    Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and click on ""clean Selected " ."

    Step 6)

    Click on the link below and download Adobe Application Manager and install the same:

    Once installation is complete, niche is going disappear, and then open the Application folder and locate the icon to launch Adobe Application manager, double-click it and update.

  • Creative cloud installer does not start on Windows Vista

    Hello, I just got creative cloud today and have never used it before. Unfortunately, every time I click on CreativeCloudSet nothing happens. I opened the Task Manager and it does not show it anywhere. It does not open when I right click and you press open or run as administrator. I am currently using Windows Vista. Another interesting point is that like BitTorrent and uTorrent torrents have both had the same problems for me in the past, even after that I reformatted my computer. I was really looking forward to get my hands on Flash, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Most, if not all, Cloud applications require Windows 7 or Windows 8.

  • Creative cloud app does not install on windows 10

    Bought a new computer laptop and tried several times to install the soft CC in order to install and use my CC account and install PS, ID, LR etc.

    It does not give me a real error, Setup starts very well and then 4 seconds it stops and disappears without any error.  I went online and followed most of the troubleshooting tips as turning off my firewall and anti-virus, rebooted, signed in and out and nothing works.  Tried 10 times and frustrated.  I have cleaned the registry with utility program and can not think what to try.  All other computers work fine with CC 2015.  I've never had this problem before.  Someone help with the problem of thi.s?  All the evil always seems to occur the weekend without tech support

    On a 'User Account Control' popup always select 'Allow' If you try to install or run something on your computer, if you click 'No. or do not allow' then it crashes the program install on your machine.

    In this scenario, when you are by clicking on allow however nothing happens after that, please let us know if this is the first time that you install the application Adobe Creative Cloud on this machine, or was it installed on this machine soon as well?

    If it's the first installation, then I recommend you to follow the steps below and try installation again as the below could block the app to proceed with the installation:

    1. temporarily disable security/Antivirus program completely installed on your machine.

    2 disable any browser add-on security is installed on your machine.

    3 temporarily disable the firewall system.

    4 reset the hosts file. See Advanced solutions to errors in connection with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications .

    But, if this is the second or third installation of the desktop application Adobe Creative Cloud on this machine, then check out the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the following help document: error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application .

    I'm trying to install the trial version of Adobe Creative cloud on my Mac (10.9.5). When I run the installation of creative cloud, it shows "download Creative Cloud desktop" and then stops with the error message 'that we met following issues: Installer could not create a critical file. Please try to reinstall. (Error code: 44)'.

    Here's what I've tried so far:

    (1) try again produced the same result.

    (2) try the installation of my admin account gives the same result.

    Other info:

    (1) The machine has a copy under license of Adobe Creative Suite 5.

    (2) I have already installed a trial of CS6 but have since withdrawn that go CC place.

    3) deletion of the CS6 trial by the uninstaller failed - I had to remove the components manually.


    Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem? Very frustrating because I need start using CC as soon as possible and buy a subscription.

    Hi Jeff,

    I came to the same conclusion, but the permissions problem was like hunting the needle in a proverbial haystack. I don't think using a temporary directory as you suggested is a solution because the user has no control over the installation program is where to install the files.

    In the end, I did as follows:

    1. Manually deleted all my internal drive Adobe products and cleaned cache, support for app files and preferences (BTW, which did not allow the installer to not work).
    2. Clone my external HDD internal SSD drive.
    3. Formatted my internal SSD drive.
    4. Re-installed Mavericks 10.9.5.
    5. CC Desktop successfully.
    6. Shot all my stuff on my internal SSD from the external hard drive using Migration Wizard.

    It took some time, but now everything works as it should.

  • Creative cloud that does not install Desktop App update 1.7.0.413, 89 error code

    I am running on Windows 7 x 64 CS6. The Creative Cloud update insists that I run it is updated to version 1.7.0.413, but it fails every time. I took a look to the queue... Temp\AdobeDownload\LBS.log and found the message "installation VAC failed with status: 89" (complete section of the log is below). I also had a look at troubleshooting installation problems with the log files. CC but saw nothing. The updater gives me only two choices 'Install now' or 'Quit', so I am dead in the water.

    Any thoughts?

    Thank you, Ben. My question seems clear up by itself, as if there was a patch applied to the installer. I managed to update the CC update and then apply an InDesign CS6 update.

    I recently got the cloud creative adobe and so far I'm not impressed with her. The adobe installer will not download the creative application of cloud. It keeps freezing for a minute and gives me this error message.adobeerror207.png

    And if you tell me that if I am on a managed network and I need to be wired connection to make it work, I am. I use a wired connection and my internet works perfectly. And I also tried disabling my firewall, antivirus software, basically everything what is perhaps perform the server. Still does not work... I tried everything and nothing works.

    Got it to work, it seems that it is bitdefender, my anti virus program sends me questions. However, I disable the antivirus program trying to get the installer to work and I still get the error. So I just straight up to uninstall bitdefender on my pc and it seems to work perfectly. Hope this helps anyone who has the same problem I did.
