The Creative cloud only window the list programs that the system is able to run.  If some are missing, this may mean that the system does not meet the minimum requirements to run the applications.

    I think you are saying that the application icon will not be displayed on the Simulator? If so, this can help (I had the same problem and what I did):

    1 assuming you are using Eclipse, just run the program (it will be forfeit and display an icon to load for a few seconds on the Simulator).

    2. then go to file-> load BlackBerry Application or theme on the Simulator.

    3 navigate to your compiled COD of the file, then open it.

    4 after a loading icon, the application should appear in the menu.

    If this does not work, try to close the Simulator and do step 1.

  • Installed applications do not appear in the control CC app

    I installed several applications (PS CC, 5 Lightroom, first CC and more) the application of creative control Cloud (app name/window title: 'CC').

    • sign out and close the application of CC desktop
    • delete %localappdata%\Adobe\OOBE\opm.db
    • Reconnect to CC

    Has not solved, however. Now just try to install first Pro CC in the list.

    BTW: First Pro CC has been installed all the time and works as expected, it does not appear in the installed applications.

    CC desktop application shows same wih Premiere Pro, a button "install". That's what I'm trying now.

    UPDATE: New - great help of Dilip on chat support. After reinstalling, everything works perfectly, and it is listed under installed apps now. (The reinstallation is fairly homogeneous. It's a simple click and a long wait. All settings kept etc.)

    Welcome to the community!

    I assume you are using Windows 32-bit OS, if yes, then After effects and Premiere Pro are not compatible with it. You would need an OS 64-bit in order to work with these applications.

    You check information for the OS by right click on the computer icon work > properties and bit info will be there.

    Have you changed the application in the App Builder to be an iPhone and iPad app? Chances are that your existing application was built as a single app for iPad. You must update in the App Builder and then resubmitting to Apple. I think that for it to actually build a new application, as the setting for iPad only cannot be changed via a tool for editing to an existing application.

    The reason for this behavior could be language in the CC Office preferences might be different from that of the installed applications. Please open CC Office / go to preferences / Select apps and check the app language. Assign the same language as that of the installed programs.

    I've recently upgraded to a Torch 9810 with OS7 on it. Started installing apps (done a clean install of Apps instead of installing from a backup or anything like that), but when I went to run the application, I could not find in the tab all.  But when I go into Options > device > application management, it shows the program installed. So I tried to install other apps and the same thing happened.

    So I took a picture of something and went in the Media tab to see photos. And here there are all the Apps that I have installed in the Media tab. Then tried to move them to the all tab and he'd let me, only allowed me to move the application to a different location on the media tab, and not to another tab.

    From your home screen, press the BB menu key.  In the menu, you will see two things you might be interested in setting... Manage the panels and Options.

    Manage panels to configure how many panels you want to use.  I chose only the Panel all, so everything gets displayed here.

    In the Options, this is where you tell your device where you want to store Applications downloaded in the "download folder".

  • Mice are not appearing after the last update of Windows 8

    After update to the last version of windows 8, my mouse does not work on my computer no more. I use a "HAMA Optical Mouse AM-5000" and a 64-bit Windows 8 operating system to my office. Before the update, everything worked very well, but a little at the time (perhaps a week?) there was a software update that began when I shut down my computer for the night and after, my mouse wouldn't just appear.     In the (Control Panel > system and security > Windows Update > View Update History) all there is "you have not tried to install the updates for this computer. The most recent is "Word Viewer 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3): WDVIEWSP3" which has been installed on 26/09/13 and "update for Microsoft Windows (KB2889543)" which has been installed on 25/09/13.

    I downloaded the latest drivers from the mouse on the site that you have linked and no change. By chipset are you referring to the processor (Intel i7)?
