How do I turn off the sound of the door opening and the door slams sound?

When you hear these noises?

In general, go to control panel > sounds and Audio devices, and click on the "Sounds" tab  On the background, part of the tab is a box under the heading "program events".  Scroll through this list.  Every event that has an icon of the left speaker has a partner.  When you select an event by clicking on it with your mouse, the audio file appears in the box under the heading 'sounds '.  To preview a sound, click the play right out of the box 'Sounds '.

If you find events that produce the sounds of the door you can change the sounds associated with these events by using the drop-down list or the Browse button.  If you don't want any sound, use the [None] entry at the top of the drop-down list.

If you make changes, OK your way out.  Otherwise, close the dialog box by clicking the Cancel button.

    I have a Toshiba laptop Satellite L30-115. I use WinDVD preinstalled to watch DVD. everything was fine until yesterday. Since then, my DVD drive seems to have problems with playback of DVD movies (original).

    It's a little slower that should be, and the sound is a bit distorted. The same DVD my laptop no problems to play now, it seems impossible to play properly.

    More than likely if this started after you upgrade to Windows7 then you might have to update your hardware drivers.  Go to the websites of the manufacturers of hardware for your PC and get all the latest drivers for Windows 7 (video, sound, chipset, etc...).  If they don't have Windows 7 drivers you may have questions until they create them.  You can also try to boot your PC and also right click on the game .exe file and change the compatibility mode to Vista or XP.

    The problem with my CD player seems to be unique I can't find an answer, or someone else with the same problem online.

    My computer is custom built, the CD player lasted me 1.5 years no problem, not until one day I realize, it does not open and the light does not work on it, I ordered a new drive and installed that one, still does not work. so, I replaced the SATA cable which connects to the motherboard, still does not.

    When I go to my computer the drive appears but when I right click > eject it says: "year error occurred while ejecting CD drive D".  It also appears in devices such as SCSI CdRom Device Manager but I am not sure if it's actually my CD player.

    WTFFF ideas? I really hope that its not the motherboard

    There are two cables you need to connect to the drive, one for data and one for power.  You must connect both training at work.  If you only have the data cable is plugged and not cable power which would be a possible cause of the problem that you see.

    Not sure, but you could try adding a script framework at the end of your animation with this code:

    this.stopAllSounds ();

    This line should stop all sounds playing on this timeline, without affecting the Captivate. I can't guarantee that, but it's worth a try. Now, if your animation focuses on AS3, then the above will not work. After return to it is and I'll write the code for you, or do a search (it is not a single line/method).
