  I'm having the same problem.  I'm on a Mac Pro installed Mavericks 10.9.5 2013.  Unfortunately, I uninstalled all Adobe CC applications and ran to the CC cleaning tool.  I also used a utility that allowed me to search for files and folders hidden and visible.  I searched and deleted everything about Adobe Creative Cloud and Flash of my computer (with the exception of the fonts and the ColorSync profiles).  I also tried logging in as user 'root '.  None of them worked and now I am without any of my Adobe CC applications.

  

  I upgraded to Yosemite and everything works fine now.
