'Creative cloud' is working on a new admin account but not not in old account admin
Hey community,.
As my "Adobe Creative Cloud" was no longer working (not able to connect) on my old admin account.
Adobe told me to create a new admin on 'El Capitan' account.
Working on the new creative cloud account.
(Adobe told me that there is a configuration problem on the old account)
I would like to know
- How can I detect what's the difference in configuration between the two account?
or - How can I migrate all the settings and my old account to the new facilities?
Purpose:
I have a different software on my old account that I use for my work; VMware Fusion 8, different browsers, printer software, tools etc.)
And also the settings...
(I obviously don't want to use my old account for everything and have to switch to the new account just for the creative cloud...)
Plan:
I can either migrate all the settings from the old account to the new or detect the problem in configuration in my old account.

I followed the instructions and uninstalled my desktop version of Acrobat Pro XI.
After uninstalling and rebooting, creative cloud no longer displays DC Acrobat as an update.

It seems that Adobe attracted me with Acrobat DC for forcing me to uninstall the current version of office for a free trial of Acrobat DC. Please tell me it is a bug or I missed something here.
I reinstalled Acrobat Pro XI and now Creative Cloud says I can upgrade to Acrobat DC even once.
Can anyone tell me and others on the forum if this is a bug?

How I download/install adobe first cc on the D drive because I don't have enough on the C: drive? Ive gone to settings on creative cloud and location of the file changed already but it still does not work.

Here are the steps that you can follow.
1 change the location of installation using Creative Cloud Desktop App, go to preference > creative cloud > Apps and change the installation location.
2. delete the folder '%Temp%' and restart the process.
NOTE: Application is downloaded to the default location, we can only customize the installation location using creative cloud app in this case.

I downloaded creative cloud - it worked for awhile, a few applications downloaded, but now it doesn't open at all. When I double-click the icon of cloud creation, nothing happens. (As mentioned earlier it worked, and I downloaded the four apps.) Any suggestions?

Creative cloud mode works with plan test
I was given access to the creative cloud for 1 year under my tuition and I bought my code but all programs still work in test mode. Ive looked under Manage account and where it says plans and products ' Creative Cloud student and teacher edition (one year) "appears. is not active or something? ive tried signing in and out, as well as to change the name of the file to support the application, such as recommended, but nothing has worked. tests are all key to an end soon so I want to understand.

Hi there - I have recently had a new office (mac) and downloaded creative Cloud immediately. Photoshop updated and downloaded perfectly, but I'm having a problem getting bridge to open. Run the first CC cleaning tool to remove Adobe Creative cloud completely from your machine.
