  Try the next method and check if that helps you with the question of the 127 error you receive.

  Method 1: Rdding the DLL file by doing the following:

  1. Click Start and click Run, in the search box type CMD and press to enter.
  2. right click on CMD in the list and click "Run as Administrator".
  3. type the following command and press ENTER. Regsvr32 msvcp71.dll
  4. close the command prompt window.

  Method 2: run the file system (CFS) Checker:

  (Note: you need an XP installation disk to start the System File Checker search.)

  Please provide the error screenshot more better assitance. Also, try this:

  Try to copy and merge the audio from another Windows 8 or better service.

  You can do this by going to the Registry Editor (make sure that the other computer is also a 32-bit system)

  Go to HKLM/system/current control set/services/audiosrv click audiosrv and then on the file menu, select export and save the file to a USB key or drive.

  While copy on your machine and merge. Then restart your system.

  I am trying no operation troubleshooting you mentioned. I have it set for myself.

  I clicked on something related to the denfence in the heart of the action and when I restarted my computer is off almost all services. I couldn't even connect to the internet

  I went to the Configuration System (msconfig)-> services-> active tab all services and restart. After that my computer works normally.

  Method 1:  Check that the Apple Mobile Device Service is installed and works using the software component Services MMC snap-in of components:

  (a) on the start menu, click search.

  (b) type services.msc, and then click OK. You will see a list of services.

  (c) view the list alphabetically and make sure "Apple Mobile Device Service" status is "started".

  (d) if the State does not indicate that the service is started, right-click Apple Mobile Device Service and choose Start from the context menu.

  Back up all your data first, just in case.

  You can open a command prompt if you try a "clean boot". If it works in a clean boot, you may be able to follow the troubleshooting bits (how to determine what is the cause of the problem by performing a clean boot) to locate the source of the problem.

  If that doesn't help, try a sfc/scannow to see if that detects and corrects any errors. If so, see if it works after that.

  If its still not, as a test, try to create a new user account then sign out and sign in using the new account. It works then? If so, your user account may be damaged, in which case migrates through all of your data to the new account and start using it.

  You might also consider running a System Restore to a time before the problem occurred, if the problem has only started recently. Or maybe even a repair installation.

  IEBHO.dll seems to cause problems with some applications.

  It cannot be linked to questions of print spooler.

  However, I suggest trying to remove the IEBHO.dll which seems to be one part of iMesh MediaBar.

  Try this:

  To change or restart the Service (BITS) Background Intelligent Transfer

  1. Open administrative tools by clicking the start , clicking Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, and then clicking Administrative Tools.

  2. Double-click Services. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  3. Right click on the service of Intelligent Transfer (BITS) background and then click Properties.

  4. Under the tab general, next to startup type, make sure that automatic (delayed start) is selected.

  5. Next to Service status, check whether the service is started. If not, click Start.
