  Satellite M30 is old enough laptop model and I don't think that to do this, you can order a Toshiba recovery media.

  I put t know what fan you mean because I saw only a single fan at the bottom of the unit. However, perhaps the second fan is hidden.
  It's not easy to say why the fan doesn't work. Maybe dust clog up the fan and cooling module may not work correctly. You can try to use the vacuum cleaner to clean the fan.
  If it doesn t work so I guess there must be something wrong with the material and to fix this, replace this part. But in this case I recommend to contact the after-sales Service of Toshiba partner. He has much more experience in such cases.

• Need drivers for my Satellite M30

  My M30 ran slow and boring and carrying a bunch of old garbage files so I decided to reinstall Windows XP Media Center and replace all previous data - not upgraded. Now, I'm trying to find the drivers for it.

  Got the screen those but the network controller seems to be hard to get and install the required software. There is also an unknown device in Device Manager that requires drivers apparently but I na? t know what it is. Got the controller network and Modem left - but never use the modem, so just looking for the network controller.
  He said: I need a software with it and it can not find the software? Help!

  Usually the Toshiba laptop came with a recovery Cd and a CD of drivers & tools.
  On this site you should find the drivers for Windows XP.
  The WinXP MCE should use the same drivers.

  I took it apart to clean (after like...) 4 years of regular use) and just realized that the fan has stopped working since this point. He works at an ambient temperature of 140-150ff now - turn serious ongoing fire.

• CPU fan error message and no response from F10

  Just upgraded to Phenom 11 4 810 processor in my desktop PC Presario CQ5320Y with Windows 8.1. Stop and Get CPU fan error message. Replaced the fan and still have the same problem. Read forum on this subject article, but can't get into the BIOS by pressing F10 to check the settings, etc., any suggestions?... Thanx.
