  Seriously, almost every time I save a file and try to download it I get this error:

  So I have to start again to download the file again... but no, I get this error again... until about 7 times then it will finally through. After that happening by once I have on a window of 2 minutes where I can download files without errors... then the cycle continues.

  This is driving me CRAZY! It happened for about 2 weeks. I have not recently changed all the server info. I used to download files on the same server from dreamweaver all the time with ease. My partner with the same configuration works always with ease. So why am I having so much trouble?

  I often have to troubleshoot PHP where I upload to the server to run it to see if it works, and I could have several times to download a file in the few minutes that becomes incredibly tedious task with this ongoing issue.

  Ah ha! I finally got to work properly!

  Your site-> Site-> Remote Info Manager, try to check the passive FTP box and see if it works.

  Suddenly, I get the error message (CS4) when I try to connect to remote hosts: "the connection to the remote host has been lost. Click Refresh to reconnect. "It is impossible to connect to a remote host.

  This happens for all my sites on remote servers in different countries, so it must be a problem of DW. Please advice.

  Have you tried to use passive mode:

  Definition of site > advanced > click on the passive FTP box and see if it works.

• Problems connecting to the remote host via FTP from DreamWeaver

  I have problems to connect to my remote host in DreamWeaver.  I can connect via the Client File Zilla and was able to connect until my hard drive crashed.  Now w/new drive, I get an error msg. I tried to create a new site, which connets when I test the connection, but when I go to view the files, a dialog box appears saying "(cannont get info dossier distant, accès refusé, etc) I tried selecting the different settings and combines following parameters: use firewall, secure ftp, ftp passive mode." Don't know what else to try at this point. I have WIN XP, Adobe Creative Suite CS3.  I'd appreciate any help, thanks!

  OK - it's good. I noticed that your host directory contains only the character ' / ' and that could be the source of your problems.  What happens if you remove that, just leave this field blank?

  We have recently updated CS4. I imported all my old connections without problem.

  My boss recently asked to show him how to download files on a site. Configure the site as usual on his machine, but where I can click on my 'Connect to remote host' button and all the server files, see my boss button is disabled and displays a message about the configuration first the control version.

  We do not want to do that, only to access the server, as we have done before. Version control can be disabled? Or is it a different problem?

  I created a FTP user on the remote server that works perfectly fine, when I click on test connection. Now, when I click on the remote view or download a file, or connect to the remote server I get this message-"Waiting for server" then I get this error message "connection to the remote host is lost. "Click the button connect to reconnect." I disabled my firewall too. This has been driving me crazy for a long time. Any source of help would be a great help.

  I had finally found the solution. My internet access point was behind the residential gateway, who created an internet cache (something like). I had to install cygwin which solved the problem. Just had to follow the simple rules to install and you have the problem solved. In any case, I would like to thank all those who had given their suggetions.

• Error "Failed to connect to the remote computer" VMware View Client

  Hello everyone. I'm currently testing the package VMware view, but stuck on a problem, I can't understand.  I have already tried Googling every possible thing, but still came short on what to do.

  Currently I have:

  Server ESXi 3.5

  -vCenter Server

  -Connection to the server

  -3 swimming pools installed individual office xp host w/view agents

  At the moment, I seemed straight installation because I am able to connect using VMware client/portal with any full blown windows box anywhere in the internal network.  The problem I have is when I try to load the client software VMware view on a HP Neoware e90 box running windows xp embedded.  When I loaded the software and try to connect, I get the address connection server, authentication screen passes, but receives the error "the connection to the remote computer failed" when I try to select one of the desktop images in the list.

  I am capable of everything everywhere, ping from thin client to conn. Server, thin client desktop image and vice versa.  I am also able to RDP in the desktop images in the light client area but just can't understand why it won't pass this error above.  I tried to disable the firewall on everything, but it still doesn't seem to work.  Am I missing a simple step or has someone else has encountered this problem before? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  I have a small form that I use as a method to call a web service. Essentially, the form contains a web service URL text box.
  If I call the shape on the dev and pointer to the service web dev, it works.
  If I use the form on uat and point the service web uat it works.
  If I use the form on UAT and call the web service on dev, it works.

  Here are two additional methods you can try.

  1: Restart the computer by using a clean boot of the method

   

  When you start Microsoft Windows, other software may start with the operating system. These programs may include antivirus software and system programs that may interfere with the game. When you perform a clean restart procedure, you prevent these programs from starting automatically.

  Method 2: Bypass the router

   

  If you connect to the Internet using a router, there may be a problem with the configuration settings, which requires that the updated settings. Remember that this test will only check that the router is configured correctly. If the game connects to the Internet without problem when you bypass the router, plug the router immediately and contact the manufacturer of the router or your ISP for help configure the router correctly.

  I have two PCs, two win 7 x 64. PC1 has powercli 5.5 build 3142196 (5.5u2?) and the other who has now updated 6.0.0.7857 (last AFAIK) via VMware PowerCLI - 6.0.0 - 3205540.exe from the downloads section.

  On PC1, I can run the script

  and it works very well and gives me a result.

  If I run the same command on PC1, I get the error:

  Anyone encountered this before? I see no difference in the PC it would cause and I wonder if there are logs, etc. for troubleshooting, I'm not aware of. The message is a bit lacking in detail. Probably the client must connect something.

  The client when you run the Invoke-VMScript cmdlet on must actually be able to connect to the physical ESXi host on which the virtual computer runs on port 443. Are two clients on the same subnet, you have a firewall between the hosts and guests? Just try to open the ESXi host welcome page in a browser from these two clients, e.g. https://myesxihost.local/

  Can you reproduce the problem with sqlplus? If so, please see (11.5.10 news: run SQL * Net access for guests (Doc ID 291897.1)).

  If the problem with SQL Developer only, please see (SQLDeveloper receives ' java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Connection reset "and ORA - 609 database alert (Doc ID 1483287.1)).

  We have a host of ESXi 4 cluster running any vSphere 4.1.  Recently, I started to upgrade to update 2 and all the additional fixes.  After the upgrade of the vCentre server to the latest version (or maybe before I can't noticed) an of are hosts began to show the following error whenever I tried to connect to the console of any guest on this host.

  Unable to connect to the MKS: the certificate of the remote host has these problems:

  It lists any problems at all and no error display in the event log that it simply does not work.  I had a prod around the internet and found nothing.  I then rebuilt the host to exclude and the problem remains.

  Any help would be much appreciated.

  If you can connect to the Console remotely using VMware Infrastructure (VI) Client connected directly to the host, take a look at vmware KB to connect to a remote virtual machine fails with the error: the certificate of the remote host has these problems

  but more generally - remove host to vCenter inventory and then add the host to the back, take a look at opening in the console of the virtual machine after a new installation of ESXi or ESX fails with the error: the host certificate chain is not complete and could not connect to the MKS: the certificate of the remote host has these problems
