It is not really an 'upgrade' for this. They are two completely different products.

If you are a subscriber to creative cloud, you already have access to both. If you are a subscriber of Photoshop or photography, you'll need to subscribe to Illustrator separately.

I bought a genuine product Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard about 3 years ago. After the initial installation (with serial number) applications worked well (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.). However, I could only use Acrobat a few weeks before the software did not react more. After this time all pdf files can be manually opened with Adobe Reader, but not with Acrobat. "droplets could not communicate with photoshop" after the update of Windows 10 anniversary

Received the error "droplets could not communicate with photoshop" after that I upgraded Windows version 1607. I tried different droplets, their new creation as an administrator, open Photoshop and/or gout as administrator, disable UAC and Windowsdefender (with restart), reinstall Photoshop and creative cloud together, userpreferences and all the plugins.

Sorry for the late reply. I fixed it as follows. It was not enough to run the drop as an administrator, but to give administrator rights for all users (right-click the drop-> properties-> compatibility-> settings for all users-> check "Run as Administrator"). On another device, I also had to do the same thing with Photoshop itself to run the drop.

For current work, I disabled the need to accept any request of the administrator (search-> Type "UAC").

Guess that's the best temporary solution.

Change my plan of Adobe Creative Cloud to Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign only

I am currently on creatively Cloud subscription (one year) complete but want to "downgrade" the plan I use not anywhere near any of the application in the plan. What I'm after is a plan that would include Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign only, the rest I need, and why pay a lot for the apps that I will never use isn't something I want to do.
If someone could give me an idea where I might find a plan like this, or contact information for Adobe Creative Cloud, I would be very grateful.

Best way to buy Lightroom, Photoshop + Illustrator? [was: Question]

Hello. I apologize in advance if I have posted this question in the wrong place. I don't know that it's just me having a time! but I struggled finding the right area of this post. I want to buy cc from Photoshop, Illustrator & Light-rooms but so far I was only able to find a package that contains Photoshop & bright room. Does that mean I have to buy separate illustrator or is there a package that just, I have not noticed? I ask this question because there is a difference of wholesale price between the package containing 2 & the singular program that is illustrator so if there is a package, I would like to take full advantage of this! Gateway device Managemeny could not pass authentication

Hello

We are upgrading of HPDM 4.6 to 4.7 and the keystore file has been deleted in the process. So, we get this log message whenever we try to send a job to one of our machines:

"Agent denied the task because the device management gateway could not pass authentication".

I deleted the two files of C:\Windows\xpeagent key on one of the machines and that seems to have solved the problem - for this computer. Repeat this process for ALL our machines would be a daunting task.

Is there another way to resynchronize the devices with the server, or are we out of luck?

If we should not touch each machine individually, anyone has advice or scripts to speed up the process?

I can't figure out how to import the database into the latest version of the client server postgre and I already spent a lot of time on this project. I don't have the password to the database to original then I would probably just be stuck again, in any case. We're going to rename the key on clients computers files for now. Thanks for your help!

Hello, I just bought the Surface Pro from Best Buy. I bought it to use such as Photoshop, Illustrator and other adobe products. The menu and icons are so small, making it virtually impossible to navigate through the menus and tools.

Are there options? I like the Tablet, but will return there next week if I can't find a solution.

Only a problem with Photoshop itself... Its not respecting the scale factor of Windows. The MacOS has had the same problem too after the retina display is out.

I'm afraid that you can't do anything. You must wait until Adobe solves this problem.

Should what graphics card I get for graphics 2d and photoshop, illustrator?

I am confused between a gtx or quadro card and what is the best. I'm a heavy user of Photoshop, illustrator, in-design, lightroom and much photo viewing and editing. I don't do any kind of work 3-d, video or games. Currently, I'm looking at the GTX 960, 970 and the Quadro k620, k1200, are these exaggerated? Other recommendations of the card are welcome. Installation of Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium CS4 - No PhotoShop/Illustrator

I have registered for Web Premium CS4 serial number that I'm trying to reinstall on OSX Yosemite. I removed the superdrive in my machine last year, so I downloaded installation program appropriate to the Adobe site.
I launched the program installation and my key entry, which was accepted, but in the list of installation options customized, I wasn't able to select all commodities (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver etc.), ancillary products like Acrobat, AIR and so on. I went with the standard installation instead, but this has not yet installed all the commodities.
The re - run the installer, I get only the option to install or reinstall the auxiliary products: Photoshop and others still do not appear as options grayed out now.
My series was licensed student, acquired in 2009. It is true that it is now expired? The software worked fine until I had a game with 30 day trials CC last year, but I don't feel the amount I use the software would justify the cost of the subscription/upgrade.
Any help to restore my Photoshop and Illustrator would be greatly appreciated.

The problem is that once Adobe removes in a CS, but is no longer being updated for the future versions of OSX. This means that if something new in El Capitan causes CS5.5 does not operate normally, you are out of luck.

10.9 is good that at least you can run Chrome or Acrobat DC where 10.9 is the minimum. It is always the test.

Do not go to 10.11 if that's your only Mac and that you make your living with her.
