Creative cloud for teams Invitation has not received

I invited a member of the team to use creative Cloud for teams and the Adobe site says the invitation was sent, but the user never received.  I deleted this account and used an email that I have access to, and I never received it.  How long does take to send the invitation?

Adobe has apparently sent to different areas of e-mail problems.  The target user must add Adobe as a contact.   (We are talking not only about the audit of the records of spam either.))

My question is if I am able to create limitless applications of simple-folio? As when I try to click on the App generator, I wonder to pay an additional monthly subscription. I tried to call but it was a disaster, and came here to see if there is a simple solution.

  • Creative cloud for teams - second computer will only install as trial version

    My company bought Creative Cloud for teams. I use a Mac at work and have installed without any problem there. However, at home, I use a PC (Windows 7) and I tried several times to connect to my creative cloud account and download programs so I can work at home, but every time it loads only programs such as trial versions.

    I tried several troubleshooting options with no luck:

    • Click on the sign in the window of the trial - but he asked me just a serial number which I did of course not.
    • I asked my IT dept work to remove and return my seat invitation, which they did, but it does not solve the issue.
    • I asked my work COMPUTER dept to check with the dealer we bought Creative Cloud for teams to know if there is any restrictions or parameters that used to allow to install on a second computer but they said it should be good.
    • My teammates to work have installed on their Mac home without any problems, there seems to be only a PC problem.
    • I have previously on my computer but uninstalled everything CS6 in the case where this caused the conflict - but it does not solve the problem of CC.
    • I uninstalled and used the Adobe cleaning tool, then reinstalled but it doesn't work - the hearing days still held countdown.
    • I uninstalled again, use a registry cleaning tool (clean base registry, temporary files, files temporary browser etc), used the cleaning tool Adobe (just to make cleaner) and removed all traces of Adobe from my machine. I reinstalled Creative Cloud Application manager, installed Acrobat to try it. This time, the hearing days returned to 30 (instead of zero). I clicked the "sign" button in, it connect but always requires a serial number.

    I tried contacting Adobe via chat but we told him after that some time I would need to talk to Tech Support. My discussions with the Technical Support Adobe in the past have not been successful, so I thought I would ask the forum as my last-ditch attempt to solve this problem.

    Reset the hosts file:

    Windows

    Click Start > run, type % systemroot % \system32\drivers\etc and then press ENTER.

    Right-click on the hosts file, and then select open. Select the application Notepad open the hosts file.

    Save the hosts file: Choose file > save as, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.

    Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and remove these entries.

    Save and close the file.

    Mac OS

    Log in as an administrator to change the hosts file in Mac OS.

    In a window of Finder, select go > go to folder.

    Type/etc.

    Select the hosts file and open it.

    Save the hosts file: Choose file > save as, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.

    Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and remove these entries.

    Save and close the file.

    No way to remove it yourself, you must contact the customer and normally they will remove it without any problem.

    In a broadcast environment where all of our edit bays are behind the firewall offline.  I installed all of our seats of the CC team and have to take them online every 90 to 120 days or when updates are needed. All users see the countdown of the license are invited to contact HER and I take the machine manually, online check for updates and which seems to give CC Aps enough time to touch base with the license server. Take users off connection and return the firewall until the next countdown begins.  Rinse, repeat if necessary. This is the manual way, otherwise you must set up an Adobe license or update server behind your firewall that you then deploy updates as needed.

    I recently bought the creative cloud for my office teams.  Currently, there is only one license, I am the user as well as the administrator of the team.  I could be wrong, but I thought that my license allows for me to install applications on both machines, but any application I am trying to add to my second machine is still in trial mode and pushes me to purchase a new membership of cloud or enter a serial number.

    I tried myself deleting the user, forwarding of the invitation to join the CC for teams, clicked on the link in my email to accept and implement Creative Cloud Desktop on my second machine, ensured that I was signed the account and tried to download Photoshop, Lightroom, and Muse, but can not get out them of test mode.  I tried to update the applications, and I also uninstalled them completely disconnected (e) Creative Cloud, cleaned my browser cache, signed lounging and reinstalled the software, no luck.  I'm always invited to the numbers on my second machine.

    I'm doing something wrong?

    Sheena, I'm sorry I forgot to mention in my last post that I contact the support, thank you.  That's how I discovered the mistake with the billing address, and so it was assumed that that was the problem, but it turns out that it wasn't.  I managed to find the culprit after learning that my system was not a new one, I thought. He was a former owner who changed the Hosts file some time ago, when they were probably pirated software installed on it.  Cleaned up the entries in the Hosts file and everything works now.
