  I recently bought the Canon 7 D Mark II and received a 1 year free to the creative cloud subscription. I tried for three weeks to download and install CC, but just get error 207.  I tried all the suggestions of various forums on this subject, but nothing works. I stopped my anti-virus, firewall, bypassed my router and on and so forth.  I just downloaded and installed 14 elements without any problem. I also received One Kelby Training for a year, but may not use it to CC.  Any suggestions?  I am 70 and have successfully downloaded and installed several software products over the years.   I had endless problems for creative cloud Setup to install correctly. He was to launch a 201 error during installation, but when looking what is the error, it says I have a network problem?   I spoke with live support, it seems my payment information was not updated correctly, and so my subscription went up as suspended.

  I see that in trying to access the 'Contact us' link under help for cloud creative for installation problems, it gives only the forums as an option, when you use the link provided John T Smith, I could see the 'Live Chat' option, and spoke to a friendly person who helped me solve the problem.

  Will update here if it suits altogether.
