Create the report with the structure in obiee 11g?

Hello

I want to create report without data, it has the structure. the data in this report, add in the future.

I want to show the lines of value null & coulmns in the report.

For example, I created the table name as cs_ue_lf table.

structure as follows. I did not insert a line any.

I have check the table. There is no data

I created RPD and added to the em.

I chose the field as uncleared effects

Drag the columns of criteria.

In the results, I didn't not even structrue in report.

I get the error message as 'specified criteria result no data'.

My project requirement is

create a report without data. only one structure (coulmns). Report have only column names. data inserts in the future.

Please help me.

To do this, I put properties column as "include null values.

I tried. But I did not. Is this possible?

Or even a kind of Cartesian join in the RPD against a table to produce a lot of dummy data

    Hi Hsekar,

    You are right, it is called a SELECT type.

    Regarding your second question I don't know what you mean. You are using an SQL Select statement in this area. The Alias of the columns must match the columns will place you in the RPD exactly. But in this process, you create a physical view DB object, so there is not need to name it. You just create the select statement that you would use to create a view and OBIEE refers to the statement.

    Customer installed obiee 11g in a server sitting in different place. We have deployed our own repository and catalog. Now, we can not access analytical obiee. It does not accept any user name or password created in the weblogic console. But if we deploy repository by default Oracle SampleSales, then we could identify. Can not understand what the problem is!

    Hi guys,.

    After some kinds of analysis, I saw massive files opmn core dumps gathers in the bin/instance1/instances directory. And, unfortunately, my BISystemUser has been removed and so the log file subsequently posted an authentication failure. I have the same recreated and reset the password. In addition, checked the applications deployed to Analytics and some other applications in the console and change the destination in the 'framework of Cluster' instead of all clusters. Then it worked fine and I could connect now!

    But still the problem is not sorted completely. Now, I am facing problem when start and stop opmn. It says opmn failed at the local port. And, opmn do not stop and start normally. Saying: time out to stop and start the managed server. Although it does not create a problem at startup and shutdown, but it says opmn failed to local port and yes the Scheduler never wants to start when I restart opmn. Whenever I restart my opmn export base files in the same place. Could you pls tell how to avoid these unexpected dumps core and how this active Scheduler? Perhaps conflicts with other ports opmn.

  • Masking of the lines of obiee 11g

    I have the sub report with measuring values as measured im like label as display value below

    In this report, you can see that, for the furniture as column adjustment renewal measure column is 0, so I don't want to hide this column in the report, if this value is 0. So for this I tried as by applying the condition under the column properties as renewal of furniture adjustment is equal to 0 then the style custom CSS I added display: no and so im getting like below

    But I can see the values been erased, but I don't want that to happen, instead, I need the entire column of renewal adjustment of furniture to be removed if the value is 0.

    How can I get with my friends from scenario. Thanks in advance.

    There is a little bit which States: Constant. Enter any nonzero constant to hide the object. Enter 0 or leave blank to display the object.

    You can try to set your skin variable to 1 and then move to 0 to see... but I saw 'HIDE' / 'SHOW' work - could be something version... so try the 1s and 0s.

    This means that if the time is now 16:05 hours, then graphical report must display data for 16:00 Hrs from yesterday until 16:00 hours that day. Is the same for the last week day 24 hours as well. Means they need two lines in the chart. Please help me...

    The column Francisco appears twice - you'll need to use aliases for columns, for example:
