Creative cloud does not start under El Capitan

I'm just letting you know that it has stopped working.  When I double click the application nothing happens.  This indicates Adobe do not test their software before releasing.

    Try to uninstall the application office creative cloud through the cleaning tool

    If that doesn't help, please try the following steps to completely uninstall the creative cloud.

    Remove the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders.

    Mac OS:

    1 leave the creative Cloud Desktop application

    2 force quit Adobe all processes in the activity monitor (for example, CC, Core sync, the broker CC library, Office, Adobe, Adobe CPI, demon Adobe Crash etc..)

    3. navigate to \User\\Library\Application Support\Adobe *.

    And/Library/Application Support / Adobe *.

    To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.

    4. search and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE

    5 / Library/Application Support/Adobe (rename Adobe Application Manager and Adobe of joint office)

    6. go > utilities > (rename Adobe Application Manager and creative cloud)

    7 re - download creative-cloud

  • Give up! Creative cloud does not start

    After months of constantly follow the steps to start the CC on my Mac (El Capitan) and waiting for this problem is solved by Adobe, I give up! I am cancel my subscription and will be upgraded to the Photos. Unless the app starts every time.

  • Creative cloud does not start

    I downloaded cloud creative adobe successfully. Then, I tried to run the install, but it will not start. I get the normal pop up my windows message asking me "do you want to allow this application changes to your PC? I clicked Yes. Nothing happens.

    I tried several times and got the same results. I have re-uploaded ACC several times after that, and yet I still get the same conclusion. I downloaded the cleanup tool deleted Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 (although I don't know how it is detected if the installation doesn't start) and it doesn't always start shortly after.

    What should I do? Panic and run?

    I recommend you to reboot the machine and then launch Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application (if installed) on your machine.

    If you do not have Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application installed, then do it by clicking here: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial

    Once the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application is installed successfully, then, you can proceed with the installation of Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Creative cloud does not start - Help!

    If anyone from Adobe is to look at it.  I was considering switching to Aperture, Lightroom CC.  I managed to install the trial version and it works fine.  However, all of a sudden, Adobe Creative Cloud App will not work.  The icon appears and then disappears a moment.

    I have tried almost everything listed here - installing and uninstalling, Creative Cloud Cleaner, running as root, running in a new admin account and so on.  All are no go.

    I would really like to be your customer, but since I can't get live support, and I won't have to register to see that paying CC does not, I hope that you are able to help me.

    If you are getting blank screen after the launch of Creative Cloud Desktop app then delete opm.db should help. Please remove all content of this site.

    C:\Users\(your username) \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

    If you found 206 error during installation then try changing the connection Wifi local network and vice cersa. Alternatively, you can try to disable your software firewall as appropriate.

  • Creative cloud does not start, the PIN on my mac just wheel turn, turn, turn

    I have a MacBook Pro with 370 GB available (500gig) HD, 4 GB of ram and processor clocked at 2.7 ghz.

    I installed Adobe Ai (cloud creative) and the installation seemed to have worked very well.  However, in the

    window of creative cloud (by clicking on the icon on the top bar), there is little blue bars that go in circles

    and never seem to stop.  Sometimes the window never appears but if I type the command + tab and I see it as

    an option and select, the reel just mac turns, turns and turns.

    Anyone encountered this before?

    Mine was actually the fact that I never really finished installing.  I think you should go through the installation from the window of creative cloud located on the top of your screen (you will see the icon creative cloud of AI).  You should see a bunch of products with 'Try' or 'Install' and you will find AI and click on install.  It takes a while, but it will install.

    I installed upgrading CC this morning and now the program won't open. I uninstalled and reinstalled CC nothing helps. I'm running a PC with Windows 8 and had no problems before this update.

    I uninstalled using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool because the installed uninstall CC program continued to crash. Once the CC has been deleted I rebooted and reinstalled the app and now it works fine.

    When I click on the CC icon, I see that the wheel that turns for a few seconds then... nothing.

    If I try to check the lightroom updates: same behavior.

    My problem is now solved. It seems that this was due to an incomplete installation of the updated version of the CC. After the update, I had two versions of the CC on my PC, none of them work.

    I don't know why the installation did not finish.

    In any case, I downloaded CC of the Adobe site, as if it were a first installation. This new facility has solved the problem.

    That being said it seems that the update process is very robust.

    I did all this and then I found the download install file.exe and opened it and reinstalled the application cloud around again and it worked!

    I had tried many suggestions for the disc turns, but it still not open.

    What I finally did was to uninstall all of my Adobe programs. I thought that I had these programs creative cloud. I started creative cloud and its opening. I downloaded programs I wanted with a glitch. Each program loaded at 85% and stopped. I had to reboot to get it to get.
