  Hi forum,

  I have a problem with the "Cisco Desktop Enterprise Service".

  Assistance is put in correct market and so far, all this good work. But the service says every 10 seconds the following messages in the windows event log:

  "SS1002 Failed to monitor setup".

  "SS1004 Failed to monitor setup. Try again. '

  "SS3101 SetupMonitor failed. The connection failed, end."

  These three messages are displayed every 10 seconds in the event log. The first 2 are error. The last is an informational message.

  I've read the case of "CRA engine not starting not not by a second NETWORK adapter installed [Cisco Unified Contact Center Express].

  This isn't the problem because engine of the BOW and everything works fine.

  The CPIX is installation Res Co with a CCM Version 4.1 (3) with the last SR.

  Someone has an idea?

  I have since successfully configured the RmCm subsystem and these errors have stopped and errors in the application log on the Office Cisco Business Service are not appearing to be. It can check the log files to see if the RmCm engine has been configured correctly.

  I have a problem with the new application of TAPS. Addition of the aar in the repository file work well.

  The Application is added correct in Applications / application management, but first no Script is associated with the properties of the application and the second a combination is not possible.

  When I try it and update the application, the following error occurs:

  Even if there is no other customer configured for historical reports.

  I see CAD 6.1 had a built-in browser. After you install the CAD to my Web CPIX Administrator page, I could not see the browser icon. Can someone tell me how active this feature?

  According to the Release Notes, the built-in browser CAD was introduced in IPCCX 4.0 (3).

• VPN connects, cannot get to anything on the LAN

  OK, what don't get me?  My VPN connects OK with the Version of the Client 5.0.07.0290 VPN but I can't access anything on the 10.0.0.0/24 network.

  Any thoughts?  I should be able to ping the server 10.0.0.90 if it worked properly in my laptop while I'm on the VPN.  Following configuration:
