creating Windows dvd does not recognize the music in my itunes library

I'm trying to finialize the title page for a slide show I did in windows movie maker, which includes several songs from my itunes library, but it will not be recognized all my itunes files. It allows me to choose the sample songs in the music folder however. any suggestions on how to add my music?

Windows, be it the media player, movie maker and DVD maker, do not accept MP4 file formats.
Windows do not accept Apple file formats, be it video or audio files.

Here is the list of formats of audio files supported by Windows:

  • Audio files: ".aif", ".aifc", ".aiff", ".asf", ".au", ".mp2", ".mp3", ".mpa", ".snd", ".wav" and ".wma".

Your itunes MP3 Google for an audio converter and change file formats. Then re - import to Movie Maker.

PS You can bypass Windows Movie Maker... as the title of your message create dvd windows says.
Use Windows DVD Maker and add your items directly in the creation of DVD.
You will still need to convert the audio files to itunes.

    Hello

Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as is often total

Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click on the device - driver tab.
Click on update drivers (this will probably do nothing) - RIGHT click ON the drive - uninstall.

  • Install Windows 8 does not recognize the system drive

I built a new machine (chart below). Since this is a new machine and not an upgrade, I bought Win 8 Pro 64 bit OEM to do a clean install. The SSD is my system disk that Windows 8 will be installed. Four data drives are mirrored, two for the other two. Construction went perfectly. The BIOS recognizes all six disks: 1 SSD, 4 HDD, 1 DVD.

Insert and boot the disk of Windows 8. Accept the EULA, enter the product key. Arriving at the page "Where do you want to install Windows?", only four hard disks are listed. The SSD (installation to go) is not found by Win 8. ??? I tried to change ports SATA, cables, power supply - no difference. For each new change of hardware, the BIOS still sees everything. This isn't a hardware problem.

The question remains: why the installation of Windows 8 does not recognize the SSD drive. All five disks are on AHCI. I'm not in RAID.

I spoke with crucial technical support of all (manufacturer of the SSD). They were also surprised that the drive does not appear in the list.

Does anyone have a solution? I spent all the money on hardware, as well as the new version of Windows and I cannot install it.

This is the real kick in the teeth: Microsoft won't support me. The OEM of Windows 8 version is the same as manufacturers, such as Dell or HP. Support told me I had the support of the manufacturer. HA! I am the manufacturer. Either that or upgrade from an earlier version of Windows. This means that any that a new construction machine will get ZERO assumption of Microsoft. All just great.

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

The DSS must be LOW LEVEL FORMATE.

Once, there may be no other [HDDs] not connected to the SATA ports.

    Install Windows 8 Pro now.

[Edit] Can someone please mark this as answered? I can't because I posted the question. Thank you.

  • Windows 7 does not recognize the installation discs

    Hello

I have a problem, and I don't know if there is a solution, but here goes.

My laptop is a HP DV6-7029WM Windows 7, 64 bit.

The hard drive was dead, and he was replaced last month.  I sent it to HP.  C is the hard drive, and was originally the recovery on D. Removable media were on E, and when I connected a USB stick or memory card reader it would on F.

When I came back, hard drive was on C as it was originally, and there was no recovery drive D. D is now my removable media drive. When I put in a USB stick or a memory card reader, which is now on the E drive.

After I bought this, I put the recovery on a USB key, but I've accidentally thrown out. (My mistake) So I ordered the installation diskettes after that I return my HP PC.  I had 2 DVD system recovery disks and an Application and a recovery DVD Drivery.

I want to reinstall Windows back to the default settings. I put disc 1 (System Recovery DVD) and close.  I reboot and it goes directly to the office. I hear the whirring disc, but nothing happens.

I go to the control panel > Recovery > advanced retrieval methods. I click on restart, and it loads files and then says DVD set, which I do. He told me that he does not recognize the installation disc.

I googled this problem and found a poster on CNET that had the same problem as I do. Also, I can't do a system restore.  My problem is the same as this poster on CNET.  I can read DVDs and CDs.  Those that work very well.

    http://forums.CNET.com/7723-19411_102-568059/Windows-7-installation-disc-not-recognized/

The files are on the DVD, because I see them.

I don't know what to do. Should I send my PC back? Can I do to solve this problem?

    Thanks in advance.

    pen

    Hello:

With recovery disc 1 into the DVD drive, restart the computer and at the beginning of the HP welcome screen, press the ESC key to display a menu of options.

Select the F9 boot menu option.

Select the DVD drive on the list of bootable devices, and press the Enter key.

Watch the screen for additional instructions.

  • Qosmio F30 - 112 - Windows XP does not recognize the HARD drive

    Hello.

    I have a Qosmio F30-112.
I tried to install the Windows XP Professional instead of the Media Center edition.
However, during the execution of the installer, my laptop does not recognize the hard drive. Therefore, the installation cannot continue.

I thought it might be a problem of corruption with my laptop and reinstalled Media Center Edition successfully.
But when I try to install XP Professional it always gives me the same error.

Suggestions for the configuration of the BIOS or solutions for why this is happening?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

    Just a question:
You are looking for in this forum for other similar issues with regard to the installation of Win XP and lack HARD drive? I doubt

The fact is that your notebook has a SATA controller and you need a SATA (Intel Matrix Storage Manager) driver.

You should have a look here in this doc from Toshiba:
