I try so log programs Adobe - Illustrator, Photoshop and creative cloud. First of all, I had questions signature in them, because he asked for a serial number which I did not because I have a student member. Received phone call from a man named Thomson. He said he was with Windows in the United States and Florida. Was given the phone number of 315-506-4544. Asking for help with problems with my computer detected by Windows. He said that I was risking my computer and overwriting of files. Very difficult to understand. He asked I right click on my computer and highlight all the files with any questions. I didn't trust this person so I hung up the phone. I continued to return calls 4 - 5 times. It should be there in your Applications folder with the name Adobe Lightroom.

Assuming that you are talking about Adobe Acrobat 7 Standard, it is far from being compatible with Windows 7, if problems are to be expected.
The first version which has been is 9.2, if I remember correctly.

Creative Cloud Desktop said that there is a download error when I open the applications tab. I tried the button Reload Applications with no luck. Any ideas?

Why the application manager said that muse is updated, when it isn't? And will not let me update?

Sorry for the confusion and frustration.
Because the Muse is an Air application, there are some limitations in the way that we interact with the Application Manager that can cause these types of States in conflict. We have plans that will address this, but unfortunately, it of a complicated situation and will take time.
I'm working on a document that will address all the various installation questions such as this one and post it on the forum and elsewhere when its done. I apologize that this has not happened before and several people were affected than expected.

Has anyone caught in a loop of disconnection when you try to open a session?
And everyone had to deal with Adobe Creative customer service cloud in India and has endured really unacceptable interaction? I have a problem with my account does not let me login, which is strange because I can login here to post on the forums. I go to service customer billing rep, a tech rep and a supervisor that not everyone has a large handle on the language English and are not particularly beautiful or useful.
They say that the only way they can help is by me giving them remote access to my computer. For security reasons, I do not allow this type of access, unless I know not really part connection to my computer.
They then essentially me I'm out of luck and that's my problem not theirs because I won't give them access. I asked to be transferred to a person who understands English better or is located in the United States. They say that I'm still not luck... THEY are the only one able to help me with Adobe products. They refuse to look at a screenshot of what I get when I try to log in again.
I can't believe this. Adobe is to save costs by outsourcing to the India spreads to its customers as a cost in lost time and productivity.
Basically, when I enter my email and pw to creative cloud, I get this below, and if I try to connect again, it just loop.

I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my computer. I have NEVER had trouble opening a document from this location before. All of a sudden, I wonder a PASSWORD. I went and created a password, but it does NOT work when I try to open certain documents only three 3 in Player-all OTHER documents are open without asking for a password. I tried to reset the password and tried again to open these particular documents. They are still not open!
Then I "chatted" with ADOBE and they me logged onto the Forum and told me to look for an answer I was ANable to automatically find...
What is everyone out there knows what I need to do to obtain a PASSWORD THAT WILL WORK when I try to open these 3 documents?

This isn't true at all. In fact, the specific problem of this user has been resolved when they discovered that someone has added a password security policy to their files. See: How to get and use a password that works to open several documents in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?
If you add the password to your files yourself and then forgotten, then there is nothing that can be done using Adobe software, however.
This can be done with Adobe Reader but is not able to apply (or remove) a security strategy for PDF files.
