• First Pro CC 2015.3 does not open ANY project

  I was editing for a while before returning to the first. Since then, no prproj file cannot be opened, including all ongoing projects. I can open the first, select a project, and then as it loads the application falls just down. There is no error message, the window disappears. I'm on CC 2015.3 on Windows 7. I have 1 NVIDIA Quadro K3000M GPU. I tried everything below and it had no effect:

  Thank you! But I made an another clean install of the day after and it now works. Luckily I saved my preferences manually so none of them have been lost, and the projects seem to be ok. Are there problems with only intel H264 preference? Should I disable it in any case to be sure?

  My guess is your Internet Explorer or browser by default, does not all faults. This is usually the case.

  Start button > Default Programs > set your default programs > column to the left, click on your browser by default > it doesn't say "this program has all its defaults"?
  If not, click on choose by default for this program > put checkmarks on all entries in the list > click Save

  I have

  I worked on this project (slide @175).  Suddenly, that I save my changes, the program freezes & has close & it seems now the file is corrupted.  Am I basically screwed here?  Is there a hope for this file?  I read that Captivate 5 manages so-called projects with 400 + slides, so mine should not be a problem.

  There are no other open programs, the file is not already open.  I guess I'm screwed & spend 2 days to redo the work I just do.  Fortunately, I have a backup, but a backup that does not include about 16 hours of changes.  This has always been a fragile product and I had hoped that Captivate 5 which had improved, but I do not.

  Hello I get error code 0 x 80070002 when I try to play downloaded games.  I tried to play Roller Coaster Tycoon and Age of Empires 2, downloaded from Steam and I get this error even for the two games.  I searched around, and it seems that other people with this error code have very different problems (any of them get trying to run a game).

  If I understand correctly, you cannot open some files of numbers even from backups, but others continue to work. To limit this problem, I would suggest starting with the following steps:

  1. first of all, run disk utility and check for questions on your hard drive, as hard drive problems can lead to situations like yours.

  Disk utility (Yosemite): a disc repair

  2. then, you can test this in a new user, to refine, if it's a question broad system or specific to your username.

  1. the external procedure library .so is corrupted.

  OR

  2. the external procedure library .so is a 32-bit... .to check that the Unix ( file lib.so), the exit command should give you 64-bit
