Creative cloud does not detect installed applications
I noticed after installing OSX Maveriks creative cloud does not detect any application installed, it keep the button "install". Should I reinstall all of them? Is this normal?

Please reinstall the creative cloud desktop application and as soon as you install it again, launch any CC application installed and update tab helps. After that you can launch CC Office about it will make you the correct status of applications installed on your machine.

Creative cloud does not show installed applications
Several weeks ago my creative cloud just kept loading of and. So, I found some info from Adobe and reinstalled. Once I got it going, he is more showed State of the apps I had installed except one - it's show Acrobat DC in the list "installed". I have several other applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign installed and they work fine. I tried to disconnect, quit smoking and rename the file opm.db as suggested. If it was like one or 2 CC apps installed on your computer, I would have proposed to delete record caps and then uninstall and reinstall apps CC again.
However, in your case, it is not a realistic solution, that you had installed several applications, if you uninstall means, you will need to return to the top of your custom as presets, catalogues... etc. settings
Anyhw, try steps below once:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
Temporarily disable the firewall.
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Then, download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

Updated MacBook Pro, now Creative cloud does not load
Recently I updated my Mac to the latest OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan. After updating, I randomly got 'failure of the plug-in' every now and then, sometimes while watching a video, it will just stop working.
I thought it would be that I had not put to update something in my adobe, so I went to my creative cloud to see if there were updates available.
The only problem is that whenever I open the creative cloud, she is just completely white. At first I thought maybe it was just slow or loading so I left it for a few minutes, but no matter how long I leave nothing changes.

First, close your office cc application.
then, rename the opm.db file by:
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example
Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

Creative cloud does not load... I see that logo at the top.
It's really frustrating. I nog another Installer (other than flash/pdf) Adobe programs. IM on PC (HP ZBook). Tried to re - install, update flash, reboot etc. a hundred times. What should I do from here? Not had time to serach everywhere on the internet. It's really a disappointment as a customer.

WIN 7 and 8 (64-bit):
- OOBE and rename OOBE_old located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
- Restart the browser
- Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
- Connect using Adobe ID and password and download the desktop CC application.
You can try this:
Please rename OOBE OOBEE. OLD folder from the following location
location in the window C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
location in Mac: library > .application support > Adobe > OOBE
After you rename the folder OOBE please uninstall creative cloud Adobe tool cleaning and re-installed the product of www.creative.adobe.com/apps
PS: Please uninstall creative connection cloud if you see in the cleaning tool.
As the discusson above also mentions the renamimg, please disable the firewall of the system & network & then try again.

Sorry to hear that you are facing this problem. You can try the following:
Open the Task Manager and kill the following processes:
-Cloud.exe creative
-Adobe Office Service.exe
-CoreSync.exe
-CCLibrary.exe
-AdobeIPCBroker.exe
-AAM updates Notifier.exe
Now download the Installer Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps and run it.
To diagnose the problem, I would appreciate if you could share your machine logs. You can use the collector logging tooland download the zip file created on the desktop for your choice of file sharing service. Send me the link for the file to download. Creative cloud does not start since the last update (3.4.1.181)

If I try to check the lightroom updates: same behavior.

My problem is now solved. It seems that this was due to an incomplete installation of the updated version of the CC. After the update, I had two versions of the CC on my PC, none of them work.
I don't know why the installation did not finish.
In any case, I downloaded CC of the Adobe site, as if it were a first installation. This new facility has solved the problem.
That being said it seems that the update process is very robust.

My laptop has been updating, but my office has yet to see.
When I check the App updates, it is said that they are up to date, but I am running LR 2015.1.1, so I'm clearly not up-to-date.
