  I'm trying to download Creative Cloud Packager to create a package of Acrobat Pro 12.  The FAQ says to connect to licensing.adobe.com.  I have connect and as you can see my licenses and software downloads, but I don't see Creative Cloud Packager.  I see a start-up kit, but I don't think that's what I need.  Where can I find Creative Cloud Packer?

• copy / paste from 2014 to 2015 Rectangles with graphic styles don't return does not correctly.

  I open an Illustrator Document of 2014 in 2015 with a rectangle in the corners rounded as a graphic style.

  Paste this into a new document, and the actual location of the rectangle and the location of the show are FAR apart from each other.

  Change the race, and it can be corrected.

  Open a Document from 2014 to 2015, to APPLY a graphic style, corner rounding, save it... Open it, copy it to a new document... Did the same thing.

  Fix who in a 2015 NEW Document, save/open/then copy it on a 2014 file, open in 2015... and the screw up which comes back.

  Only face a NEWLY drawn with a graphic style to a NEW document box Illustrator NOT screw this place.

  Just change the rectangle a little to fix this error.  Re apply the graphic style... edit a stroke color /... but it happens EVERY time.

  Please apply the latest patch 19.1 this should solve your problem.

  I get the message 'Something Opps wrong, try again later' and yes I deleted the files in the Application Support folder and I am an administrator.

  Please delete opm.db at the bottom of the location and launch creative cloud packer. It should work fine, however if you are behind a managed network, please open ports and links Adobe mentioned in the link below to access creative cloud package.

• Creative cloud Packer installs on Mac

  I downloaded the creative packaging of cloud (PCC) via the team portal and launched the CCPLauncher.dmg file. I then launch the app CCPLauncher in there and it just hangs. Creative cloud Packer (no response) reports activity monitor.

  Plesae navigate to/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and rename to OOBE.old. Install the CCP and try to run it. If still the same number then select root and try to run the CCP: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 .

  In order to install the 2015 version you need to MAC version 10.9 or later version.

  Try the toggling of the GPU preview

  Display > GPU preview
  Windows: CTRL + E
  MAC: CMD + E

  You can also try switch to wireframe mode.

  I need to distribute the latest versions of InDesign and InCopy to my development team. It was announced through the creative application of the Cloud package yet. What are the hours of availability to the CCP? Is there another way I can get out of the media?

  End users have no individual creative cloud accounts, updating through the application of CC desktop is not an option.

  Hi, thank you very much for your answer! I found out that my problem was my OS system is old and therefore does not support the new CC 2015 applications.

  First Pro CC2015.3 was the major version and CC2015.4 was a small update of application.

  Creative cloud desktop application it will show as CC2015.3, sorry for the confusion.

  Similarly, check for Adobe Media Encoder.

• After Creative cloud updated AcrobatDC, Photoshop2015, Lightroom2015, bridge 2015 stop with error 16

  This is first of all, on a Macintosh with EL Capitan version with all updates installed 11.6 later security.

  I did two things:

  1. To download manuals for an HP Home HP printer, I had to download and install the CD Player use in SeaMonkey, my mail software.
  2. Then I opened the creative cloud, and he said there was an update I did dutifully. (BIG MISTAKE)

  I did not mark as answered. I found the solution through Adobe's cat.  EU empty a folder and some files and set permissions on the files were in manually. Both in the main library and the user/Library/Application support / Adobe /.

  Hi, I contacted Adobe chat today and the problem was a pirate software installed previously who had put instructions in the registry to avoid connecting them to the Adobe servers successfully.

  The solution, if you do not want to talk to a friendly person who works for Adobe, would be (Mac):

  Close/exit the cloud creative/icon of the application.

  Open the Finder. Select 'go' tab on the top menu, then "go to folder...". »

  Type:

  / etc

  and then click OK.

  You will find a file called "hosts". Copy this file to the desktop. When you are sure that you duplicated this file, rename the "hosts" file in the folder etc with any name but "hosts". The thumb in the office "hosts" file, open (automatically with double click) in the text editor and erase completely all lines containing the word "Adobe" (when it is mixed with other letters or numbers before or after also).

  Then you save this file, move from the desktop to the folder "/ etc" and try re open the creative, relative to the signature cloud app as appropriate and the Photoshop is now recognized and ready to use, more no trial period is completed message.
