  Hi, I saw another post on this subject, but the answer did not help unfortuantely.  I have a new laptop Lenovo with Windows 8, and when I try to create a new subfolder to save a document in using right click, it hangs for centuries and then finally replaces "resposnding".  It is not compatible 100% that I managed to create new folders, since I've had the laptop.   Same problem when you try to rename a folder - anything that requires a right-click.

  Is this a Windows 8 'thing '? Anyone know some stuff to fix?

  Go to the preferences of Acrobat. Choose the convert to PDF pane and click Microsoft Office Word. Click on change settings and from there, you get a dialog box that allows you to set the Settings Adobe PDF for such operations in batches. Select the option of high quality print and then press OK twice and you should be good to go.

  I'm running sp1 LV2013. I don't know when this started happening. I have supported existing code so I don't know when was the last time I created a structure, but now it happens every time I do either of the above actions. Needless to say that, now that I need to do this, it's rather prohibitive my quality.

  This happened to someone else? I just need to reinstall LV?

  With LabVIEW closed, try renaming your LabVIEW.ini to something else (in this way you still have and can restore it if it does not work).

  Then, launch LabVIEW.  It will create a new .ini file.  See if it works.

  If this does not work, please post your original .ini file here.  It would be interesting to see what setting it could cause a problem.

  Hello! Does anyone know if there is some way I can download a file hosted on a link (for example, www.ff.org/test.pdf ) go to config and change my preferences? I want FF keep open media (like pdf and mp3) on the tab when I clik on it, as a general rule. But sometimes I want to be able to download a file, and I can't right click on it because that what I have is the address of someone gave me. If I type that address and press ENTER, FF will open the file in a tab.

  Who is supposed to be a keyword bookmark if you need to add a key word and call the bookmark by typing the keyword and a space and paste the link after it.

  I played with maker of data for an existing schema and I am unable to follow directions in most tutorials because supposedly a right click on a table in the diagram or in the browser of data Modeler is supposed to bring up a menu, but when I right click I just see "Properties". Is it a permission thing? I did a relational schema by dragging objects from the view of connections on a diagram and I see them all.

  collect all your references control (for this, you can use the FP property) and create a user event. Connect this user event to your structure of the event. You now have a case of event for all of your controls. See the attached picture.
