchange Sync problem

  Dear Sir or Madam,

  I use an AT300-101 (ICS 4.0.3) and try to synchronize with my hotmail account.

  Syncronising the AT300 via the Exchange account does not work correctly. It works once in two days.

  The errormessage said, that the server is currently not repsonding. Even to re-create the exchange account after removing it, does not work properly.

  As sync my hotmail account via the Exchange with the other ICS 4.0.3 android devices (HTC, Samsung, etc.) works perfectly the problem seems to be the Tablet and not the exchange server.

  Do you have any idea how to solve this problem.

  I tried to change my messaging app by default back to Mail in Outlook 365 edition in the preferences menu of Mail, but as soon as I leave the menu by default in Outlook.

  Although the problem is not the same, please follow the instructions in this article to support to reset the launch Services database.

  Instead type the command as shown in the article, I suggest that you copy and paste the web page in the Terminal window. Make sure you only select the whole line before copying. One way to do that is to triple - click anywhere in the line.

  If you do not already have a current backup, back up all data before proceeding. You should perhaps log out or restart to see a change.

• OI 9 to 12 iTunes sync problems

  Since my iPod Touch iOS Update 9, I have the following problem:

  1 synchronization via USB takes much longer than before iOS 9

  The following steps should solve the problems around the synchronization, assuming that all the content you want in your library.

  (If it isn't see recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device)

  2. Restoration as a new device.
  3. Restore the backup that you made earlier.

  When I access my iCloud account thanks to the Mac email application, it tells me that there are 67 new messages. There are no new messages when I opened the box the letters. I tried to turn off and on again sync, but nothing helped.

  If this does not work, try re-indexing of mailboxes mailbox. This can take some time if you have a lot of mail.
